Farming in a Parallel World and Becoming a God
Chapter 2285 - 1028: The Scheming Succeeds
Boom! Crack!
The sound of a massive collision and the shattering of bones rang out simultaneously.
The Giant Dragon’s reputation throughout the Multiverse is not solely due to their terrifying Dragon Breath.
Every Giant Dragon is a natural Hunting Master, utilizing every part of their body to the fullest.
The swooping attack is one of their most skillful, as it is also a hunting skill, especially in the early stages of a dragon’s life.
The dive of an Old Red Dragon is particularly astounding, akin to a three-story building descending from the sky, and any creature at the impact point has only one fate—to be flattened into a pancake.
Those Zombie Giants were even more pathetic, instantly reduced to a pile of skeleton frameworks.
Scarlet Dragon Wings flapped wildly, the fierce wind blowing surrounding enemies off their feet, rendering them unable to attack it.
And it stretched out its neck, grabbing a Zombie Giant, and with a crunching chew, swallowed it whole.
A Giant Dragon’s appetite is famously voracious, capable of digesting even various minerals, let alone the Undead.
Being an Undead for so long, they have long forgotten the taste of food, yet even a rancid, decaying Zombie Giant was a juicy and sweet treat for the Skeleton Dragon King.
The Zombie Giants know not fear, charging at the Skeleton Dragon King in succession.
The true main force consisted of the two Reaper Demon Lords riding on the Corpses Hounds, bypassing the Skeleton Dragon King, and heading straight for those three Shadow Flyers.
They were the actual combat objective of this mission.
This new Corpses Undead has a huge advantage in air combat, even though the Corpses Domain has rebuilt its Air Force and equipped all flying units with Spellcaster Knights.
At most, they can delay the enemy’s extermination speed, but cannot pose a fatal threat.
Only by unraveling the flight secrets of this new Corpses Undead can a method be found to truly counter them.
The Defiler obviously had no more tricks to play, as this was an ambush—an ambush with prerequisites, nullifying many of his Magical tactics.
The two Reaper Demon Lords soon reached the Shadow Flyers, leaping from the Corpses Hounds, swinging their colossal Flails wildly, smashing the Shadow Flyers with cracking sounds, while the Corpses Hounds tore into them ferociously.
All skill points were invested in air combat for the Shadow Flyers, leaving them powerless, only able to endure.
The formidable damage reduction capability in both Order and Magic at a height of 25 is no joke, and it took Sauron the Demon Lord and the Corpses Hounds a long time of relentless pounding to create large cracks at the root of the Shadow Flyers’ wings.
Such a situation was possible only in this unique environment; otherwise, they could never have come close to the Shadow Flyers in their entire life.
They were not smashing indiscriminately but were extremely purposeful.
They consciously avoided the Skeleton Ejector, the most critical device of the Shadow Flyer; once its secret is unraveled, the rest can be compensated by other methods; they don’t have to slavishly imitate the Shadow Flyer.
Hou!
Seeing their rescue target being dismembered before them, both the Giant Bone King and the Skeleton Dragon King burned with rage.
This was their first battle under the New Goddess, being held back by a group of Advanced Cannon Fodder was utterly disgraceful, yet they were helpless.
Roaring solved nothing; their most potent AoE attacks were constrained, unable to clear the field swiftly.
The Undead know no fear; even the most brutal attack methods can’t effectively stagger them.
They could only watch as a Corpses Hound picked up a dismantled wing of a Shadow Flyer and ran towards the edge of the Anti-Magic Zone.
Poom!
Just as the Corpses Hound exited the Anti-Magic Zone, a grotesquely styled colossal Warhammer flew over and smashed into it with tremendous force.
The Warhammer’s immense Strength blew apart half of the Corpses Hound’s body and continued through.
The Corpses Hound, as if struck by a Paralysis Spell, was nailed to the spot.
This state lasted for a full three seconds before, with a clatter, the Corpses Hound disbanded on the spot, turning into a pile of Corpses.
Divine Artifact!
Undead Artifact!
At the moment the Warhammer appeared, the Soul Fire of all the Undead present trembled uncontrollably, their gazes unanimously shifting to it.
No one spared a thought for the Corpses Hound smashed to bits, nor was anyone surprised, it was self-explanatory.
To be struck directly in the vital spot by an Undead Artifact and obliterated on the spot was expected; if it were them, the result would likely be similar.
So beautiful!
All the Undead inwardly voiced their sincere admiration.
The hammerhead shaped like a coffin looked bizarre to ordinary people.
In their eyes, however, it was a symbol of beauty, carrying an inherent sense of oughtness.
The overlapping Runes on its surface were profoundly miraculous, immensely powerful, seemingly concealing countless secrets, leading one to indulge in them.
If one could grasp it, how powerful would they become?
An insatiable greed and longing surged in many Undead hearts, urging their bodies toward the Undead Artifact uncontrollably.
Including the always-hidden Corpse King and Burning Flames Queen.
Once they get hold of this treasure, all hatred and Undead Territory matters could be temporarily cast aside.
