Sylvan Cheney stared intensely at Kade Yuvan.

Kade shivered, feeling a chill.

"Boss, there’s a meeting later, I’ll take the materials to the secretary’s office," Kade said, smiling as he waved the folder in his hand, feeling a chill down his back.

He didn’t dare to look directly into Sylvan Cheney’s eyes, feeling guilty even though he hadn’t done anything wrong.

He was organizing the materials in his hand, constantly wondering why Sylvan Cheney wasn’t speaking or leaving.

After a full five minutes, the figure at the door finally left.

Once Sylvan walked out, the office suddenly felt much brighter, even the lights seemed to shine more intensely.

Kade finally breathed a sigh of relief.

He patted his chest.

"Evan, there’s a party in Old York tomorrow, care to join? Tonight, why don’t we do some shopping first, and buy a suit."

Outside, Erin Janus’s voice could be heard.

Kade was taken aback—the boss is juggling two relationships?
