Chapter 35: Planet Dalvabebit

Although there were no longer any opponents on this planet capable of igniting Caelum’s fighting spirit, his combat power never stopped increasing.

During his travels, he swam through volcanic magma.

He tempered his body within frozen glaciers.

He endured crushing pressure in the deepest parts of the ocean.

He even adapted himself to the harsh vacuum of outer space.

And in everyday life, he constantly trained under extreme weights, forcing the super cells to adapt to heavier burdens and harsher environments over and over again.

Half a year passed.

Caelum’s combat power rose from 500 to 800.

And that was only in his normal state.

Once he activated Explosion Aura, his combat power would increase even further.

Not double.

Triple.

That was because his understanding and mastery of energy had advanced tremendously.

The original Explosion Aura could only double combat power.

But after Caelum refined the technique himself, it now amplified his strength by three times.

The same applied to Energy Cannon.

The old Triple Energy Cannon had now evolved into Quintuple Energy Cannon.

Its destructive force was more than twice as powerful as before.

Compared to six months ago, his status panel had improved dramatically.

[Player: Caelum]

[Race: Human (Super Cells)]

[Combat Power: 800]

[Abilities: Beast Force, Data Intrusion, Psychic Power Telekinesis, Psychic Power Mind Reading, Secret Art Sealing Technique, Secret Art Barrier Technique, Magic Disguise Technique...]

[Techniques: Energy Sense, Energy Detection, Lightning Fist, Flash Step, Flight Technique, Triple Explosion Aura, Quintuple Energy Cannon...]

The true terror of super cells still could not fully be reflected in the status panel.

This thing was an absurd creation born from the fusion of biotechnology, secret arts, and magic developed by Dr. Sidarco.

It completely defied common sense.

Now that Caelum had fused with super cells, his endless stamina and life force also meant something else.

Infinite energy.

As long as he was not killed outright, his energy reserves would never run dry.

Honestly, Dr. Sidarco had been an unbelievable genius.

If he had not died at Caelum’s hands, he might have conquered the galaxy one day.

Unfortunately for him

he was simply unlucky.

Then one day

a young alien named Maashikoru from Planet Dalvabebit finally found Caelum.

The boy bowed deeply and spoke with absolute sincerity.

"If possible, please save my homeworld, Planet Dalvabebit!"

Caelum rejected him immediately.

He had no interest in things like this.

Nor did he enjoy getting involved in unnecessary trouble.

"Find somebody else."

"Wait!"

Maashikoru hurriedly added,

"As payment, I can offer you the Sacred Water of Planet Dalvabebit."

"It is a holy treasure capable of awakening hidden potential and greatly increasing combat power!"

Caelum’s eyes lit up instantly.

"Oh?"

"Really?"

Maashikoru’s gaze was pure and earnest.

"Yes."

"In that case, let me verify it personally."

Caelum placed his hand on the boy’s head and activated Psychic Power: Mind Reading.

Very quickly, he confirmed that Maashikoru was telling the truth.

He really did come from Planet Dalvabebit in the North Galaxy.

Not long ago, a group of space pirates had accidentally landed on the planet.

After discovering the effects of the Sacred Water, they immediately revealed their true colors and seized control of it by force.

Planet Dalvabebit was invaded soon afterward.

In order to save his people, Maashikoru had escaped under the protection of his fellow citizens, piloting a spacecraft across the galaxy in search of someone powerful enough to save his world.

"I understand now."

Caelum withdrew his hand.

The pirates were not weak.

Most of them had combat power around 200.

Two of them had surpassed 1000.

One of them had even reached 2500.

It was precisely because of Caelum’s battle with Hawkeamps half a year ago that Maashikoru’s detector had picked up the explosive combat power reading at the time.

That was what led him here.

More importantly, Caelum’s control over his energy had improved dramatically during his travels.

He concealed his aura extremely well.

Even with a detector, Maashikoru had struggled to locate him.

Otherwise, it would never have taken six whole months.

Maashikoru asked nervously,

"So... what does that mean?"

"We’re making the trip."

For a moment, Maashikoru looked overjoyed.

Without wasting time, he immediately activated a handheld controller.

Soon afterward, a spacecraft descended before them.

Caelum boarded it without hesitation.

The ship slowly lifted off before accelerating into outer space.

Destination:

Planet Dalvabebit.

Although Caelum’s home planet was also located in the North Galaxy, the North Galaxy itself was unimaginably vast.

There was still a considerable distance between the two worlds.

Fortunately, the spacecraft was extremely fast.

One week later

Caelum finally arrived at Planet Dalvabebit aboard Maashikoru’s ship.

Viewed from space, the planet appeared lush and vibrant.

It radiated life.

The spacecraft entered the atmosphere at high speed, friction igniting flames across its hull like a falling meteor as it streaked toward the surface.

At the same time

the space pirates occupying Planet Dalvabebit immediately detected the incoming ship.

The radar clearly displayed Maashikoru’s spacecraft.

A purple skinned alien froze briefly in surprise.

"Isn’t that the ship that escaped before?"

"That brat actually came back?"

The pirates burst into laughter.

"Hahahahaha!"

"He’s probably here to die!"

The leader of the pirate group was an alien named Karanqiham.

Black bone spikes protruded from his joints, while his dark red skin made him resemble a twisted version of a human.

A powerful aura radiated from him constantly.

Just standing nearby was enough to make others uneasy.

"Hmph."

Karanqiham sneered coldly.

"That brat probably found himself some backup."

"Kuri."

"Take a few men and check it out."

"If possible, kill them while you’re there."

"Understood."

A massive muscular brute stood up.

His gigantic frame looked almost inhuman.

Bringing several subordinates with him, he immediately headed toward Maashikoru’s landing site.

Kuri’s combat power was 1300.

Within the pirate group, he ranked second only to Karanqiham himself.

Sending him was the safest choice.

After all, Karanqiham was not an idiot.

If Maashikoru dared to return, there was always a chance he had really found someone dangerous.

Charging in recklessly and hitting a wall would be disastrous.

The spacecraft landed.

Immediately afterward, Maashikoru’s detector began blaring wildly.

His face changed instantly.

"Karanqiham’s men are here!"

"That energy signature should be Kuri!"

"Kuri?"

Caelum recalled the information he had seen within Maashikoru’s memories.

A towering mountain of muscle appeared in his mind.

At the same time, he sensed several powerful auras rapidly approaching from the distance.

One of them was indeed fairly strong.

Several black dots appeared on the horizon.

Then they closed the distance rapidly.

In the blink of an eye, they arrived before the two of them with murderous intent.

Kuri stared coldly at Maashikoru.

"So it really is you, brat."

"Is this the savior you brought back?"

"He doesn’t look like much."

From Kuri’s perspective, Caelum’s aura was laughably weak.

Basically a complete nobody.
