Magic Radiance erupted within the valley.

The blinding light of the explosion made it impossible for anyone to look directly at it.

Everyone watched the battlefield from the corner of their eyes, tracking the situation.

Naturally, they all hoped this wave of attacks would be enough to injure the Ancient Calamity Beast.

However, they all understood that the chances of that were slim.

Suddenly, a crimson pillar of light shot out from the overflowing Magic Radiance, sweeping across the top of the valley.

The attack came so suddenly that many people couldn’t react in time.

BANG! BANG! BANG!

Several figures vanished in a flash of white light.

They had been teleported out of the Secret Realm.

Li Wei narrowly dodged the attack, just barely avoiding elimination from the Secret Realm.

The battle had barely begun, and they were already losing people.

The pressure on everyone was immense.

Nitro’s beam of light sliced through the valley, destroying most of the Magic Arrays within it.

A fierce wind rushed in through the gap in the valley, scattering the flames and radiant light.

Nitro’s figure was revealed.

The purple glow around its body had faded considerably.

Its purple Energy Shield had weakened.

Its purple fur was now visible.

Elfa was the first to react, Casting a spell to attack.

"Full-out attack!"

"Fire Rain Meteor!"

"Dimension Slash!"

"Vacuum Burst!"

"Thunder Dragon Soaring!"

Everyone unleashed a continuous barrage of powerful Magic, besieging Nitro.

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

Nitro’s figure was submerged in the light of various spells.

Someone sensed a powerful energy fluctuation erupting from the center of the battlefield.

He shouted a warning, "Watch out!"

After the previous surprise attack, everyone was on edge, ready to dodge at a moment’s notice.

However, the sight that followed made everyone’s expression freeze.

Suddenly, countless purple stars appeared in the sky.

A sky full of starlight descended.

The attack’s range covered the entire valley. There was no escape for anyone.

BANG! BANG! BANG!

The entire valley became a battlefield.

The crowd gathered together, using all their Power to block the starfall from the sky.

"Absolute Space Barrier!"

The four remaining Space Mages joined forces to cast the spell "Absolute Space Barrier."

The Absolute Space Barrier formed an unbreakable spatial Shield above their heads.

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

Countless purple stars fell, but the Absolute Space Barrier blocked every attack.

The exploding purple light completely overwhelmed everyone’s vision.

After a long time, the assault finally ended.

The four Space Mages had exhausted most of their Mana.

Seeing the attack end, everyone breathed a sigh of relief.

Li Wei turned his head, searching for any sign of Nitro.

The previous attack had been too ferocious, tearing his Spiritual Perception network to shreds.

He had lost Nitro’s position.

Now that the attack was over, he spread his Spiritual Perception out once more.

In an instant, Li Wei felt the aura of death.

His Spiritual Perception screamed of extreme danger.

"Watch out!"

The moment the words left Li Wei’s mouth...

PFFT! PFFT! PFFT!

The people around him collapsed one by one. Li Wei’s face and lips turned a dark purple-black.

His head swam, and he felt he could pass out from the poison at any moment.

Li Wei summoned his last ounce of strength and took out the Goddess’s Tears.

Holding the Goddess’s Tears, the purple-black poison on his face dissipated significantly.

He was about to use the Power of the Goddess’s Tears to purify the toxins in the others.

But the others, having encountered a life-threatening situation, had already been teleported away from the battlefield by the Power of the Secret Realm.

SWOOSH! SWOOSH! SWOOSH!

Flashes of white teleportation light flickered one after another.

In the blink of an eye, Li Wei was the only one left on the battlefield.

WHOOSH!

A colossal figure emerged from the poison mist, looking down on the lone Li Wei.

Clutching the Goddess’s Tears, Li Wei turned and looked up.

He was the only one left.

Nitro stared at Li Wei, seemingly in thought.

It recognized Li Wei.

Nitro’s bird-like beak parted slightly, spitting out a drop of purple-black venom.

DRIP!

The venom landed in front of Li Wei, instantly corroding the ground.

Although Nitro had no expression, Li Wei could see its triumphant smile.

It was mocking Li Wei.

Mocking him for how the very poison he had used to try and kill it had instead become its strongest weapon.

Li Wei sighed to himself.

He had been worried ever since he saw Nitro adapt to the Wind Poison Dragon’s venom and evolve a similar ability.

’I can’t believe it. My worst fear came true.’

Nitro had truly and completely adapted to the Wind Poison Dragon’s venom, evolving the exact same ability.

Looking at Li Wei, Nitro was in no hurry to kill him.

In its eyes, a lone Li Wei could no longer stop it, much less pose any threat.

Nitro bent down, reaching out to grab Li Wei.

It was going to capture him.

It wanted to make Li Wei witness its destruction of this place.

WHOOSH!

A white figure appeared on the battlefield.

BAM!

The Shadow Attendant knocked aside Nitro’s giant hand, scooped up Li Wei, and flew swiftly into the distance.

The giant Nitro’s movements paused for a moment.

It seemed surprised. ’Why would one of its own kind help that human?’

Watching Li Wei and its kin retreat into the distance, the giant Nitro ultimately chose to head toward the Purple Star Stone.

As long as it devoured the last of the Purple Star Stone, it could break through to Tier Seven.

It would possess invincible Power.

It wouldn’t be too late to settle the score with Li Wei then.

Nitro found the Purple Star Stone that the mages had gathered.

With a grasp of the air, the Purple Star Stone flew out of the soil and into Nitro’s mouth.

Within the Purple Star Stone, a Magic Rune Stone flickered with a faint light.

This was their final gambit.

’If we can’t break Nitro from the outside, we’ll break it from the inside.’

Nitro swallowed the Purple Star Stone and couldn’t help but rejoice at the potent surge of Power it felt within its body.

Suddenly, it sensed that something was wrong.

The Power inside it seemed far too strong.

The level of the Power fluctuation was rising continuously.

It had already surpassed a normal range.

It was turning into a bomb about to detonate.

The mages’ final gambit was to detonate the Power of the Purple Star Stone inside Nitro’s body.

To blow it up from the inside.

Realizing what was about to happen, Nitro’s face twisted in fury.

This had destroyed its hope of breaking through to Tier Seven.

Facing the imminent, devastating explosion...

Nitro tilted its head back slightly, turned to face the direction where Li Wei had disappeared, and its bird-like beak split wide open.

BAM! RUMBLE!

The detonated Power of the Purple Star Stone burst forth from within Nitro’s body.

It vented out through the only available exit.

In an instant, a blindingly thick purple beam of light appeared in the dark night.

The purple beam shot across the night sky, striking the Twin Peaks on the left side of the isolated island.

With a tremendous roar, the Twin Peaks vanished, leaving only their lower halves behind.

"GAAAAAAK..."

Having unleashed the destructive Power within its body, Nitro was covered in plumes of white smoke.

It was heavily wounded.

But not yet dead.

Li Wei, who had narrowly avoided the peak-destroying blast, stood on a small hill.

He gazed at the distant, still-living Nitro.

And made his final decision.

Li Wei took the Beast Taming Ring he had gotten from the others and used it to recall the Nitro body occupied by his Shadow Attendant.

’The next attack will destroy everything.’

’I will die too.’

RUMBLE RUMBLE RUMBLE!

A mournful cry echoed from the sky.

The few people remaining on the isolated island looked up, their faces filled with horror.

The darkness of night vanished.

A Fireball of impossible size was falling from the sky.

Like the Sun itself plummeting to earth, ready to incinerate all creation.
