Everyone’s gaze was fixed on Kris Cooper, as Vera Wave softly spoke.

"Kris, are we sealing the bid?"

Tommy Taylor stood up, organized the documents, and placed the final quotation document into the file, sealing it with glue.

Concerned, Nathan Leafcastle reached for the replaced document and, upon seeing the total quotation on it, his eyebrows jumped with anxiety.

Kris Cooper frowned and scolded him.

Nathan Leafcastle clenched his teeth and closed his mouth. The tender was not over, and revealing any flaws at this moment could give the opponent an advantage.

After sealing the proposal, Tommy Taylor stepped up to the podium and handed the sealed proposal to the bidding staff.

His voice was soft, but everyone heard it, even Vera looked surprised.

Kris Cooper smiled, "10.9 billion!"

"What?!" Sally Dalton exclaimed, "Reduced by 600 million?!"

That was 600 million!

The original price was 11.5 billion, which was already squeezed for profit. Reducing it by another 500 million, what profit margin would be left?
