Shiva looked at the ocean that was separated by a thin bubble and noticed the quest window that was hovering in front of him.
"It’s a trail to learn a skill this time? "
The first test he got from Ares was to defeat him.
and the second by Pisces was to catch the yin and yang fishes.
and now it was the third quest that prompted him to learn a skill that the Aquarius has left behind Secretly in the dungeon.
And unlike other dungeons he had entered, the dungeon of Aquarius didn’t have any monsters.
The only thing that was present in there was a huge rock that represented dozen of postures.
It was all just different kinds of postures a man was standing and nothing major like sword moves or anything.
Shiva looked at them from all sides to make sure he wasn’t missing anything since there was no representation of any weapons.
he had thought that the quest would be related to combat from the time he had read the quest.
since it was normal for trials to be like that.
But noticing that it was just the postures, he was bewildered by a Movement.
He went near the stone slab and placed his hands on it.
Ding!

Shiva looked at the message that was displayed and looked at the stone bar again.
So it was Yoga.
He had heard about it back in the earth too.
About how the health could be improved by doing yoga and all.
but to think it can even increase life force and mana.
It sure was a thing to wonder.
In his life on Earth, he too had once tried it but gave up since the ’Asanas’ were too hard for him.
But it was inevitable now. He had no choice but to learn it now.
He didn’t even know a thing about ’Yoga’ but he sure was sweating buckets seeing the postures in the portrait of a man.
"Hey old man, aren’t you a sage too? do you know about ’Yoga’"
He asked thinking if he know anything about it.
Old sage: {Of course I know. Who do you think I am?}
The old sage bosted.
{Yoga. it was a discipline that originated in ancient times and aim to control and still the mind, recognizing a detached witness-consciousness untouched by the mind and mundane sufferings.}
Shiva’s ears pricked up as the Oldsage started to explain.
{And the oldest one ever known to practice the Yoga is the Absolute one}
He said something that was new to Shiva.
He was surprised by the fact that the Absolute one even had connections here. He had been hearing about the Absolute one a lot these days.
{He was also known by the title of ’Yogi’, It is said that a huge part of his power was due to the constant practice of Yoga}
{And If I were to tell about my experience, I was practicing yoga every day.}
"You did?"
Shiva asked in doubt.
{What do you mean, You did? you bastard you think I was a lazy fool who jerk off all day}
"Well...."
{Even though I jerked off once in a while, I practiced Yoga every day after I was locked up in the Tower I practiced it daily in the hopes of reaching a higher level of Insight and probably breaking out of there}
"Oh...!"
{Well, reaching the stage where you are able to completely control your mind was something that is only the absolute one is capable of, not even he was fully successful}
"Then, does that mean I can beat him?"
Shiva asked in curiosity.
Nicholas: {You....? hahaha...what a fool?}
Nicholas who was silent till now spoke laughing hard.
Old sage:{Stop dreaming brat! If you ever get a chance to meet him, then don’t try anything stupid. just the sound of his ’Damaru’ was enough to crush you}
"...."
Shiva became silent at their comments.
He was definitely strong now! Strong enough to crush the rankers one-sidedly but what were these people saying?
They were saying that he was not even strong enough to withstand the mere sound of his weapon.
That made him wonder ’just how strong was the absolute one?’
What he didn’t know was that the Damaru was not even his weapon but just an ornament on his weapon!!

Yoga (Sanskrit: योग. ’yoke’ or ’union’ pronounced ) is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines that originated in ancient India and aim to control (yoke) and still the mind, recognizing a detached witness-consciousness untouched by the mind (Chitta) and mundane suffering (Duḥkha). There is a wide variety of schools of yoga, practices, and goals in Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism, and traditional and modern yoga is practiced worldwide.

Two general theories exist on the origins of yoga. The linear model holds that yoga has Vedic origins, as reflected in the Vedic textual corpus, and influenced Buddhism; according to author Edward Fitzpatrick Crangle, this model is mainly supported by Hindu scholars. According to the synthesis model, yoga is a synthesis of indigenous, non-Vedic, and Vedic elements; this model is favored in Western scholarship.
Yoga is first mentioned in the Rigveda and is referred to in a number of the Upanishads. The first known appearance of the word "yoga" with the same meaning as the modern term is in the Katha Upanishad, which was probably composed between the fifth and third centuries BCE. Yoga continued to develop as a systematic study and practice during the fifth and sixth centuries BCE in ancient India’s ascetic and Śramaṇa movements.] The most comprehensive text on Yoga, the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, dates to the early centuries of the Common Era; Yoga philosophy became known as one of the six orthodox philosophical schools (Darśanas) of Hinduism in the second half of the first millennium CE. Hatha yoga texts began to emerge between the ninth and 11th centuries, originating in tantra.
The term "yoga" in the Western world often denotes a modern form of Hatha yoga and a posture-based physical fitness, stress-relief, and relaxation technique, consisting largely of the asanas; this differs from traditional yoga, which focuses on meditation and release from worldly attachments. It was introduced by gurus from India after the success of Swami Vivekananda’s adaptation of yoga without asanas in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.] Vivekananda introduced the Yoga Sutras to the West, and they became prominent after the 20th-century success of hatha yoga.
The ultimate goals of yoga are stilling the mind and gaining insight, resting in detached awareness, and liberation (Moksha) from saṃsāra and duḥkha: a process (or discipline) leading to unity (Aikyam) with the divine or with one’s Self(Athman). This goal varies by philosophical or theological system. In the
