After returning to River Shore City, Yohan brought Elaine to his manor. The moment he entered the building, he was greeted by a familiar face; it was Ana, his personal maid. Ana’s facial expressions changed drastically seeing another beauty who was following Yohan to his residence.

But nevertheless, Ana came to her senses and then she bowed her head and greeted Yohan.

"Welcome back, Master Yohan, I’ve been waiting for you!" she said. Yohan was slightly surprised seeing her welcoming him at this hour; after all, it was past midnight, and she was supposed to be at her staff quarters resting, he wondered what is she was doing at this late hour.

"You were waiting for me? Is everything alright with you?" Yohan asked, making sure everything was alright with her. From the very beginning, she was someone who was taking care of him; she was one of those people whom he trust inside this clan. She remained the same throughout his journey; although it was hard to see her nowadays,because he was busy with all kinds of stuff, Same goes for Ana,she was also assigned to look after Amelia, the girl he found in that ghost town.

"Well..." Ana was hesitant to say anything, seeing an unknown woman standing right next to him. Noticing that, Yohan finally introduced Elaine to her.

"She is Elaine, one of my guests. From this moment on, she is going to stay here with us," he said with a straight face. Upon hearing Yohan, Ana immediately bowed her head to Elaine and greeted her.

Elaine simply smiled and then she looked at Yohan!

"Don’t worry about me, I’ll wait; you can talk with her," she said, as she understood that Ana was somewhat hesitant to talk right in front of her.

"Well, first let me get you settled inside this place." Yohan refused to leave Elaine on her own inside this massive building. Having that thought in his head, he looked at Ana afterall she was one of the person who knows everything about this manor.

"Which room do you want me to assign to Lady Elaine?" Ana immediately responded to Yohan.

All of Yohan’s partners were staying on the same floor; Jasmine, Diya, and Natasha—all of their rooms were on the third floor of the building close to Yohan’s room. Recently, three more guests occupied their rooms on the same floor: two of them were Evelyn’s disciples, Aana and Kana, and the third one was Evelyn’s younger sister, Athena.

As for Evelyn, she was currently staying on the fourth floor of the building in closed-door cultivation, where no staff members were allowed to go as per Alena’s orders.

"Is there any empty room on the fourth floor?" Before Yohan could respond, Elaine interrupted, looking at Ana with a smile. Hearing her, Ana was slightly taken aback; after all, Evelyn was currently residing on that floor. She nervously gulped and looked at Yohan to get his response.

Yohan simply shrugged; after all, it was better she stayed away from him. He was kinda happy that she didn’t want a room on the same floor, as it was going to put him in a difficult spot. On the other hand, Yohan had no clue that Evelyn was staying inside the same building as him; everything happened behind his back when he was inside the Soul Subspace spending time with Elsa.

"Yeah, we can do that. If you want to stay on the fourth floor, then be my guest," Yohan said with a smile. Elaine also smiled hearing Yohan’s response, but Ana was a little bit hesitant. Nevertheless, she nodded her head, and the next moment, she asked Elaine to follow her.

But before she left with Elaine, Yohan asked Ana to come see him after showing Elaine her room.

"Good night, Young Master Yohan, I’ll see you tomorrow!" Before leaving with Ana, Elaine winked at Yohan. Yohan simply frowned as he saw the two of them leaving. Once the two of them left, Yohan took a long sigh.

"It was a hectic day; so many things happened!" he whispered, before disappearing from the entrance of his building and appearing right inside a certain room. With careful steps, he approached the bed where Jasmine was sleeping.

He simply moved by her side and kissed her on the forehead without hindering her sleep. ’I am sorry for putting you in such a tight spot, but it was necessary,’ he inwardly thought, thinking about the incident that happened outside of the clan where he killed that old man who disrespected Jasmine.

Yohan remained by her bedside for a time being as he watched her sleeping peacefully. He also gently touched her belly while having warmth on his face.

’My own child...’ His heart thumped thinking about becoming a father. With a warm smile on his face, Yohan’s figure disappeared from Jasmine’s room and appeared inside his room. After coming to his room, he immediately reached the balcony and took a deep breath as the cold wind blew on his face.

"So many things happened in the last two years," he whispered as he looked in the direction of the street right in front of the Lin Clan. He remembered seeing Diya for the first time from this balcony; when he first laid his eyes on her, she was getting harassed by the Nichole Clan’s people. At that time, no one dared to get involved in the Nichole Clan’s business. She was a runaway slave who somehow entered the River Shore City and got caught by the goons of the Nichole Clan who were tailing her.

A bittersweet smile appeared on Yohan’s face as he clearly remembered jumping from this very balcony and running to help her. 𝓯𝓻𝓮𝙚𝙬𝓮𝙗𝒏𝙤𝒗𝙚𝙡.𝒄𝒐𝓶

’I somehow ended up beating those guys and rescuing her.’ Yohan touched his chest, thinking about that very moment when he met Diya.

"Hey System, track the location of my family seals; it’s time to bring them home," Yohan whispered while having a serious look in his eyes. It’s been a while since three of them left the River Shore City in order to look for Xiao Feng’s mother. Alena already assured him that some of the high-level elders from the clan were following those three so they didn’t get into trouble.

Yohan knew Diya was strong; same went for Natasha and Xiao Feng. Three of them were pretty strong cultivators, but despite that, he didn’t want them to stay away from his sight, given the current circumstances.

A blue translucent screen appeared right before his eyes, but as soon as it appeared, he simply closed it down.

"Come inside!" he whispered, feeling a familiar presence outside his room.
