Chapter 435: Late Dinner With Sulran

Their conversations continued in Xiran’s jet as well and Sulran was fascinated by the technology. Cars, phones and aeroplanes were all new and fascinating to him. Xiran showed him how the phone worked and explained the basic dynamics of transports.

"That’s a little box of wonder," Sulran chuckled at the phone Xiran showed him. His eyes held astonishment like a kid who was discovering the world around him.

The aeroplane was the most intriguing for Sulran, it could fly just like him and had white wings too. He sat inside with his mouth slightly open and a bit uneasy. Xiran had to purse his lips to hide away his laughter.

Conversation with Sulran flowed so easily for him. He was an easygoing person with a knack to make others feel at ease and brightening up their day.

Xiran called ahead and informed Frila and Aselia that he would be arriving soon and that he had a guest with him.

It was the middle of the night when they finally reached home. Xiran guided Sulran to his front door and Aselia opened it before he could knock. She had heard the car in the driveway and was awake impatiently waiting for his return.

The Elven girl flung herself at him. He, as usual, caught her in his robust arms and Sulran’s heart swelled at their affection. Once she let go of him, she turned to face Sulran.

"Leia! I would like you to meet my uncle," Xiran made the proper introduction.

"Hey!" Aselia offered her hand with a welcoming smile and Sulran politely shook it.

"Such an honour to meet my nephew’s Sernera," he slightly bowed and Aselia couldn’t help but blush a little at his gesture.

"Pleasure is mine, please come in," she invited him inside and they settled in the cosy living room.

She had prepared a mint drink for them, and Frila served it.

"This is very refreshing and delicious. I have never tasted something like that," Sulran drank away even the last drops in his glass and Aselia asked Frila to bring more. Satisfied that she was getting the hang of making drinks at least.

"It’s made from mint, a green herb," Aselia explained and Sulran helped himself to another glass.

They then had a late dinner which Frila had helped Aselia prepare. They had cooked shrimp scampi, mushroom-sauced steak and noodles with fried vegetables.

Sulran was wide-eyed at the variety of colourful dishes and the mouth-watering smell that wafted from them. The taste was even better.

"I am not much of a cook so Frila helped me a great deal in putting this together," Aselia apologetically added and Xiran affectionately pressed her hand telling her it was alright. 𝑓𝑟ℯ𝘦𝓌𝘦𝘣𝑛𝑜𝓋𝑒𝓁.𝑐ℴ𝓂

"I think everything has been cooked perfectly. Much better than what I had on the streets here," Sulran confided in them. And they guiltily stared back at him.

"I had brought some jewels with me, knowing they are valued everywhere. So exchanged them for your currency and bought food and these clothes so I could blend in," he explained, pointing to his clothes.

"My apologies for not trusting you soon. We have been through some recent tragedies and are still trying to heal from the aftermath. I find it impossible to trust strangers," Xiran’s body tensed and his hold tightened against Aselia’s arm. She instantly stroked it, telling him it was alright.

"I understand, you don’t have to apologise. We Malikus are very protective and possessive of our Serneras. We will go to any length just to protect them. I have one so I know. Your reaction was totally natural," Sulran said, piquing their interest even more in the topic.

"You have children as well?" Aselia inquired while cutting into her steak, the cluttering sound of cutlery against the ceramics filled the air.

"I have a daughter, she is twenty years old according to the time of our planet. She was ten when your mother left and was quite attached to her," a heaviness could be sensed in his voice. Although Sulran had prepared himself for all kinds of scenarios when he left in her pursuit this was still a shock for him.

"Anyone who met my mother instantly loved her, I aspire to live up to her expectation and be at least half as good as she was," Xiran’s eyes darted to Sulran who was already trying to hold back tears. The shock of his sister’s passing was still fresh.

"I am confident that you are one fine Malikus and once you learn our ways and meet your family, everything will fall into place," and Xiran wondered how he will react while discovering that his nephew drank blood for survival.

Aselia had no clue that Xiran now possessed the ability to travel through space and time as well but this made her content that he would be able to meet his family.

"I am looking forward to it," Xiran’s handsome face broke into a soft smile, although his heart held heaviness, he was excited about new adventures and people.

"Can I ask something?" Sulran inquired.

"Anything."

"How did both of you meet? And when did you realise you share a bond?" Sulran was curious for he had observed there were a lot of species in this world.

Aselia almost choked on her food at his question and Xiran couldn’t help but let out a muffled laughter. She gulped hard before explaining:

"That’s a very very long and painful story but he saved my life when I was six and I think the bond was forged at that point but it was about two years ago when we met again and everything set in motion. I fell sick because of this bond, we had no clue and the doctor figured it out. But it still took a lot of time for me to finally acknowledge him and his love."

Xiran was perplexed for a second when he heard her talk about the bond forging when she was little. But then he remembered that all her memories were restored so she now remembered what he didn’t.

"Tell me in detail some day but what matters is the fact that the two of you found your way to each other," Sulran’s warmly affectionate smile and shining eyes told them of his elation.

The dinner ended soon and after thanking Aselia and Frila for the meal, Xiran took Sulran to the guest room so he could rest. They decided to talk in detail the next day and resume Xiran’s training.

Frila and Aselia cleared up the table and washed away the dishes. Frila then took her leave, she had some urgent work at Cafris the next day. Aselia thanked her and both women hugged before parting.

Aselia went to Xiran’s room, it was more of her room now. Because she had placed all of her clothes and essentials here and she loved sleeping in the same bed with him. He always kept her warm.

Aselia changed into an emerald nightie, which exposed the upper parts of her breasts. She sat in front of the mirror, brushing her beautiful hair, when the door opened and Xiran walked inside.

He slowly walked to where she sat in front of the large mirror and stood behind her, intently watching the brush moving through her hair. Aselia gazed at him through the mirror and mischievously nibbled at her lip.

The silver-haired vampire placed his hand on her bare neck and it slowly slid down, caressing her until it reached the swell of her breasts. The warm tingles brushed Aselia’s skin and the heat began to swirl and rise inside her, thumping of her beats invoked desires in Xiran’s needy heart.

"So you want me to dance like a stripper?" He queried with a sly grin gracing his perfect lips Aselia sheepishly smiled back at him and stated:

"I was drunk, what were you expecting?"

"But you liked what he was doing and I saw you leering at him," he tilted his head at her and his hand slipped further inside her nightie and he found her pointed peak between his index finger and thumb.

"So what? Am I not allowed to look at other men now?" Her voice wasn’t as stable as it was seconds ago for the anticipation of his touch was driving her crazy. But he didn’t press or roll it in between his fingers and thumb like he usually did. He just softly held it as his other hand slid inside her hair and he clasped them in his grip, tilting her head up so she could tumble into those stormy pits of his, which seemed to be burning with a fire of passionate desires.

"Will you like it if I would stare at another woman like that while she slowly peeled her clothes off and egged me on," he sultrily whispered, still not giving her what she desired.

"I won’t but you have done all of that already and this was my first time. So I get a pass, besides I didn’t invite him, Amoris did," Aselia confidently replied, pushing her body forward so he would take her rosy-hued tip between his fingers. But his fingers stayed in their position.

"There are no passes, Leia, only punishment for your actions. I am going to tease you until you will be begging me but I won’t let you have a release," with those words he impishly smirked at her and before she realised he had peeled off her nightie and it fell in her lap. A sharp breath escaped her as Xiran snaked his hand around her waist and lifted her so her nightie crumbled to the floor and he carried her to his bed.

"Xiran! Wait, what are you doing?" Her breath was knocked out as he let her flop on the soft mattress and climbed on top of her in a way that no part of him touched her bare skin. Aselia slightly trembled underneath him, not understanding what was going through his mind, while he watched her with a sly amusement, enjoying her bewildered reactions.

"You will see," he lowered his head and began to slowly blow against her fresh skin, starting from her neck and gradually making his way down. The tiny hair on her body began to rise wherever his hot breath touched her and Aselia clutched the sheets of the bed so tightly that they crumpled underneath her hands.
