She certainly was not amused by his useless thought.

"Kill them and claim their souls; I have already restored all your energy you lost during—Calamitification! ... or perhaps do you want me to do that for you!" she proposed in a challenging tone.

Aezaleon collected himself, feeling a bit awkward for letting his own desires control him out of nowhere like this. ’I am still too young to resist the temptation!’ He consoled himself, nodding inwardly! His willpower was like a flickering candle struggling against a sudden, gusty draft.

He exhaled and nodded towards Clementine.

Afterwards, Aezaleon refocused on Aphryne and Auguszta, who were also out of their embarrassment by now. They were looking into his crimson eyes with a firm and determined gaze, yet the young pair still weren’t experienced enough to hide the fear and uncertainty within those beautiful crimson orbs of theirs.

Eyes they gained from him.

SIGH!

He didn’t have any ability to give them a death fast enough for their brains to not register the pain before the abyssal darkness swallowed them.

His three inferior concepts: [Lesser Frost], [Movement Impairment], and [Darkwind], were also useless here.

’Do you have something, Clementine? I want to at least give them a painless death,’ he requested through their mental link.

HM!

’I do have an ability called—<Entropy: Total Sensory Collapse>—made on the foundation of my extreme and supreme tier concepts: [Sensory Disorder], [Triarch Neuro-Perceptory Obliteration], and [Septenary Sensation Collapse] and some others too. The latter concept completely shuts down the five bodily and the two abstruse sensations of space and time of my target. While the former establishes the groundwork for the latter and enhances its effects multiple folds. Moreover, it also weakens the other major bodily sensations such as pain, emotions, soul perception, awareness of existence, of death or life, etc. So the targets under the ability are essentially blind, cannot feel touch, cannot hear, cannot smell, cannot taste, have no sense of direction or time, and are also numb; they cannot feel their soul, do not know if they are alive or not, and aren’t aware if they are even actual existences or not, to them—they might just be false, fleeting thoughts or a fragment of dream. It gives them the feeling of Void and Nothingness, of Abyss and Death. So it should work, but I don’t know if I can even share my abilities and concepts with you or not,’ she explained in a detailed manner.

’Let’s first try it, since I feel as though I am perfectly capable of learning your abilities and comprehending your comprehended concepts. Also, vice versa should be possible too! We will figure out the rest slowly but for now, let’s focus on the matter at hand.’

Aezaleon nodded.

Even though he was surprised that Clementine had such a dangerous ability, he didn’t dwell on it much either, as he had something even more important to do at the moment.

He moved forward, stopping just a step away from them. He touched their cheeks gently, while they watched his every movement carefully and flinched on feeling his touch. A reaction that stemmed from their fear of death. Their trembling was like the shivering of leaves before the onset of a winter storm.

However, they were not given much time to ponder either, as suddenly, all they saw was darkness—a ceaseless and perpetual darkness all around them.

They couldn’t see their hands. They couldn’t feel their bodies. They couldn’t see their surroundings. The ground beneath them had also disappeared entirely. All they heard was the beat of their hearts, or was it just their imagination?

Soon they realized that they couldn’t hear anything either.

In this void of nothingness, the concept of distance had lost all meaning to them, but Aphryne and Auguszta could still feel the passage of time.

It was Clementine who did this. It was because she did not want to get them trapped inside a moment of perpetualness when they lose their sense of time.

As, if an eternity can feel like a moment in that state, then definitely, a moment can also feel endless. Something that will trigger the [Corruption Of Time] and the [Deterioration Of Soul], concepts truly deadly.

She wasn’t stupid enough to do such a thing.

Meanwhile, the moment the ability was activated, Aezaleon could see and feel how Aphryne and Auguszta’s bodies became still and still.

With their once enamoring crimson eyes having lost all colors.

It was as if they had essentially become dead or something. He would’ve believed so too, if he didn’t feel the warmth of their flesh and hear the beat of their hearts.

He did not feel the blazing life in their vibrant souls.

Nevertheless, he moved away. He took out his claymore wedged into the ground and approached his girls again. Subsequently, without a second thought, he beheaded them directly. 𝒻𝘳ℯℯ𝑤ℯ𝒷𝘯ℴ𝓋ℯ𝘭.𝑐ℴ𝑚

In a single linear horizontal motion. Making their heads fall to the ground along with their bodies, instead of flying away.

"Ooh. Your sword skills have truly improved. I think you might have even reached the—[Expert Level Mastery]—in your greatsword(weapon) mastery level," she remarked with a hint of genuine praise.

"Seriously, Clementine!" he voiced in an exasperated tone.

"What!?"

SIGH!

Aezaleon, ignoring this ignorant ancient woman, closed his eyes and for the first time entered his soul sea, since he awakened it on reaching ascension rank 2 in his spiritual ascension ranks.

As a spiritual rank two calamity, Aezaleon was instinctively capable of creating a metaphysical body for himself from his energy capable of housing his consciousness. Which he can then use to enter and observe his soul sea anytime he wanted. His consciousness drifted inward like a drop of ink dissolving into a vast, clear pool.

Consequently, when Aezaleon entered his soul, what he found wasn’t an illusory endless ocean full of soul matter; rather it was a beautiful meadow, an endless azure sky, drifting clouds, cool wind currents, tall trees, and a marvelous black-purple gothic castle standing in the distance with an imposing presence.

"What the...!" He blurted out in a stunned shock.

"Surprised, right! I was also surprised when I found my old castle in your soul; now you know how I felt back then," she commented with an amused smirk.

"What...!?!" Aezaleon again got shocked when he looked at Clementine in his soul sea.

"What!?" Clementine blinked.

"Haven’t I already created a physical body for you, so how is it possible for you to enter my soul in your physical form?"

Aezaleon questioned with an expression of bafflement. He could tell right away that the body before him was a material body, and not a metaphysical one made from energy like his.

"Aren’t you being a little too dramatic here? Don’t you know your own abilities, Aezaleon? I can enter your soul sea from anywhere and anytime I want. Time, place, or distance doesn’t matter, nor space-time layers, dimensional barriers, or most sealing/interference constructs; the soul corridor from the—Eternal Convergence Corridor—makes it such," she explained with a shrug.

"Ah..!"

Aezaleon blinked.

Remembering, he indeed had gone through the details of such a sub-ability in his head.

Subsequently, he also remembered that his soul sea was also devoid of the concept of—[Space]—because of his sub-ability—[Infinite Soul Sea]—making it essentially appear endless. The expanse stretched out like a dream that refuses to end.

It also granted his companions a territory/housing in his soul sea when the oath was completed so they could come here both physically and spiritually anytime and from any place they wanted because of the previous sub-ability.

It was an illusory land that manifested based on the desires and comfortableness of his companions, as it was practically a place they have in his soul where they could live comfortably and leisurely. Also, both of these sub-abilities were part of his ability effect four—Dominion Pact: Master’s Fortune!

It had a total of five sub-abilities:

—[Infinite Soul Sea]

—[Eternal Convergence Corridor]

—[Shared Ascension Matrix]

—[Sanctified Resonance Domain]

—[Eternal Oath Genesis]
