Being the first time that Michael was here in the capital, he was quite curious about some places. While he could easily understand the city through the usage of maps and other navigation systems, he did not do so.

Instead, just like the two ladies in the back seat of the Maybach, he curiously looked around. Though, it did not take long before he began losing interest.

It was mainly because he realized that the buildings here, apart from being grand as compared to those in Brenton City, there was not that much difference.

Maybe the only difference between the two cities was the prosperity here, and the types of activities that could take place here.

In the end, as an hour went by, Michael simply looked around, to pass time.

"We cannot tour the entire city within the time that we have remaining. Let’s go to the mansion that has been arranged by Benson, before preparing to go for the auction." Michael spoke, a few minutes later.

They had been moving around for a little over an hour, and that was enough for now. After the auction, Michael was planning that they would stay here for a little longer.

That way, he could let the two ladies visit some places, instead of just looking around from within the car.

As he looked at the two ladies, Michael realized that there seemed to be some disappointment on their faces. Unlike him, the two ladies were definitely enjoying themselves.

But of course, neither of them voiced out their disappointment, as they understood that they did not come to the capital for a vacation.

The driver nodded upon hearing Michael’s words. Immediately, he began driving towards the west side of the city.

Michael looked at the two ladies and said, "Don’t worry, you will have the chance to tour the city tomorrow. Additionally, since it will be daytime, you will have much freedom as compared to now."

Then, he gazed at Carol and asked, "do you have something that you will need to do tomorrow? If so, I can make arrangements for you to be taken back."

Immediately, Carol shook her head as she said, "No, I already arranged everything. For the next 3 days, I’m completely free."

To that, Michael raised his brows slightly, but he said nothing more. Instead, he just closed his eyes slightly, while the car continuously drove towards their destination.

The two ladies behind continued chatting with each other, their conversation being a continuation of what they had been talking about previously, before they focused on viewing the scenery outside the car.

Around 30 or so minutes later, they arrived at a location that seemed to be where they reach lived. This part of the city, there were not many buildings, and neither were there high-rise buildings.

Instead, detached villas, massive mansions and penthouses and detached houses.

About a minute later, the car finally drove to the mansion that was arranged by Benson. The mansion stood behind tall black gates and a high stone wall. Looking at this mansion, Michael was quite impressed, as the gate was opened, allowing them to enter.

The property covered a large area, with green lawns, flower gardens, and rows of trees surrounding the main building. A wide driveway curved through the grounds and stopped in front of the entrance.

The mansion was four stories tall. Built from light-colored stone and glass, it had a kind of futuristic and modern design. Large windows covered much of the exterior, while tall pillars stood beside the main entrance. Even from a distance, the building looked grand and powerful.

The three of them got out of the car, with the doors opened buy a group of people that was already waiting for their arrival.

Looking at their attire, they were probably maids and other household staff.

"Welcome, Mr. Santos and the two misses." They all spoke simultaneously, as if they had already practiced this many times.

Michael and Kate did not have much of a reaction, as they nodded back to the greeting. As for Carol, even though she also nodded, she felt a little flustered.

It was mainly because, this was the first time that she was experiencing such a situation. Before she met Michael, she was struggling to make ends meet.

It was not just about her personal life, even her career was experiencing some difficulties due to the suppression.

Even though in recent days, her popularity had skyrocketed, and her income was bound to rise in the next few months, currently, it was not yet there.

Thereby, unlike Michael who was already used to being referred as young master by some of the bio humans under him, and Kate who was born into wealth, this was the first time that she was treated with such respect.

Of course, this was not related to her profession as a music artist, instead, just as a person. Still, she understood, disrespect was mainly because of her association with Michael.

The head butler, for in charge of the entire residence and the other employees, welcomed Michael as he introduced himself.

He was a man in his late ’50s, his black hair partially gray, with a few wrinkles on his face. His dark brown eyes held respect as he gazed at Michael and the two ladies.

Just by looking at him, Michael could tell that this guy was a professional with experience when it came to this job.

With the butler, Andrew, taking the lead, Michael and the two ladies followed him into the mansion. Walking past the double doors, large entrance hall welcomed them.

A crystal chandelier hung from the high ceiling above polished marble floors. Wide staircases rose to the upper floors, and long hallways connected the different parts of the house.

Since this was the first time that they were here, Andrew went ahead and showed them around.

The first floor contained several living rooms, a dining hall, a kitchen, a library, meeting rooms, and offices. It was mainly used for receiving guests and holding gatherings.

The second floor was the family’s living area. It contained the master bedroom, several large bedrooms, private lounges, dressing rooms, and bathrooms.

The third floor was used for entertainment. It had guest rooms, a private cinema, game rooms, a gym, and other leisure facilities.

The fourth floor contained an indoor pool, a spa, rooftop gardens, and lounges with views of the city skyline.

Beneath the mansion were two underground levels. They contained a large garage, storage rooms, staff quarters, and a security center.

In total, the mansion had more than forty rooms, including fifteen bedrooms and over twenty bathrooms. It was large enough to host many guests while still providing privacy and comfort for its owners.

And there were 2 helipads, one located behind the mansion, and another at the top of the mansion itself. And currently, behind the mansion, there was a helicopter.

This time, Michael was really impressed. Still, he felt, if he was living here alone, it would be too empty. But, if this was a family residence, then, the ample space would make life here much more comfortable.

Despite the fact that Kate was from the largest family within the eastern province, he was also shocked by the grandeur of the mansion.

From the outside, it looked huge. It was only when she entered that she realized that despite how she thought that this building was big, she had really underestimated it.

"Mike, do you have any intention of staying here? If you are, then I will definitely move here. I can occasionally go back to see my mom and grandparents. But of course, that is also if you can have another training chamber created here." Kate said as she looked around, her eyes filled with amazement.

The moment that she said those words, Carol, who was standing beside her, nearly said that she also wished to live here. Unfortunately, the company that she was signed with was not located within the capital.

If she had to move between the company and the mansion on a daily basis, it would be too tiresome. After all, the distance between the company and the mansion was over 200 kilometers.

In the end, she could only remain silent, as she felt a little envious. But even then she shrugged internally, as she thought, even if she wished to stay here, would she be allowed?

Anyway, the relationship between her and Michael wasn’t that close enough for him to allow her to stay here. Additionally, Kate was his girlfriend, which was very understandable for her to stay here.

Michael seemed to notice the hesitation that Carol had, but he said nothing about it. Instead, he responded to Kate’s question, "I might consider staying here. As for the training chamber, I can also have it installed here. But, you have to understand, you cannot just focus on training."

"No problem at all. I really like the atmosphere within this city, and if I can stay here, I definitely would want to stay here." Kate immediately agreed.

"Okay, there are only a few minutes until the auction starts. We will take the helicopter to get there on time. So, if there is something that you would like to do, then you can be quick with it, as we will be leaving in the next 5 minutes." Michael stated.
