Infinite Sharing System: Cultivating With My Sister In The Apocalypse
Chapter 38: Void Sense
Huh? Where’s the spatial crack?
Xuan looked around, yet it was to no avail. It seemed like after he entered, the spatial crack vanished.
But despite the crack vanishing, there was one upside to this situation, and of course, that was the constant Void Qi gain.
<+419 Void Qi>
<+488 Void Qi>
<+581 Void Qi>
Because he was in literal space, the Void Qi gain was unsurprisingly larger, but there was still one problem.
How do I get back?
He focused on his Dantian, and a moment later, teleported forward using Void Step, which meant he could use his Qi again.
So knowing that, Xuan proceeded to cast Void Step tens of times, stretching out into hundreds. However, no spatial crack opened, almost as if the environment didn’t allow it.
Having been left no choice, Xuan furrowed his brows and sent a message to Yuelan.
<Xiao Xuan: I’m stuck.>
A few seconds later, she replied.
<Xiao Yuelan: Yeah, I bet you are. I already killed the boss monster. I’m waiting outside of the dungeon now.>
He sighed.
<Xiao Xuan: I overused the Void Step skill, and I fell into a spatial crack. I have no clue how to get out. Any tips?>
Since she was a gamer, she must have some ideas.
And thankfully, he was right.
<Xiao Yuelan: Huh... you’re serious? Okay. There are three ways you can escape, at least the ones I can think of off the top of my head.>
She paused, and a moment later, sent her ideas.
<Xiao Yuelan: You can try overloading the Space with Void Qi. You have a lot, don’t you? So keep using your skills. Actually, your proficiency might increase if you practice in Space Qi... Anyways, another method is to cultivate.>
Xuan tilted his head.
<Xiao Xuan: Cultivate?>
<Xiao Yuelan: Mhm. Didn’t your physique come with some spatial awareness? If so, I’m pretty sure you can cultivate and see a weak spot in the space around you. If you follow it, you might be able to escape.>
His eyes sparkled, and there was only one method left.
<Xiao Yuelan: As for the last way... I could try opening a spatial crack on my side, but since I don’t have nearly as much Void Qi as you, it might take a very long time. So while I cultivate Void Qi, you should try one of the two ideas. Good luck, big brother. Don’t die.>
With that, he was once again left alone, but at least he wasn’t going in blind.
At the same time, if he could find a way to manually get out, then that meant he could get into this place whenever he wished.
And if I do that, then that means I can cultivate my Void Qi at a very fast pace whenever I want to. I would just need to open a spatial crack and hop inside... Xuan smiled and crossed his legs.
He entered a lotus position while floating through space and activated his Void Qi Gathering Technique.
<+5,000 Void Qi>
<+5,000 Void Qi>
<+5,000 Void Qi>
Since he was in the perfect place, he got the maximum amount of Void Qi per second that he could get. But even so, he was only half focused on cultivating as he had one of his eyes open, watching as the purple Qi flowed into him from all angles.
And that was when his eyes locked onto an area above him. It was the only area from where he wasn’t getting any Void Qi.
Xuan took a deep breath and then Void Stepped toward that suspicious area before throwing a Void Qi-infused fist at it.
There was some resistance, but after reinforcing his fist with more Void Qi, the space shattered, spreading cracks all along the space around him until eventually, he found himself back in the dungeon, falling down that exact same extremely deep hole.
However, as luck would have it, he could finally see the bottom, so with another five Void Steps, he touched down on the ground and heaved a relieved breath.
But before he could take a look around, he was met with a surprising pop-up.
<You have unlocked: Void Sense>

<Void Sense>
<Rank: Divine>
<Mastery Level: 1>
<Description: Allows detection of spatial distortions, weak points, and hidden cracks within 100 meters. Passive effect. No activation required.>

With this, he felt like he could enter the empty Space freely, but for the time being, there was something interesting he wanted to deal with first.
He glanced around the room, spotting three coffins at the far end of this icy cave. The walls were lit by blue crystals, and the closer he got to the three coffins, the dimmer the crystals became.
And when he finally arrived in front of the three coffins, he noticed something strange.
Unlike everything else, there wasn’t even a single speck of dust on any of the three coffins.
Yeah... no way am I opening them, Xuan thought, turning around. He was going to Void Step back up to the top where he came from.
Yet not even 10 steps later, he heard a screeching noise from behind him, almost like the coffins were being opened.
Xuan swiftly turned around, and to his surprise, all three of the coffins were opened. However, there was no one in the cave aside from him.
Or so he thought, when all of a sudden, all the crystals scattered along the walls shattered in unison, blanketing the entire cave in darkness.
He took a deep breath, reinforced his body with Void Qi, and then without wasting another second, Xuan infused his fists with Elemental Qi and threw a full-powered punch.
A purple energy burst forward from his fist, enveloping the entire cave in front of him and decimating everything in sight, including the coffins.
There didn’t seem to be anything left, but he could never be too sure, so he cautiously turned around, prepared to leave.
That was when, in the distance, he spotted three figures whose thin bodies were pitch black, yet humanoid. But the main characteristic that caught his attention was the three crimson eyes that each of the figures had.
And that could only mean one thing.
Turns out the Frost Demon wasn’t the only Demon inside the dungeon.
