Infinite Skin System: Starting as An Eldritch Knight
Chapter 133: Tiger God
The Yokais rushed at Carter.
The black swordsman smirked. He tapped the end of the blade handle.
Iganu felt like his butt just got slapped, "Hey!"
Dark energy leaked out from the blade. Carter spun and swung the blade in a circle, releasing a thin strip of Negative Energy around him.
The strip cut through the surrounding Yokais and cut them into two.

An Elite Yokai, a lizard, crawled on top of a building. It opened its mouth and sent its tongue flying toward Carter’s back like a projectile.
The black swordsman turned around just before the tongue touched him. He grabbed the tongue then lifted his leg, wrapping the fleshy strip around his heel.
"Huh?" The lizard widened its eyes.
Carter stomped his foot down, pulling the lizard toward him.
The Lizard Yokai screamed in panic. It shot straight at Carter and met his blade. The Negative Energy shot out and split the lizard in two.

"Holy shit! He just killed Toka in one strike." An Awaken Yokai trembled in fear.
Yokais were savaged creatures. They weren’t usually so easily scared. But Carter’s enormous power combined with the Terror Force ability sent chills down their hybrid spines.
Three Elite Yokais circled Carter from three directions. A frog, a deer, and an ox.
The frog opened its mouth and spat a ball of acid toward Carter.
The deer and the ox charged at him from opposite directions. They were still too slow for him even without Adrenaline.
Carter jumped out of the way. The deer and the ox collided with each other. Their heads were full of stars.
The acidic ball damaged the both of them.
"Argh! You stupid frog!" The ox roared in pain as its eyes were covered in acid.
It was also its last words as Carter cut off its legs, causing it to fall down. Then he decapitated it.

"Shit! Shit! Shit! We can’t win!"
The deer turned around and jumped away, wanting to escape.
Carter’s Raven Wings appeared and he shot straight up, slicing through the deer in mid-air.

"Kill him!"
Vulture Yokais surrounded him. They flapped their wings, sending their sharp feathers toward him.
"I have the same attack. Watch!"
Carter spun. Dark feathers shot out from the Raven Suit and deflected the Vulture Feathers. Then those feathers pierced through the Vultures themselves.
They fell straight down like the sky was raining birds.

"We need more Yokais!" A Lion Yokai said. It lifted its head up and roared loudly.
Many Yokais heard its roar and flooded to the city square. There were so many Yokais now that Carter couldn’t even count them all.
"Good! Let me show you my true strength!"
Carter held the sword high. Eldritch Force leaked out and wrapped around him. The Raven Armor returned. The beak-shape helmet covered his head.
Carter shot straight down to the ground, slamming Iganu. Negative Energy shot out and blasted the nearby Yokais off their feet.
Some died just by the explosion alone.

The Yokais were relentless. They rushed at Carter from all sides. This was now a blood debt. They must kill him for revenge.
"Go all in! He can’t kill us all!"
"Stupid Yokais. You won’t win no matter how many you are."
Carter slapped the end of the handle again.
"Why do you keep slapping my ass?!" Iganu said.
Negative Energy shot out from the broadsword, it transformed into a dark beam as Carter swung it.
The large Negative Blade melted all the Yokais in the front. They fell down like trees.

The Yokais finally understand the difference in power now. They stopped advancing and retreated faraway from Carter.
"Champion! This is a Champion! We must notify the Four Beast Gods!"
"Beast Gods?" Carter smiled. "Call them here."
Carter swung his sword again, more Yokais fell to the ground. They basically had no resistance against him.
Beneath the Giyaku City, a pair of red eyes opened up.
’This scent. This pressure. A human Champion dares to enter Giyaku?’
The pair of red eyes disappeared in the cave. It moved just as fast as Carter in the Raven Armor.
Carter slammed the sword down at another direction full of Yokais. But this time, his attack was unsuccessful.
A large Yokai landed heavily on the ground. It blocked Carter’s Negative Blade and deflected it.
The large Yokai rushed at him. For the first time, someone matched his speed.
Carter held the sword up and blocked the punch. His feet slid on the ground and was sent scraping backward a great distance.
His hands trembled from the force alone.
"Huh? You survived. Interesting."
The large Yokai flicked his fist.
It was a large Tiger Yokai. Much larger than the last Tiger Carter killed. Its body was muscular like a body builder and covered in short smooth fur.
Carter sized it up. And it also scanned the Raven Knight.
"How brave of you to come here, human."
The Tiger Yokai walked in a circle. Carter walked with it. They maintained a safe distance from each other.
The other Yokais stepped back in unison, forming a natural circle within them, where Carter and the Tiger Yokai was there.
"A Minor Champion... You must advance not long ago, huh? A mere Minor Champion and already thinks he can take one of the Four Beast Gods?" The Tiger snorted.
"I faced a God once. You aren’t it." Carter said calmly.
The Tiger Yokai frowned. It didn’t know if Carter was telling the truth or was just bluffing.
"The Unnamed." Carter pointed his blade at the Yokai. "Tell me your name."
"Dairei Mouko. Tiger God of the Giyaku City."
The Tiger Yokai lifted his head up and roared loudly.
"Anyone just use any title these days. I see no god in front of me."
The Tiger’s upper lip raised up slightly, revealing its sharp fang. "Careful what you’re saying, human. Even a Champion will die in Giyaku."
"Oh, really?"
The thick red aura returned, wrapping around Carter.
The Tiger’s eyelids trembled just a little bit. Then it snorted, "That’s not going to change anything."
As soon as it said that, the red aura became fiercer, thicker, and larger.
’Thirty times!’
