Reyansh had just ran for a few seconds when a group of 6 greenish colored slimes noticed him and started shooting acid balls. However, he had already sensed their presence, weaving through the multiple shots easily with his perception and agility, he neared the group.

Just as reached the group, he slashed at the nearest slime, his sword passed through the core of the slime, with a CRUNCH sound, the monster fell as its gel body started disappearing.

He didn’t let the other 5 slimes get a second shot and blitzed through them with precision, destroying their cores with ease.

Without glancing back he pressed forward ignoring the kill notification panel.

Reyansh glanced at the notification while sprinting, a smile appeared under his mask.

’So they are here, let’s see if they just watch or talk too.’

The chat also became silent for a moment, Reyansh bent his knees slightly, bringing the sword at his shoulder level. He expended his senses, locking onto the cores of all 20 slimes.

At the same moment, they all fired acidic balls, aimed at him. Taking a deep breath, Reyansh rushed. Swinging his sword, slashing 20 cores in 10 seconds.

All the slimes felt a blur pass through them as their acidic spit hit the empty space. The next moment, all slimes broke down and started melting.

Reyansh moved ahead while the chat talked, ’I could move more faster, but it feels like it that I may loose control.’ He wondered.

As he pushed further, he decided to put his full speed to use. The surroundings became a blur while Reyansh feet barely touched the ground. He felt like he was gliding on the air, only touching the ground to push himself.

Even in this speed, his perception kept up with him and helped him maintain the awareness of the surroundings.

However, suddenly his senses warned him about the enemies in front. Before he could turn slightly, he passed through the group of 10 slimes, killing 6 of them, just with his speed.

He stopped himself at some distance later, his armor (Last Veil of Threshold) didn’t even let him feel the kills. His perception and notification told him, he passed through 6 slimes.

"That’s one of the reason, I took this challenge. To test my strength."

"And Mr. Ramon, as you can see, my hands are full with my own challenge. So I will take your challenge some other day. Thanks for your thoughts." He addressed and moved forward again.

He slowed his speed slightly and decided to increase his speed gradually.

As Reyansh moved deeper, he faced off against Iron slimes. But against his mana coated blade, they were cut down like paper.

After eliminating some Iron slimes and Acidic slimes, Reyansh finally neared the open grassland, inhabited by the Boss monster.

The area was filled with one gigantic slime, twice the height of Reyansh while numerous acidic and iron slime covered the area, protecting the boss monster.

Reyansh barely stopped himself at a bit of distance from the boss monster location.

’If I rush straight to the boss, I could get surrounded by other slimes. Though, I won’t be harmed, it is not efficient’ Reyansh wondered as he surveyed the area.

Just then an idea clicked in his mind, a chat also popped up at the same moment.

[Challenge: Defeat all the monsters in one swoop, without stopping.]

A smile formed on his face, "I accept."

[Raisena_Forge: Did I miss something? The boss is here too, even if he goes for the boss first, he will be surrounded.]

With a plan formed in his mind, Reyansh readied himself and used the skill Swiftstep to appear next to boss.

The Slime king, before it could even react or defend itself, Reyansh with his feet in air and sword in hand, laced with mana moved at blinding speed.

A single slash and the boss core broke in two along with few slimes. But he didn’t rest, instead used the melting boss slime body to turn himself around, swinging his sword in large slash.

His sword slash hadn’t even reach the enemy slime when he pivoted to side, using the same slash aimed at remaining slimes.

Just as he brought his body to stop, Reyansh was registered by the slime sense but they couldn’t do anything as their core broke the same instant.

Reyansh screen was filled with kill notification panel as he retracted his sword back into tattoo.
