Eventually they found a perfect place to establish the village.

It was a small valley, with a small river passing by just a few meters away. The spirit beasts residing here were also weak enough for the villagers to survive.

The villagers also liked this place so Lin Feng immediately created some homes before creating two protective barriers around the village.

One was going to use the spiritual vein to activate without needing any spirit stones and could protect the village from lower strength spirit beasts, while the other one was more than enough to last against Sacred Ascension beasts, it just required some spirit stones.

Lin Feng also left quite a few communication talismans which would alert the Frozen Heart Sect if someone tried to break the last barrier.

This was everything he could do, after this, these villagers were on their own. There was a small city nearby this place so they weren’t alone anymore.

The elders didn’t try to stop him, they also doubted Lin Feng was here to cause any trouble or else he would have already attacked the mist barrier by now.

Lin Feng was waiting outside alone, Xuan Xue had decided to stay a little far away to not make the elders of the Yin Yang Harmony Sect uncomfortable.

A passage opened and Ji Zeyuan came out, "Daoist Lin..."

Lin Feng gave a slight nod before taking out the Karmic Compass, "Here.." He threw it to Ji Zeyuan calmly.

Ji Zeyuan’s eyes widened looking at it, he immediately caught it in disbelief. He thought that it was some kind of joke but after verifying that it was the karmic compass of their founder, he got stunned.

He remembered Lin Feng saying that he would return the Karmic Compass once he was done with it but that wasn’t something anyone was willing to believe..

"Now that you have your founding treasure back, tell me one thing.."

Ji Zeyuan came back to his senses, "What?"

"Where did you find that lotus, I need the exact location.." Lin Feng asked calmly.

Ji Zeyuan frowned, he understood very well which lotus Lin Feng was asking about. He still remembered how much damage Lin Feng had done while escaping with that lotus.

Ji Zeyuan took a deep breath, "I can create a map for it but I want to exchange it for something.."

Although Lin Feng had given him the Karmic Compass back, it was on his own accord..

He wanted some compensation back for the damages Lin Feng had done to their spirit field previously.

Lin Feng didn’t care for it, as long as Ji Zeyuan didn’t go overboard, he didn’t mind giving him something, "Alright, what do you want in return.."

"Spirit stones will do...five million mid grade spirit stones.." Ji Zeyuan asked calmly, it was a lot of spirit stones for information but it wasn’t about the information anyway.

Lin Feng nodded, "Alright.." He had gotten hundreds of millions of spirit stones from the central region so he didn’t mind giving five million.

Ji Zeyuan sighed and took out a map, it was the map they created while exploring the central region. They had multiple of them so giving one wasn’t an issue.

Lin Feng took out five million spirit stones and sent them towards Ji Zeyuan. The amount was enough to make it look like a small mountain.

Ji Zeyuan threw the scroll containing the map and wrapped his spiritual sense around the spirit stones before going back inside the sect.

When he came inside, he was met with eager expressions from most of the elders.

Ji Zeyuan nodded, "It’s the original Karmic Compass.."

The elders got elated, some of them couldn’t help but imagine that Lin Feng was not able to use it, that’s why he returned it.

"You got what you need?"

"Yes.." Lin Feng nodded.

As they flew towards the central region, Lin Feng’s eyes went to her rear.

"What are you looking at.." Xuan Xue sighed, she really didn’t understand how he changed so fast from serious to totally scoundrel.

Lin Feng smirked slightly before bringing out a sword, "Master, the location is far, you would get tired flying directly.."

Xuan Xue got baffled, "You surely aren’t trying to do something like that in the open, right?"
