"Ugh... Is it over or am I dead?" the Velsra groaned as it stood up from the rubble.

It looked around and the cave was a total mess. The walls were riddled with holes and cracks and even the pillars were all broken. The ground was even worst.

"Wait... Where’s my bottle?" the Velsra panicked as it frantically searched itself. "Where is it?"

It turned its head only to find its bottle, broken on the ground and near the bottle was a stain, the liquid had dried up.

"No!!!" It collapsed to the on its knees, it face was down as it muttering something. "It was their fault! Now I’ll have to wait ten years to be able to produce another one."

It stood up and scanned the room. It saw only Reiji only the ground and the Undead King wasn’t there. ’Did Undead King killed him and left?’

The thought sounded plausible enough.

"If that’s the case I’ll use him to vent my anger." The Velsra said it rushed over to the waterfall and grab a long stick.

It grip around the stick tightened as a wicked smile appeared on its cat-like face.

It stopped before Reiji and use the long stick and poked Reiji’s head.

"Hey, you are dead right?" the Velsra said as he poked Reiji’s head again.

"You know you are the one who caused everything huh? It you haven’t come hear my undead legion would have now been with me and I would have probably leave this forsaken dump." It said the last words with gritted as it gave Reiji’s head a strong poke head.

"Well you need a beating to learn your mistakes." It raised the long stick in its hard when something caught its attention from the corner of its eyes and he turned his head to look.

’Isn’t that... the Undead King’s armor and sword?’ The stick in its hands as it slowly came down. Its head slowly turned to look at the Human who was unconscious whom he had poked his head several times.

"It couldn’t be..." it muttered refusing to believe. If it was only the armor it would’ve have believe but the long bone sword was something the Undead King valued.

’No way...’

The Velsra looked back at Reiji. Then back at the armor and sword. Its legs immediately became weak.

’His Majesty lost?’

At the same time the Bond Points which was sitting at 98 climbed to 105 then the system chimed in Reiji’s head.

Reiji’s eyes suddenly shot opened as he sat up.

The stick in the Velsra arm fell to the ground with a thud and it stumbled backwards and fell on its butt as it stared at Reiji in pure terror. ’How this monster still alive?!?!’

Reiji head snapped towards the Velsra on the floor like a android. The Velsra pupils trembled violently as cold sweat raised down it face.

Reiji then raised his hands and faint traces of mana started swirling around his palm. The Velsra immediately sense the danger and it immediately kowtowed and started begging.

"Please forgive me! I know I shouldn’t have hit you with the stick, please spare my life please!!! I want to live please!"

Reiji blinked then lowered his hands before scratching his head. He thought for a second that it was the Skeleton.

"Oh it you, masturbating goblin." Reiji said with a slight smile.

The Velsra twitched but he couldn’t dare say anything because it know that Reiji could easily one shot him.

"I thought you’d be dead. It seems you’re more stronger than I thought." Reiji said as he stood up dusting himself.

The Velsra remained on the ground and didn’t dare look up.

Reiji stared blankly at the floating screen in front of him. He had leveled up twice. ’It seems that even being faraway I can still earn Bond Points from my darling Hina.’ Reiji thought with a grin.

He had also gained some rewards too.

Reiji eyes widened in surprise he was amazed and delighted. Especially when saw he had gained the A Thousand Slash In One skill and the Forbidden Arts skill. He remembered that the Undead King had used it which was Soul Rapture.

[Info: An advanced sword technique that unleashes a barrage of a thousand slashes extremely fast in a single motion. The number of effective strikes increases with the skill level and Perception. Capable of overwhelming defenses and attacking from multiple angles simultaneously. 20 Mana would be consumed when skill is active. Cooldown: 1day.]

[Skill: Active] – [Forbidden Arts (5) (D+++)]

[Info: Grants access to 5 powerful forbidden demonic techniques created by the Undead King. Only one art can be used per activation. 50 Mana would be consumed when skill is used. Cooldown: 10days.]

[Info: Releases a wave of black demonic flames that burn both body and soul. (Currently the only fully accessible art. The other 4 arts are sealed and will unlock as the skill levels up or through further demonic energy absorption.) Severe backlash if used without sufficient Demonic Essence.]

Reiji read everything siliently. The skills were great but the Mana consumption was crazy especially for the strongest skills and not only that there were even cooldown periods. Reiji just sighed and quiet accepted it.

He also saw he had gained 2 Bronze Mystery Gifts but decided to open it when he was out of here.

’But how do unlock the King’s Summon skill system?’ Reiji asked the system, thibwa the first he was seeing a skill locked.

[You need to obtained all the cores of the Undead King’s undead legion to unlock the skill.]

’Will all he monsters produce a core? The miners didn’t have one.’

[The miners aren’t part of the Undead King legion and are like workers. They are artificially made from bones of collective creatures, bio-data from the Moltralis Tribe and Anderite Stones.]

’Oh...’ Reiji finally understood as he nods his head.

He went over to the Undead King’s armor and sword and picked them up. "Wow they are really heavy. System put in my inventory."

In an instant the armor and sword disappeared from Reiji’s hands.

"Alright. Next stop, the grand hall." Reiji said as he walked out of the cave just when he was about the go out.

"Pttsst! System. Put all the Anderite Stones in this cave in my inventory."

A blinding light erupted just for 0.5 seconds before disappeared along with all the Anderite Stones scattered across the cave.

A smirk appeared on Reiji’s lips as he walked out. Though he knew the use of the Anderite Stones, he couldn’t stop himself from taking them. He felt that they had more use than just helping to reanimate stuff.

Reiji reached the mining cave the went up the stairs, before stopping.

"Why are you following me?" Reiji asked glaring at the Velsra.

"Uhm... Your Majesty please I won’t be in your way or cause you any problems let me just become your humble servant." The Velsra said as it kowtowed to Reiji. From what he had seen so far, it had carved a deep respect for Reiji in his heart.

He saw Reiji fight the Undead King, win, and wake up like nothing happened.

Not to mention that he even looked stronger. And it made the Velsra question reality.

How can someone fight an impossible battle, come out victorious without a scratch, and even grow stronger?

It felt like if it followed Reiji, its life would have some sort of purpose.

Reiji stared at the creature for a long time then the scene when he first came into the cave flashed in his mind and he Immediately made up his mind.

"Ehh?" The Velsra looked up.

"I said no."

"Why?"

"You’re a masturbating goblin with a cunning character. Tell me if I had died you would still be sucking up to the Undead King right? Or If a powerful monster that is more stronger than me suddenly comes into this Palace you would immediately sick up to it. I know people like you."

’But that’s just the way to survive is it not?’ The Velsra thought confused but said sincerely. "I understand, but that was the way I was taught by my people, but I promise you I will never betray you."

"I still stand by word, no." Reiji said firmly as he continued forward.

"Please your Majesty."

"Pleaseeee.... Your Grace."

"No..." Reiji paused. "Okay. Fine I’ll let you become my servant."

The Velsra thought that it praise had work and was about to continue and add promisesnto completely seal the deal when Reiji continued.

"I’ll only let you become my servant if you kill the guards there." Reiji said pointing ahead to the two Undead Skeleton positiond at he door.

"What?"

"Here’s your weapon." Reiji pulled out the the Knight Sword from his inventory and gave it to the Velsra.

The Velsra collected the long sword.

CLANG!

’This thing is fucking heavy.’ The Velsra struggled to lift up the sword as it walked forward trembling.

The two Undead immediately prepared to fight when the saw someone who wasn’t their undead coming. But when he saw the the little bastard from the mining cave draging a sword it couldn’t even carry. The couldn’t help but laugh.

The Velsra saw this and tears instantly welled up in its eyes. Though no sound came from the skeletons’ laughter, the way their bones were creaking and trembling while patting each other on the back, it was clear they were laughing so hard and if they had dicks they probably would have pissed themselves.

The Velsra turned to look at Reiji with a pitiful face and tears at the corner of its eyes threatening to fall.

Even Reiji was secretly laughing. And when the creature turned to look at him with that face, he felt like laughing harder but decided to hold it in.

Reiji sighed as he dampened his aura and walked to the Velsra and collected the sword from its hands.

Tap tap.

Reiji tapped the two undead skeletons that were still laughing hard.

They both raised their heads and one wiped a tear from the corner of its eyes.

Slash!

Reiji didn’t even give them time to react and severed their heads.
