Wilder glanced to the side, feeling a current of air drift past.

Savis raised his hand, spraying out an ice-blue frosty mist.

The magma was frozen solid, turning into black rock.

The red patterns on the Lava Giant Lizard’s body dimmed, showing it had taken significant damage.

The clash of cold and hot air instantly generated a thick steam that flooded the entire cave.

"Strong Wind Stream!"

A powerful gust of air erupted from in front of Wicks.

In an instant, it blew away all the hot steam shrouding the cave.

"Raging Water Waves!"

A pillar of water shot out from the female Mage in the blue robe.

The Raging Water Waves, which could normally pierce stone and shatter rock, were greatly diminished in power inside the Lava Cave.

When it struck the Lava Giant Lizard, it merely cracked its lava shell, dealing negligible damage.

The female Mage, Meryl, had a slight change in expression. She realized this was a tricky situation.

’The environment here suppresses my abilities too much.’

’I can’t use my full power at all.’

This also made her worry about the third round of the finals.

She glanced at Savis. An Ice Mage should be even more restricted in this environment than she was.

But Savis was strong enough to turn the tables, capitalizing on the advantage of ice countering fire.

"Freezing Skill!"

Savis cast the spell, freezing the Lava Giant Lizard.

...Wicks, Meryl, and the others’ first reaction was to rush for the Fire Lotus.

They didn’t even care about the heavily wounded Lava Giant Lizard anymore.

Their thinking was simple: grab the Fire Lotus and leave.

Suddenly, Wicks saw a dark shadow appear next to the Fire Lotus.

The shadow enveloped the Fire Lotus.

Abruptly, the shadow exploded.

Lilith, within her domain of shadows, looked up and saw Li Wei.

Seeing Lilith trying to take the Fire Lotus with her Shadow Tentacles, Li Wei had immediately blasted her Shadow Tentacles apart with a Small Fireball Technique.

He looked toward the shadow where Lilith was.

The shadow surged, and several incredibly sharp Dark Spikes suddenly burst out, stabbing toward Li Wei.

The Dark Spikes pierced Li Wei’s body, and he slowly vanished on the spot.

Lilith’s eyes narrowed, and she instinctively glanced at the Fire Lotus.

The three Fire Lotuses had vanished without a trace.

"Damn it."

Lilith’s brows furrowed.

If Li Wei had taken it by force, she wouldn’t have thought much of it.

But being tricked out of the Fire Lotus was something she couldn’t quite accept.

Wicks stared at Lilith and shouted, "Hand over the Fire Lotus!"

As he spoke, he flung a volley of Wind Blades at Lilith.

The shadows on Lilith’s body billowed up like a cloak, blocking the attack.

All the Wind Blades hit the Shadow Cloak and disappeared.

Lilith couldn’t be bothered to explain to Wicks and turned to flee.

"Breaking Concealment Ripple!"

A faint blue ripple spread from Meryl’s body, sweeping over Lilith.

A force compelled Lilith out of her Shadow Escape state.

Tumbling out of the shadows, Lilith fell toward the magma.

Just as she was about to be incinerated, a Shadow Tentacle shot out from the wall, wrapped around her waist, and suspended her in mid-air.

The soles of her feet were less than ten centimeters from the magma.

She could feel the scorching heat below.

Lilith controlled the Shadow Tentacle to lift herself higher, away from the magma.

She looked ahead and saw Li Wei, who had also been forced out of hiding by the Breaking Concealment Ripple.

Meryl was shocked to see Li Wei so close to her.

Wicks, however, was overjoyed.

"Armored Man! Die!"

"Wind Cutting!"

Wicks attacked Li Wei without hesitation.

He had been looking for Li Wei for three days.

Now, he had finally found him.

Li Wei made a grasping motion in the air. A blue light flashed around Meryl, and she was moved in front of him.

BANG!

The Water Wave Shield on Meryl’s body exploded in a burst of blue light.

The blue light triggered by the attack on the Water Wave Shield concealed the glow of Li Wei’s Object Control Skill.

Meryl noticed the blue light of the Object Control Skill.

But after being hit by Wicks’s attack, she had no time to think about it.

A horizontal tornado erupted, its terrifying winds sucking up the magma.

In an instant, the tornado became a Lava Storm.

Seeing this, Meryl shrieked, "You’re insane!"

"Jade Wave Guardian Shield!"

Caught in the collateral damage and swept into the Lava Storm, Meryl had no choice but to use her ultimate trump card.

A Jade Water Shield materialized around her body.

Outside the Jade Water Shield, the red Lava Storm blotted out her vision.

She felt her Mana being rapidly consumed and couldn’t help but feel terrified.

The commotion outside finally died down. He carefully opened a small crack to peek outside.

Scorching hot magma had been flung everywhere.

Magma was still flowing down the cavern walls, and a rain of magma dripped from the ceiling.

There was nowhere to stand if he went out now.

The heavily wounded Lava Giant Lizard had been flipped over by the Lava Storm and was now lying on the edge of the half-dried Magma River.

Wicks saw the scene before him and was alarmed. ’Don’t tell me the Iron Armor Man is dead?’

He only wanted to capture the Iron Armor Man and force the Magic Model out of him; he didn’t want to kill Li Wei.

If Li Wei died, the Magic Model he wanted would be gone.

Suddenly, a figure materialized next to the heavily wounded Lava Giant Lizard.

Wicks’s eyes widened when he saw this.

’He couldn’t possibly be planning to...?’
