Chapter 433: Chapter 261: The Long-Suffering Marquis of Campbell and His Followers

Thor and the others were flying rapidly, with the Campbell Family, the Ceres Clan, and the Ford Family following behind but struggling to catch up. Even though each of their families indeed had Sky Knights, especially the Campbell and Ceres families which had two Sky Knights each, they were still left far behind.

The reason being, partly due to the time-sensitive nature of the information they received, and also because Thor and the others flew at a speed unmatched by typical Sky Knights.

Everyone naturally couldn’t catch up.

As a result, even when the Sky Knights of the three families abandoned their own Knight Orders to pursue them, they still couldn’t catch up.

"Where are they!"

In the sky, an elderly man’s face turned sour, scanning all around, his senses quickly expanding outwards, trying to find traces of Thor.

But he still found nothing.

"Campbell, they must have entered that mountain range."

"We are likely exposed!"

Another elderly man spoke solemnly, his gaze involuntarily directed towards the distant mountains.

"Yes, probably. A month ago, within these seven hundred miles, traces of the Dressrosa Family were reportedly seen. Perhaps Engel headed there."

With someone speaking, a Sky Knight from the Ford Family also voiced his thoughts.

"Let’s go!"

Looking at the distant mountains, the lead Sky Knight from the Campbell Family gritted his teeth and decided.

Facing his decision.

The remaining Sky Knights nodded one after another.

Since they’ve prepared to join forces against the Dressrosa Family, they wouldn’t want to give up the opportunity.

Moreover, with their strength, they believed dealing with Count Engel shouldn’t be an issue.

Besides the two Sky Knights from the Campbell Family, the Ceres Clan also had two Sky Knights, though the difference was that one of Campbell’s Knights was a Mid-stage Sky Knight, while both from the Ceres Clan were only newly ascended Sky Knights.

Yet they were unaware that their pursuit wasn’t after Count Engel, but Thor Dressrosa, and more importantly, Thor Dressrosa hadn’t entered the range but chose a more distant detour.

Although this required covering more ground.

It was better than encountering a group of Earth-bound Dragons.

As Demon Beasts with Giant Dragon blood, Earth-bound Dragons were incredibly powerful, with their leaders often reaching Tier Four Peak, almost insurmountable.

Thor wasn’t clear on the level of Earth-bound Dragons in the mountains.

But even at the most basic level, an Earth-bound Dragon was Tier Four, and with the Giant Dragon blood, they could easily handle typical Sky Knights.

Such power could easily lead to major trouble.

Just like the five Sky Knights entering the mountains now.

At first, upon landing, the Sky Knights from the three families hadn’t noticed anything unusual. They focused on searching for traces of Thor, only to be disappointed. They couldn’t tell if Thor erased all traces or hadn’t stepped into the mountains.

With no other choice, after entering for two days, they spread out further to explore.

"Stop!"

Just as the two Sky Knights from the Campbell Family went deeper, one of them suddenly changed his expression, speaking with urgency.

"What’s wrong, brother!"

The remaining Sky Knight instinctively looked at his brother, confusion on his face.

As if to explain to them.

"Roar!"

A massive beast roar erupted, followed by a terrifying burst of energy from afar.

The entire forest shook violently.

"It’s that one from the Ford Family!"

The figure who just spoke showed shock, instantly shifting his focus.

"Quickly leave!"

"This is the Earth-bound Dragons’ territory."

The other Sky Knight from the Campbell Family shouted lightly, his figure rising instantly.

"Earth-bound Dragons!"

The figure jolted in fear, but quickly reacted, rising as well.

Yet just as they rose, a massive pressure engulfed them.

"Roar!"

The same beast roar erupted again, with an invisible sound wave sweeping around.

The two figures that had just risen staggered, almost plummeting from mid-air.

"Splash!"

Nearby, a massive creature emerged from a divided lake, its size comparable to three mammoths.

The creatures had rhino-like bodies, appearing bulky, with thick limbs; a prominent horn on its forehead, large bony plates extending rearwards from the skull, forming a neck shield, a short horn above the mouth, and two long horns above the eyes.
