"Who should I ask to forge this?"

Li Wei was lost in thought.

’With my clumsy Basic Level Alchemy, there’s no way I can forge Magic Equipment myself at this stage.’

"Master, I want to forge a piece of High Level Magic Equipment. Who do you think would be a good person to ask for help?" Li Wei asked.

Torresta said, "Isn’t Troska in Maple City? You can go find him."

"Troska?"

Hearing the name, Li Wei froze for a moment.

After a moment of thought, he remembered who that was.

He had even met the man before.

It was the Master Blacksmith he had met at the mages’ conference.

"Is he that good?" Li Wei asked.

Torresta chuckled. "He’s the number one Master Blacksmith of the Northern Human Race. Even Dwarf Artisans admire his craftsmanship."

Li Wei understood. He nodded quickly and said, "Thank you, Master."

"I don’t know Troska well. If you want to ask him to forge your equipment, you can ask Evelyn for help."

A paper crane flew out from in front of Torresta and landed on Li Wei’s shoulder.

"It will help you find Evelyn."

Li Wei left the sixth floor of the Mage Tower.

Martin and Komas were chatting.

They saw Li Wei coming down.

A flicker of envy flashed through Martin’s eyes, leaving no trace.

’In all these years, Li Wei is the first person who can freely enter and exit the sixth floor of the Mage Tower.’

’Even I have to inform Torresta first and get his permission just to go to the sixth floor.’

"Mage Li Wei, what business did you have with the Tower Master? If it’s something minor, you can come to me. There’s no need to bother him."

Martin greeted Li Wei, making a friendly overture.

After Li Wei left, Komas looked at Martin and asked, "Is that the Tower Master’s new disciple?"

Martin was a bit surprised. "You’ve never seen him before?"

"This is the first time," Komas said.

"Then how does he know you? Oh, right, he attended the mages’ conference before," Martin said.

’Evelyn is in Maple City, too?’

He glanced around and noticed that in the half-month he’d been inside, Maple City seemed to have gotten much more crowded.

’What’s going on? Did something happen? Why are there so many people?’

Li Wei found it strange.

Following the paper crane, Li Wei arrived at a small courtyard in the western part of the city.

"Halt! Who are you? What is your business here?"

Two female swordsmen at the courtyard gate blocked Li Wei’s path.

Li Wei saw the emblem of Flying Flower City on their clothes and said, "My name is Li Wei. I’m here to visit Lady Rose."

The female swordsmen exchanged a glance.

One of them said, "I’ll go and inform the Commander."

The female swordsman turned and went into the courtyard.

A moment later, a Sword Attendant in Armor walked out.

"I am Lady Rose’s Flying Flower Swordswoman, Sakura. Please come with me."

Sakura led Li Wei into the courtyard.

In the courtyard, Li Wei saw Evelyn. She was dressed in a purple mink coat. 𝗳𝚛𝚎𝚎𝘄𝕖𝕓𝕟𝕠𝚟𝚎𝕝.𝗰𝕠𝐦

Only the three of them were left in the courtyard.

Sakura stood to the side, staring at Li Wei to ensure he meant no harm to Lady Rose.

A paper crane was perched on Evelyn’s finger.

The paper crane had entered the courtyard ahead of Li Wei.

Just as Li Wei was about to speak,

Evelyn said, "I know why you’ve come."

Li Wei said, "Then I must ask for your help, Lady Rose."

Evelyn said, "If you want my help, it’s simple. You just have to help me find the Crystal Flower hidden in the Mage Tower."

Surprise flickered across Li Wei’s face, but he quickly recovered.

He asked, "What is a Crystal Flower?"

Seeing Li Wei’s reaction, Evelyn gave him a meaningful look.

She turned her right hand over, and a pink Crystal Flower appeared in her palm.

"This is a Crystal Flower."

Li Wei’s gaze sharpened. It was identical to the two Crystal Flowers he had obtained.

He thought for a moment, then asked, "Lady Rose, what business brings you to Maple City?"

Evelyn said, "A while ago, Elis told me that a Crystal Flower had appeared in Maple City."

"Elis?" Li Wei looked puzzled.

Evelyn said, "He is also a member of the Hundred Flowers Clan."

She continued, "Through my investigation, I’ve discovered that the Crystal Flower is now inside the Mage Tower."

"My status makes it inconvenient for me to enter the Mage Tower to search for the Crystal Flower, so I need your help."

"You help me find the Crystal Flower, and I’ll introduce you to Troska."

Li Wei felt the situation was incredibly bizarre.

’The Crystal Flowers are in my possession, yet she wants me to go find them?’

Evelyn said, "The City Lord has been missing for a long time, and there has been no word from the other two members of the Hundred Flowers Clan."

"The Crystal Flower in Maple City is most likely related to the City Lord and the other two."

Li Wei understood. ’She just wants to use this as an opportunity to find the City Lord and her companions.’
