"What?" Rowena couldn’t believe what she had just heard.

’Someone actually has the recipe on how to brew a 20% impurity-free stamina-enhancing potion?’ She uttered in her thoughts, still finding it hard to believe.

It was simply impossible to think that anyone could brew a potion that was 20% pure and free of impurities.

This completely went against what magical scholars in the past had discovered about potions.

For centuries, potions had been believed to contain natural impurities.

These natural impurities were seen as unwanted substances that diluted a potion’s intended effect.

So the higher the purity level, the less impurity remained in the potion and the stronger its effects became.

But in the end, these were all just speculations, because no one really knew if these so-called impurities were real or not, but with the presence of 3%, 5%, and 8% impurity-free potions, people had begun to believe that these impurities might truly exist, after witnessing the clear difference between each of these three types of potions.

However, to think that someone had actually developed a means to brew a potion that was 20% pure and free of impurities was something Rowena could have never imagined possible.

If it was 10%, she might have believed it instantly, but since it was 20%, she definitely had to meet this human face to face.

She swiftly got herself cleaned up before slipping into a long dark dress that fell gracefully to the floor.

Meanwhile, Rowena left her blonde hair loosely braided over her left shoulder, then slipped on a pair of simple dark shoes before making her way out of the room.

Time passed and now Rowena and Cedric were in the receiving room with Austin and Nora.

Austin sat comfortably in his seat wearing a clean white shirt tucked neatly into a pair of dark trousers, with a simple brown leather belt fastened at his waist and a pair of clean dark boots on his feet.

It wasn’t really an expensive piece of clothing by any means, but it was a clear step up from what he had been wearing last night.

And as for Nora, the beautiful wolfkin was dressed in a simple grey dress.

Her white hair looked smooth and lustrous as she sat next to her husband.

In other words, both Austin and Nora looked decent right now.

There was a small desk in front of them with three mugs of green tea placed on it.

Each mug was currently letting off a thin curl of steam as the room stayed quiet despite there being four individuals present.

Cedric stood quietly behind Rowena as the head steward of her household.

Meanwhile, Nora sat close to Austin, not as his personal attendant but as his future wife, and a cute blush appeared on her cheek as she realised this fact.

Right now, both Austin and Nora remained seated whilst staring at Rowena, who was also staring at the mug in front of her.

Looking at Rowena from where he sat, Austin couldn’t help but be amazed by how wonderful it felt to see an elf in real life.

Austin could only explain his experience right now in two simple words.

In his previous world, Austin had heard stories about how beautiful and gorgeous elves were, but to see one in front of him right now, Austin could only grin inwardly at how both stories and video games had been right on the mark regarding their looks.

’No, stop that.’ Austin cautioned himself sternly and inwardly.

The last thing he would want right now would be to be seen as a pervert staring at another woman’s chest when he clearly had his beautiful wife sitting right next to him.

Nora was definitely beautiful, so it felt unfair for him to be staring at another woman’s chest when said woman clearly wasn’t his wife.

Pushing these naughty thoughts away for now, Austin reached over and grabbed his beautiful wife’s hand.

From the corner of his eye, Austin could see how worried his wife was for him.

A few hours before, her handsome husband had filled her in on what his intentions were for coming here, so Nora couldn’t help but feel worried about their chances of convincing the Countess into accepting their terms.

To be honest, even Nora was a bit skeptical about all of this as well, because despite knowing little about potions, she knew very well that a 20% impurity-free potion had never been heard of, so it wouldn’t even be surprising if the Countess thought they were insane to visit her so early in the morning with the expectation that she would agree to their proposal.

But since Austin had boldly asked her to believe in him, Nora had chosen to believe in her future husband.
