The Chenyu Guardian God was especially fond of him, fearing he might encounter danger in the game, so he provided this account. In case of an emergency, he and Joyce could take people in to rescue Yuze.

Yuze’s live stream dimmed and then brightened again, leaving fans bewildered, but they still followed him in.

When Yuze entered, his landing point was the exercise yard.

Besides the players there, no one else was present.

Yuze was frantically searching for someone in the game level, while the comment section was going insane.

[Oh my god! Yu just came out of the level, and upon hearing Josh was in trouble, he turned right around to find him?]

Yuze’s search was frantic, but inside the temple, it was serene and peaceful.

Chenyu quietly worked through the documents on the table. Beside him floated a sphere of light, within which were various suspended starlight images. Upon closer inspection, it felt like an entire universe was contained within.

Today he wore modern casual attire, a soft beige turtleneck sweater, and simple casual pants. His long golden hair was tied up into a high ponytail, with loose strands lazily hanging over his forehead, bearing a closer resemblance to Yuze.

On the large bed beside him, Josh lay quietly in white pajamas.

Her features were soft and obedient, her hair gently draped like a plush doll, beautifully and lifelike.

After finishing his work, Chenyu looked in Josh’s direction, noticing the faint white light on her brow that never faded. His gaze darkened slightly: "Quite resilient."

"Young Master Yu! You can’t barge in! The god is working! Oh dear..."

Upon hearing the commotion outside, Chenyu’s gaze flickered momentarily. With a wave of his hand, the bed curtains slowly dropped, thoroughly concealing the view of the bed.

Yuze kicked open the temple door and burst in: "Chenyu! What exactly did you do to Josh in the game? Give her back to me!"

Yuze rushed in, his hair disheveled and loose, with a small trail of blood on one cheek, his clothes tattered and torn—looking very much the worse for wear, yet still undeniably handsome.

Chenyu frowned slightly: "How did you end up in this state?"

Yuze glared at him sharply: "Where’s Josh? Where did you take her?"

Chenyu pursed his lips and fell silent.

Yuze rushed forward, grabbing him by the collar: "Give her back to me!"

"Young Master Yu!!" The Divine Envoy watching at the side was frightened out of his wits.

This was a god!

Such disrespect from Young Master Yu!

Chenyu’s eyes held a trace of helplessness: "How did you end up finding your way here?"

Yuze’s eyes held a hint of coldness: "That field had your presence, you’ve been there!"

He should have been more vigilant; the Mermaid King kept warning him that Josh would be killed, yet he still left Josh in danger alone—damn him!

"And Josh? Did you see her when you went?" Yuze asked anxiously.

Chenyu quietly looked at him.

Yuze released him, eyes filled with a mix of panic.

Chenyu only said: "I will help you find her."

Upon hearing this, Yuze neither agreed nor refused and simply turned to run out again.

The Mermaid King appeared beside him: "If he found out, he would kill you."

Chenyu curved his lips slightly: "He’ll eventually kill me sooner or later."

The Mermaid King glanced at him: "Sometimes I really don’t understand what goes on in your head."

Chenyu offered no further response, his eyes deep as the night, vast and boundless, like an endless night sky.

Josh recited an incantation while trying to stabilize her body.

After an indefinite amount of time, she finally landed.

This was a vast whirlpool, surrounded by endless blackness, encircled by stars of all sizes and vivid, colorful nebulae.

Standing here, Josh inexplicably felt boundless loneliness.

There was no sound in her ears, not even the slightest breeze in this vast area—only the stars floating and spinning.

Time seemed to be frozen here.

Josh remembered that it was her pulling on the dream that brought her into this space.
