Under the scorching sunlight that had almost reached its highest point, a group of students from the human and beastman academies gathered at the edge of the green grass field inside the fortress in the middle of the desert.

Whispers were heard among them, but the laughter from the two figures standing in the middle of the green field was louder. All of them looked toward a single woman.

The white horns attached to the top of her head looked extremely striking, her long dark gray hair became her trademark, while her smooth white skin looked unafraid of being burned by the scorching desert sun.

The woman massaged her forehead, she looked like she was about to explode from hearing the laughter of saint azara and kong near her.

Meanwhile, from the crowd of students from the human and beastman academies, several figures tried to push through to see what was happening, the students naturally opened a path because they were the group of elite students.

One of them was katarina, she came together with reva, ken, julian, arthur, and eve. Her blue eyes immediately focused on the woman in the middle of the green field who was being laughed at by saint azara and kong.

One of katarina’s eyebrows rose "big sister calista?..." reva pinched the sleeve of katarina’s long-sleeved clothes, she pointed toward calista "princess... doesn’t that patient clothing feel familiar?"

Katarina focused her vision on the patient clothes worn by calista, katarina opened her mouth wanting to speak but ken cut her off first "isn’t that alex’s clothes?"

All the humans around them turned toward ken then looked back at calista, slight laughter broke out among them.

The loudest came from arthur and eve "what did that idiot do haha" arthur held his stomach unable to endure the laughter "that guy finally got into huge trouble!"

Katarina sighed, she held her forehead and shook her head several times, meanwhile julian only watched katarina’s reaction.

Their laughter slowly stopped when calista turned her body around and looked at the academy students, they unconsciously stood straight and became silent.

Calista’s expressionless face seemed to look over hundreds of academy students in an instant, she opened her pink lips, her voice sounded clearly even to the students standing at the edge of the field.

"Listen to me academy students!!" Calista pointed at herself "I, calista maric, will hold a prize hunt!!" Everyone looked at calista in confusion.

Calista slightly turned toward saint azara and kong, she whispered to them "what is that child’s name?" Saint azara smiled faintly "alex sander..."

All the students looked at each other, they whispered among themselves.

"Who is this human named alex? His price is extremely expensive."

"How much is that necklace worth? Millions?"

"Idiot! At least billions or maybe trillions of credits."

Kong’s monkey ears that heard the whispers of the students twitched, he nudged saint azara, but because of their height difference, he could only nudge her waist "hey... won’t this fortress become a battlefield?"

All the students looked at the three drones flying across them, the beastman students whispered to each other "kong and saint azara have already agreed to it!! Let’s hunt that human!!"

The beastman academy students immediately left the edge of the field and quickly scattered in all directions, meanwhile the human students were still hesitant, they were hesitant because they could not use mana and talents to capture alex who was famously agile.

One of arthur’s eyebrows rose, he pointed toward the blazing sun "what’s the point of getting sweaty under the scorching sunlight? Better to sleep..."

Arthur then left eve, she looked toward katarina and arthur, her shoulders drooped "what is this? Julian is being really attentive toward rina.... even though before this I thought I was closer, is it because of that potion...?"

Eve finally left following julian’s path, meanwhile katarina and reva approached calista who was lowering her head while standing in the middle of the green field.

Katarina did not listen to calista, she only hugged her tighter, meanwhile reva lowered her head as a greeting toward calista, while calista returned it with a nod.

Kong who saw that sighed, he spoke to katarina "hey! Aren’t you joining the hunt?"

Katarina shifted her gaze toward kong, she was still hugging calista "why would I get heated under the sun? I can get him without getting heated under the sun..."

Kong massaged his forehead, he nudged saint azara once again "I will watch them and see alex’s fight..." saint azara nodded "record it, I want to see him fight too...."

The hybrid wolf beastmen looked at each other in confusion, the one in the middle spoke while the other two howled in broad daylight "you do not need footwear, your feet will carry you to the dragon princess..."

Alex’s face was filled with confusion, he opened his mouth wanting to speak but the sound of a drone machine was heard passing above them, a voice was also heard from the drone.

The wolf beastman instantly lost consciousness, meanwhile the other two started attacking alex, but alex rolled to the right which made him touch the hot ground, alex tiptoed and hopped around unable to endure the heat, his white shirt now became even dirtier.

The remaining two wolf beastmen looked at alex who was already battered, they wanted to lunge again but alex’s expression suddenly changed like he wanted to cry, he raised both his hands high, he looked at something behind the two wolf beastmen.

"SAINT AZARA!! HELP ME!!"

The two beastmen automatically turned around to see saint azara up close, but only emptiness greeted them.

Alex immediately lunged, he threw a punch with his right hand in a counterclockwise direction, his punch targeted the necks of the two beastmen which made them scream and faint.

Alex was still hopping around because of the heat, he looked at the shoes worn by the beastmen and tried to wear them but none of the sizes fit him, he sighed tiredly, he wanted to hide but vibrations came from the direction where he tricked the two beastmen.

Alex immediately turned his head, from there dozens of beastmen and humans were running together toward him under the scorching sunlight, alex cursed the dragon princess once again, he stood up and threw one shoe toward the crowd then immediately ran while tiptoeing.

He gritted his teeth and unconsciously bit his lip, the soles of his feet did not fully touch the ground, every step made the burning pain even worse.

Alex looked to the right and left because he was surrounded by walls, the screams from the crowd made each of his steps faster.

Alex kept searching for a way out until finally he saw that the road he passed ended in a dead end and split into right and left.

Alex swallowed hard, he slightly glanced toward the starving crowd behind him, he saw several humans just as crazy ’damn race traitors!!’

He immediately turned right, he moved himself close to the wall as if he would crash into it, all the crowd instantly followed him.

But alex did something else, he suddenly stopped the momentum of his run using his right foot which injured the sole of his right foot and made him feel excessive heat.

He immediately pressed himself against the dirt wall, his lips almost kissed the wall, but with that he could avoid the front line of the pursuers where they fell or crashed into the wall because they almost reached alex.

Alex immediately ran sideways toward the left, he still ran while almost kissing the dirt wall, the sudden change made the pursuers crash into one another and fall, meanwhile the middle to back part of the pursuers instead crashed into the wall because they could not stop.

Meanwhile alex successfully avoided those crashing into the wall, he was now running toward the left while laughing freely "HAHAHA SERVES YOU RIGHT BASTARDS!!"

Alex ran again while tiptoeing, he immediately jumped over the wall into another area to avoid the anger of those pursuers.

A thick smile was carved on his face, he laughed freely but immediately searched for shadows again to avoid the scorching heat burning the ground.

Unfortunately alex’s laughter reached one of the rooftops nearby, there a red fox hybrid beastman girl was watching him, her red eyes were covered by black sunglasses, she relaxed while lying on a long bench, the scorching sunlight trying to burn her was covered by a large umbrella.

The fox beastman girl smiled faintly, she lowered her sunglasses slightly when she saw alex walking sideways while sticking to the wall "so he’s that noisy alex...?"

The fox beastman girl kept watching alex until alex finally met a human carrying a wooden practice sword, the girl exclaimed, she immediately drank her cold drink while eating snacks as if she was about to watch a good performance.

A gust of wind blew at her almost flipping her umbrella over, the gust carried a swarm of sand that seemed to move on its own, the swarm of sand started forming a figure, slowly kong appeared, he stood beside the fox hybrid girl.

The fox girl immediately removed her sunglasses, she sat up while shouting at kong "master!! What are you doing here?!"

Kong clicked his tongue, he pointed his chin toward alex who was talking with the human carrying the wooden sword "I’m observing him..."

The fox girl’s shoulders drooped, she immediately shifted her gaze toward alex, kong asked the fox girl again "what are you doing? Why aren’t you joining the hunt? The reward is a handmade necklace from the dragon queen... don’t you want it, sesa?"

Sesa raised both her shoulders "what’s the point if you don’t allow talents?" Sesa pointed toward the clear sky, there dozens of videos could be seen displaying various points of view.

Kong immediately sighed tiredly seeing that, veins protruded on kong’s forehead, he immediately pulled out the large umbrella covering sesa and himself, he directly threw it toward the polar bear beastman like a war spear.

A groan of pain came from the polar bear beastman, he and alex shifted their gazes toward where the umbrella came from, meanwhile kong shouted full of anger, he almost jumped down if not held back by sesa.

"You stupid bear!! Why did you destroy the wall?!"

The polar bear beastman grimaced while holding his still aching head "relax father!! I’ll fix it later!!"

The polar bear beastman shifted his gaze back toward alex who was still standing pressed against the wall even though the wall not far from him had been destroyed.

Alex returned the polar bear beastman’s gaze, he sighed while shaking his head several times, he then shifted toward the human standing beside the polar bear, he was cleaning his clothes covered in dust, he was still holding the wooden sword.

"Oii ken.... what the hell are you doing?! Are you hunting your friend too?!"

Ken lowered his head slightly as if regretful

"forgive me friend.... but reva wants it."

Alex wiped the sweat on his forehead that kept pouring down "what did she say?" Ken looked at alex seriously "she didn’t say anything but her eyes-" alex immediately cut off ken’s words, he scratched his neck that now felt like it was burning, dirt entered his fingernails "shit!! Meanwhile alex who had already pictured what he was doing in his head immediately performed the next step, he lifted ken’s body as if as a shield against gordon’s huge punch.

Ken who did not expect that only froze silently, meanwhile his face turned grimacing when gordon’s fist struck his back, ken’s body looked like it bent backward, meanwhile alex immediately released him which made ken kiss the hot ground.

Gordon who just realized immediately spoke "oh shit...!" One of alex’s eyebrows twitched hearing what gordon said ’oh shit?! Woah... I can’t believe this, he accidentally attacked ken and said oh shit?! What if he attacked me? Would he shout hooray?!’

Alex gritted his teeth, he immediately jumped while gordon was still confused, he hugged gordon’s thick neck and choked him from behind, alex exerted all his strength while gordon struggled to reach alex’s smaller hands.

Gordon slowly walked backward, meanwhile veins appeared on alex’s forehead, he looked like he was choking an iron pillar, alex then lifted both his hanging legs, he aimed them toward the backs of gordon’s knees which made him fall backward.

Alex groaned in pain as his body was crushed by gordon’s body, but he did not loosen the choke, instead gordon looked like he was running out of breath, he kept struggling.

Alex gritted his teeth, his back now felt like it was burning, he exerted all his strength, he looked at the clear sky while his body smelled sweaty and sticky ’look at this my friends in my old world!! Here I will defeat a polar bear!!’

Gordon who was struggling eventually slowly calmed down and then stopped moving, alex slightly glanced toward gordon who had apparently already lost consciousness just like ken with his tongue sticking out.

Alex smiled unconsciously ’shit!... I really really defeated a polar bear with a choke...’

Alex immediately moved gordon’s body aside, he immediately stood up and ran while tiptoeing, he no longer thought about his overheated feet, he did not even look at kong and sesa who only stared blankly at ken and gordon who were defeated easily in a fight without mana and talents.

Alex’s temporary joy finally extinguished when he turned around and looked at someone standing before the gate leading toward the corridor connected to the building where he lived.

Alex immediately stopped his steps, he now started hopping around again, the scorching sunlight seemed to never stop following him, the smile on alex’s face disappeared, he looked at the figure seemingly blocking him.

"What are you doing, julian?"

Julian raised his head, the scorching sunlight illuminated his blonde hair, his blue eyes looked the same as the sky, his clothes still looked neat under the heat of midday.

"I was waiting for you...." julian looked alex up and down, he smiled slightly "....rina wants that necklace, so I will get it for her..."

Alex was still hopping around because of the heat, he kept alternating his right and left foot to step on the hot ground "katarina wants it? And you’ll give it to her?"

But his steps stopped when he saw someone leaning against the wall in the corridor, one of alex’s eyebrows rose "katarina...?"

Katarina turned toward alex, previously a smile was carved on her face but once she saw alex’s condition, the smile disappeared.

Katarina immediately approached alex, meanwhile alex raised one of his hands "don’t come closer... I smell and I’m dirty right now..."
