"Yes, trying for the imperial examinations is good.

"A man should strive to serve his country in the best way possible."

Liu Ju Zheng said while he nodded his head at Ah Di.

He paused for a moment and asked, "So, are you under any teacher yet?"

Ah Di shook his head.

That got Liu Ju Zheng very happy and he glanced at Lin Xuan Qi, "I can volunteer to help him prepare for the imperial examinations if you don’t mind."

He turned back to Liu Ju Zheng and said, "Mind? I should be thanking you instead."

"Then I shall shamelessly volunteer for it and get him ready the best I can." Liu Ju Zheng cupped his hands at Lin Xuan Qi and said.

He wouldn’t feel so bad now, if he did something during his stay in the mansion.

Lin Xuan Qi was also very happy with the arrangement.

The daily routine of running his business and cultivating after the day made him too busy to take care of and arrange a teacher for Ah Di.

Now that Liu Ju Zheng volunteered to do so, it was another thing off his mind.

Lee He Song filled up his wine cup with wine and said, "Since it’s settled, don’t think you can get away from drinking, my old friend."

"Have some tea, father." Yue Jie passed Liu Ju Zheng a cup of tea and Liu Ju Zheng took the cup from her.

After he had a sip of the tea, he finally had time to take a good look at his daughters.

He was glad that they looked healthier than ever.

Lin Xuan Qi had kept his promise to him that he would take good care of them.

Yue Jie looked happy and Yue Xin was now much more capable than she was, being able to help manage the servant girls under her.

"How’s my son-in-law treating you?" Liu Ju Zheng glanced at Yue Jie and asked.

Yue Jie lowered her head and replied, "Don’t worry, father.

"Xuan Qi takes very good care of us.

"Whatever sister Xue Cong has, we would have the equivalent."

Liu Ju Zheng gave out a sigh of relief and said, "I must have had the God of Fortune looking over my shoulders, for you to have met Xuan Qi."

He closed his eyes and thought about what might have happened if they hadn’t met Lin Xuan Qi.

And it made his heart skip a beat.

Their lives would have been so grim if they were bought by some young masters.

Lin Xuan Qi sat in the chair by the tea table and he observed Xue Cong while she went about preparing the items for him to wash up.

He was glad that Xue Cong was understanding as usual.

When she was done, he got her to sit beside him and have tea together.

He had a sip of the tea and asked, "Anything happened in the mansion today?"

Xue Cong shook her head and replied, "Nothing unusual. It’s the usual stuff, cleaning, getting supplies, making meals and taking care of the servants when they get sick."

It sounded boring to Lin Xuan Qi and he said, "Get the other servants to help out.

"You are the head mistress and you should be enjoying life like me."

Xue Cong shook her head and said, "I’m not sure if you are enjoying life right now."

She knew how busy he was running around for the business and the time he spent at the lab after that.

If she could, she would want to help out but she knew nothing about business.

He shrugged his shoulders at her and said, "Who says I’m not? I have you, Yue Jie, Yue Xin and Liu Shi Shi with me.

"What else could a man ask for?"

Xue Cong’s face blushed and she said, "More time for..."

"More time for what?" Lin Xuan Qi glanced at her with a wide grin.

"I don’t know..." Xue Cong shook her head and pretended not to know.

He wasn’t going to let her off and he grabbed onto her hand.

Lin Xuan Qi got close to her and whispered into her ears.

"Is it safe?" Xue Cong glanced at him and asked.

"What dangers could there be?" Lin Xuan Qi replied and pulled her out from her seat.

They got out of his bedroom and headed towards the sauna.

It was the first time Xue Cong was in the sauna and she glanced around not knowing what to expect.

She thought the idea was weird and wasn’t sure why he liked it so much.

Lin Xuan Qi gave her a smirk and got the heat going.

When the rocks were heated up, he poured some water over them, making them give out a hot mist.
