The campus is still the same one Jasmine Yale knew.

The fallen leaves are withered yellow, and the sunlight casts an oblique glow on the lawn. The university town in the afternoon is serene and peaceful, like a pure sanctuary.

Walking on familiar paths, Jasmine Yale’s steps became much lighter, and her mood was not as heavy as before.

Yukon Carbon walked by her side, always protecting her, afraid that something might go wrong.

Sometimes he sighed, time really flies.

In the blink of an eye, Jasmine Yale had become a mother.

"I used to love this path. At the end of it is the library, and the scenery on both sides of the road changes with every season," Yukon Carbon and Jasmine Yale walked on a secluded road.

"I loved this path too. I enjoyed holding books and going to the library for self-study."

"Do you remember the department gala?" There’s a gentle warmth in Yukon’s eyes.

"Of course, I remember. You came to pick me up after the gala, and it happened to be snowing. It was the first snowfall since I arrived in Cakago, of course I remember."

"Good memory." Yukon Carbon laughed.

Jasmine Yale walked shoulder to shoulder with him, strolling at ease.

The sound of leaves crunching underfoot surrounded them with a "rustling" sound.

There were many fresh potted plants placed around the sports field, along with various types of flowers. The bright colors decorated the vast sports field beautifully.

"Is the autumn sports meet about to happen?" Jasmine Yale asked curiously.

"Judging by the time, it might be, or it probably just happened," Yukon Carbon replied.

"Did you ever participate in any sports meets? What event were you best at?" Jasmine Yale asked with a smile.

"Me?" Yukon Carbon pondered for a moment, "Long distance running, sprinting, shooting, karate, I’ve participated in them all, though most are just hobbies."

"I couldn’t tell, that’s quite impressive."

"Why couldn’t you tell?" Yukon Carbon looked at her with a smile, his features becoming warmer under the sunlight, like a piece of jade, his tall and slender shadow elongated by the light.

"I just couldn’t tell," Jasmine Yale teased.

When she first met him, she thought he was a frail man, but later realized he knew quite a lot, a stellar student cultivated in elite mode from a young age.

A man like him is charming everywhere.

Yukon Carbon chuckled indulgently and continued walking with her.

Under the light and shadow, stepping over the dappled tree shadows, Jasmine Yale walked slowly and casually.

They chatted about everything under the sun.

About half an hour later.

The two of them reached the entrance of the back hill.

"I remember there’s a daisy field here, the daisies bloom beautifully. I’ll go look for it and pick a few for you." Yukon Carbon was filled with interest.

Jasmine Yale tugged at his sleeve, blinking her big eyes, "You can’t leave me here alone."

"Of course, you come with me. Except that the road is a bit narrow, you won’t encounter any wild animals here."

The road was a level concrete path.

Up the small slope, Yukon Carbon didn’t dare to go too far.

Initially, Jasmine Yale held his sleeve, but upon seeing the daisy field, Yukon Carbon took her hand.

Before Jasmine Yale could react, he let go again.

He feared it would make her uncomfortable.

Yet selfishly, he wanted to protect her just a little longer.

When Jasmine Yale looked up, he had already walked into the middle of the daisy field, standing among daisies in full bloom.

Sunlight scattered all over the ground, daisies blooming towards the sun, lush and beautiful, thriving and full of vitality.
