Chapter 454: Regina

[Outside The Warehouse]

VOOM!!

Sunny turned his head to the right, his golden eyes tracking the glaring headlights of five reinforced SUVs tearing down the slum street toward them at full speed.

"Yes!! The Boss is finally here!!" Ares yelled, a triumphant, bloodthirsty smile splitting his scarred face.

"Hmm... That is fast," Sunny muttered, watching as the five vehicles slammed on their brakes, effectively blocking the only exit from the warehouse.

TAP!

A heavy combat boot touched the frozen ground. A woman with sharp features, long black hair, and dead, calculating eyes stepped out of the lead vehicle. Her dark military coat flapped violently in the freezing wind. She ignored her men, immediately raising her head to the roof, her gaze locking onto Sunny.

"Who are you?" she asked, a deep, menacing frown creasing her forehead.

"As the Military Commander and President of this Realm, shouldn’t you be upright and righteous? Rather, you are filled with nothing but evil," Sunny said. He stood up slowly, staring down at her, his golden eyes glowing with divine authority against the night sky.

"As the Realm Ruler and the Overseer of this world, I will correct this mistake."

The Leader narrowed her eyes at him, analyzing his complete lack of visible Life Force. The next moment, she threw her head back and burst out laughing.

"Hahahaha!! You want to fight me? Are you that stupid?!" she laughed, the sound cold and devoid of humor.

"Yes! The Leader is a Lv1 Warrior! The only Level One Warrior in this entire world!! She is invincible!" Ares yelled, his earlier terror completely replaced by fanatical devotion.

Behind the Leader, ten heavily armed men stepped out of the SUVs, nodding in grim agreement.

"Even if she is Level Zero... I only need one finger to kill her." Sunny stepped casually off the edge of the roof. He plummeted down and landed lightly on his feet, the snow barely disturbing around his boots.

"I don’t underestimate my enemies!" The Leader’s laughter died instantly. She raised one hand and pointed a single, glowing finger directly at Sunny.

"All of you, concentrate your attack! You ten are the only Lv2 Warriors under my command. Together, even a Lv1 wouldn’t survive your combined assault," she commanded. A cruel smirk formed on her face as she felt the familiar rush of absolute power.

"And with my Lv1 strength to anchor it... he won’t survive." She moved her gaze strictly over the immediate area of the street. "Remember, compress your attack. Fuse everything into mine. I don’t want this block destroyed and drawing unwanted attention."

"Yes, Boss!!" the ten elite guards yelled in unison.

They all raised their hands, pointing one finger at Sunny, their internal Life Force flaring to life, ready to sync with their leader’s attack.

"Die, you ignorant fool!"

She yelled, and a dense, pulsating orb of red energy flew out from her chest, rapidly forming and condensing before her outstretched finger.

"Now!!"

The ten elites followed her action. The moment she fired the concentrated ball of crimson energy toward Sunny, the ten released their own beams of Life Force, which instantly merged with hers, expanding the attack into a terrifying, concentrated lance of pure destruction.

"This attack... It has enough power to wipe out an entire city. I know because the Boss used it to wipe out the Western District some years ago, completely incinerating everyone in it," Ares said with a manic smirk, bracing himself against the incoming shockwave.

WHOOSH!!

BOOOOOOOOOM!!!!

The compressed attack smashed directly into Sunny. The sheer kinetic and thermal force raised a massive cloud of superheated smoke and dust, melting the snow instantly. Yet, exactly as the Leader had instructed, the immediate aftermath was perfectly contained; not a single surrounding house was affected by the blast radius.

"You actually call this an attack?"

"WHAT?!!"

Everyone was shocked, their jaws dropping as they stared at the epicenter. Sunny casually walked out of the dense smoke, calmly dusting a few specks of ash from his dark shoulders.

"Not... Not even a scratch?! What are you?!!" The Leader asked in pure, unfiltered horror, instinctively taking a step back as her worldview shattered.

’That attack was compressed into one point! How can he still be alive?!!’

BOOOOM!!!

"HUH?!"

Before anyone could process Sunny’s invulnerability, the four thugs, the Leader, and her elite team all violently turned their heads toward the warehouse. They stared in absolute shock at a massive, blinding pillar of pure white light shooting straight through the rusted roof and into the night sky.

"I won’t die!!!"

Regina’s voice, amplified by raw, untamed power, echoed from inside. The next moment, the entire structural integrity of the warehouse failed. It exploded outward, massive chunks of concrete and steel flying all over the place.

"Huh?"

Everyone outside was dumbfounded. The explosion wasn’t caused by fire, explosives, or gas—it was a pure, concussive wave of Life Force.

"Who has such strong Life Force?" The Leader thought, her mind racing as she turned back around to face Sunny.

Through the settling dust of the destroyed warehouse, she saw ten ragged kids suddenly standing right behind him, teleported out of the rubble.

"Huh?" She was completely dumbfounded.

"What happened? None of those kids have Life Force—" Ares froze, his eyes locking onto the small, glowing figure of Regina standing at the front of the group. "It can’t be—"

"You did a good job, little one." Sunny gently placed his hand on Regina’s wild, glowing red hair, instantly stabilizing her rampaging powers with a single, calming touch.

Regina blinked, gasping for air as the blinding energy around her rapidly dimmed until it completely vanished.

"Huh?" She looked over her shoulder, just as confused as the terrified kids huddled behind her.

"How did we...?" She was stunned, unable to comprehend how they had moved from the collapsing basement to the street outside.

"Just watch as I deal with pests."

Sunny stepped past her and stretched forth his hand toward the paralyzed enemies before him, his palm wide open and facing them.

"Get used to this, Regina. Because soon, you will be the one delivering this judgment with my will," he said, his voice echoing with absolute, terrifying finality. 𝓯𝓻𝓮𝙚𝙬𝓮𝙗𝒏𝙤𝒗𝙚𝙡.𝒄𝒐𝓶

Regina blinked, staring at the powerful Warriors before her—the undisputed rulers of the First Realm.

The moment Sunny casually clenched his open palm into a fist, the Leader, Ares, the other three thugs, and the ten elite Lv2 Warriors all simultaneously shattered into a fine mist of blood. There was no scream, no resistance. Just instant, total erasure.

"....?!!!!"

Regina and all the rescued children froze in absolute horror, staring at the fresh blood painting the snow all over the street.

"Come on. From now on, you are my Subordinate." Sunny looked over his shoulder at the horrified, trembling kids. "We should help them on the way back."

Regina swallowed hard, her mind struggling to process the sheer scale of the violence and the power of the man who saved her. She looked at his offered hand, and nodded her head.

"Ok."

[Present - The Forest Top]

"From that day forward, I took him as my God... And absolutely nothing will change that," Regina stated. The memory faded, replaced by the reality of the present. The long, black and purple sword in her hand began to glow with a blinding, lethal red light.

"Hahaha!! I will kill you, and then I will kill this useless God of yours!!!" Angelina yelled in blind, grief-stricken anger. She shot forward in an absolute frenzy, her massive army of summoned beasts roaring as they charged behind her.

Regina’s eyes narrowed, cold and devoid of mercy.

"Swords Blade Annihilation," Regina muttered softly under her breath.
