He glanced over to his men and one of them stepped forward with a long wooden box.

"Master Huo." The man handed the long wooden box over to Huo Fei Li.

Huo Fei Li gave Lin Xuan Qi a huge grin and he opened the long wooden box.

Inside it was a sword with a dark scabbard.

He took out the sword and drew it out from the scabbard.

After he drew out the sword, the surroundings felt colder with the temperature dropping suddenly.

Xiu shivered a little from it and she quickly rubbed her hands to warm them up.

Huo Fei Li put the sword back into the scabbard and the surroundings went back to normal.

"This sword is the Nine Yin Ice Sword, made of the Nine Yin Xuan Metal.

"It is a Spirit Level weapon which is a grade above the Mortal Level weapons you normally see.

"I could get you something better but the wielder needs to be at the appropriate level to do so."

Huo Fei Li didn’t know what Lin Xuan Qi wanted the sword for and he figured that it was best to get him something that wasn’t too fancy.

Having something too valuable might be dangerous for Lin Xuan Qi, he thought.

"Thank you so much." Lin Xuan Qi said and Huo Fei Li passed him the long wooden box.

Lin Xuan Qi marveled at the intricate workmanship on the scabbard with its delicate carvings of patterns and auspicious beasts, then lifted his head and asked, "How much for this?"

"What? It’s a gift from me." Huo Fei Li frowned and said.

But Lin Xuan Qi insisted and he said, "Even blood brothers will have to get their accounts cleared.

"So, if I get something from you, I will pay for it.

"It would be the best for everyone."

He had gotten so many gifts from the Huo Clan earlier and it was best for him not to take further advantage of Huo Fei Li.

The Huo Clan’s Clan Head, Huo Qi Nian, wasn’t as simple as he seemed, and Lin Xuan Qi had to account for it.

Getting too much from Huo Fei Li now might cost him far more later.
