One could think that if Shiva had the power to fight against the Raker after getting the Soul stone, why didn’t William do?

Willi, he did had the power to fight against them but didn’t have the heart to!

He knew lot of blood is going to spill if he even starts to fight them so he actively avoided all conflicts!

The Origin Stone that he obtained, it was the Light Stone.

Unlike Shiva who obtained a non-elemental type Origin stone, he got a stone which had the elemental ability to control the Light itself. and he had already unlocked about 40% of it’s powers!
