High Martial: I Use Everything as Swords
Chapter 111 - 109: Humanoid Walking Detector! This Talent Is Simply Unreasonable

The clamor of the outside world instantly faded away.
Han Feng felt his consciousness leave his body, travel down his arm, and enter the steel behemoth before him.
He was no longer Han Feng.
He was the Night Falcon.
He could feel the fuel detonating in the combustion chamber.
He could feel the high-speed rotation of the turbine blades.
He could feel the Spiritual Liquid rushing through every conduit.
He began to search for the source of disharmony within the surging ocean of Energy.
Soon, Han Feng sensed something was wrong.
It was in an Energy relay hub on the underside of the jet’s left fuselage, connecting the main wing and the landing gear.
There, three Energy Flows of different properties converged.
One came from the engine, providing basic thrust.
Another came from the wing’s deflection Array, responsible for attitude control.
And the third came from the landing gear’s shock-absorption Rune, used to absorb impact.
Logically, the fusion of these three Energy sources should have been harmonious.
They were supposed to form a stable triangular loop here.
But to Han Feng’s senses, it was a completely different story.
These three Energy Flows were like a dysfunctional family sitting at the same dinner table, cordial on the surface but distant at heart.
They smiled at each other, yielded to one another, their politeness impeccable.
To an outsider, it looked perfectly harmonious.
But in reality, there was no true intimacy between them.
Only a cold, guarded distance.
They were all maintaining a superficial peace while internally repelling one another.
Under normal conditions, when the Energy Flow was slow, this repulsion was suppressed, and everything was fine.
But the moment the jet performed a high-G maneuver, the Energy Flow would surge, shattering this fragile balance.
They would instinctively "hold each other back," "trip each other up," and fight for dominance of the channel.
The result was a violent conflict of Energy.
This generated a massive amount of useless energy loss out of thin air.
And it triggered the intense vibrations in the airframe.
Han Feng could even "see" that at the convergence point, the color of the Energy had turned murky and foul.
It had formed a tiny but extremely unstable vortex of chaos.
’So that’s it...’
He had found it.
Han Feng’s eyes snapped open.
The state of Human-Machine Unity instantly faded.
The tremendous roar of the engine once again filled his ears.
He was drenched in sweat, his face slightly pale.
It was a sign of excessive Spiritual Power consumption.
But the light in his eyes was frighteningly bright.
He raised his hand and made a "cut" gesture to Lin Xue outside the isolation window.
Lin Xue immediately pressed the stop button.
The engine’s roar gradually subsided until it disappeared.
The lab fell back into dead silence.
Everyone’s eyes were fixed on Han Feng.
Chen Kai stood with his arms crossed, a cold smirk still on his face.
He was about to say the line he had prepared, ’I knew you were just putting on a show.’
"How did it go?"
Lin Xue walked over and asked through the blast-proof glass, which had not yet been lowered.
Han Feng didn’t answer right away.
He took a marker from his pocket, walked to the left side of the fuselage, to a spot just below the root of the main wing.
On the smooth alloy skin, he drew a red circle.
Then, he turned around to face Lin Xue, and also the stony-faced Chen Kai.
"Here."
Han Feng’s voice wasn’t loud, but it resonated powerfully in the quiet lab.
"There’s nothing wrong with Node T-37. That was a scapegoat."
"The real problem is the T-45 Energy Coupler."
The spot he had circled with the red marker was an inconspicuous structural component connecting the main wing to the fuselage.
His words caused an uproar.
"T-45?"
Even Lin Xue furrowed her elegant brow.
Han Feng’s voice remained calm as he scanned the room and continued.
"Your design isn’t wrong."
"Viewed in isolation, the three Energy Flows can indeed form a stable loop here."
"But you overlooked the microscopic repulsion between the different Energy properties."
"It’s not noticeable during minor operations, but once you enter a high-overload maneuver and the Energy Flow surges..."
"...this repulsion is magnified exponentially. They start to impede each other, causing turbulence and massive loss, which ultimately leads to the airframe vibrations."
Before anyone could object, Han Feng pointed at the jet and said with absolute certainty.
"And it’s very simple to verify."
He looked at Lin Xue.
"Researcher Lin, you just need to replace this T-45 Coupler with one that has the same structure..."
"...but a model with a smaller size and Energy throughput, like the one on the Feiyan-3."
"If my judgment is correct, after the replacement, the Night Falcon won’t even need to reach 8 Gs."
"It will likely experience similar violent shaking at an overload of just 4 to 5 Gs."
Use a more sensitive part to amplify the problem.
The approach was simple and crude, yet it cut straight to the core of the issue.
Chen Kai instinctively wanted to jump up and object.
Swapping a core component was too risky; it was sheer madness.
But he subconsciously glanced at Lin Xue’s stern expression, swallowed hard, and forced the words back down his throat.
He had just been warned. If he dared to jump out and mock them again, he would definitely get slapped.
And it would be a literal, physical slap.
He still wanted to replace Lin Xue as the project leader, and he didn’t want to be slapped in front of so many members of the project team.
Meanwhile, Lin Xue was lost in thought.
She was contemplating the feasibility and risks of Han Feng’s proposal.
Replacing the model did carry some risk, but it wasn’t significant.
More importantly, Su Muxue would need to use this jet very soon.
She had to solve the jet’s problem before then.
Otherwise, even if she wasn’t removed as the person in charge, she would feel she had failed to live up to Su Muxue’s trust in her.
"Alright!"
A look of determination flashed in Lin Xue’s eyes.
"I’ll arrange for someone to retrieve a spare Coupler from a Feiyan-3 in the warehouse right now."
"Lin Xue! Have you lost your mind?!"
Chen Kai completely panicked.
He was worried Lin Xue would torpedo the project, causing the Su Family to withdraw their funding.
If that happened, he wouldn’t get the project leader position even if he "won."
"Using Miss Su’s jet as a test subject?"
"If something goes wrong, can you bear the responsibility?"
Just as the atmosphere in the lab grew tense and confrontational, a cool, commanding voice came from the entrance.
"Who’s using my jet as a test subject?"
Everyone turned toward the voice and saw that the lab door had opened at some point.
A tall woman, surrounded by a group of bodyguards in black, walked in slowly.
She wore a form-fitting, silvery-white Flight Suit, her long black hair tied back in a ponytail.
This revealed a smooth, high forehead and a perfect profile.
She just stood there, and her powerful aura silenced the entire room in an instant.
The newcomer was none other than the owner of this Night Falcon jet, the young lady of the Su Family from East Sea Fortress City, Su Muxue.
Chen Kai’s eyes lit up as if he’d seen his savior. He hurried forward a few steps and bowed slightly.
"Miss Su, you’ve arrived at the perfect time."
"Engineer Lin... she’s actually listening to the nonsense of some C Level Technician."
"She’s planning to swap out the Night Falcon’s core Coupler without any data to support it!"
"This is a completely reckless gamble!"
He embellished the risks of replacing the part with great exaggeration.
He went on about "structural incompatibility" and "Energy conflicts."
He even mentioned the worst-case scenarios, like "a ruined engine" and "a six-month project delay."
"Miss Su, I recommend we immediately halt this irresponsible behavior!"
"Your Night Falcon can’t withstand this kind of abuse!"
Chen Kai wore a look of utter distress, as if he were the one most concerned about the jet’s safety.
Lin Xue couldn’t be bothered with Chen Kai. She looked at Su Muxue and offered an explanation anyway.
"Muxue, aren’t you in a hurry to use the jet?"
"I specifically brought in a Talented with A+ Perception to solve the problem."
"Besides, this is just a small test to verify..."
Su Muxue raised a hand, stopping her mid-sentence.
Then, she turned to Han Feng and asked in a calm tone.
"If Lin Xue trusts you, you must have some skill."
"But I need this jet soon. How can you guarantee this experiment will solve the problem?"
"What’s your reasoning? Tell me."
"Miss Su, I have a way to verify it."
Han Feng met everyone’s gaze, neither servile nor overbearing.
"We don’t need to touch the Night Falcon."
"We can take a Hunting Falcon trainer jet and install this T-45 Coupler in the corresponding position."
"Then, we can have the Hunting Falcon perform specific flight maneuvers."
"By adjusting the combination of maneuvers, I can locally and perfectly replicate the Energy Flow state of the Night Falcon under an 8G overload."
"If the Hunting Falcon also exhibits the same vibrations and Energy loss, that will be enough to prove the problem lies with this Coupler."
"After all, the Hunting Falcon is the most technologically mature jet; it would never have this kind of design flaw on its own."
"If it develops a problem, the problem can only have come from the part we installed."
As soon as Han Feng presented his plan, the entire lab once again fell silent.
The idea was brilliant!
Using a cheap, second-hand Hunting Falcon to simulate the Night Falcon’s malfunction.
Not only did it reduce the risk to a minimum, but it could also validate the diagnosis.
Su Muxue looked at Han Feng, a trace of surprise showing in her eyes for the first time.
