Ye Liuyun immediately released one of his Divine Soul to supplement into his clone’s ocean of consciousness, fearing that the spiritual power of his divine soul would be exhausted.

However, what the vortex was draining away was his advance energy this time.

The vortex violently attempted to drain the advance energy of the clone out. When the clone started to control the degree of the advance energy, the vortex stopped absorbing its energy.

However, the absorbing speed of the vortex was too quick that one of the virtuoso of the clone was sapped instantly.

Subsequently, the clone gazed into the eyes of the skull and shot out a beam of white light.

This beam, similar in size to the black beam earlier, immediately melted the skull, and even shot directly into the mountain wall, melting out a long tunnel before gradually dissipating.

Ye Liuyun and his clone glanced down the tunnel, finding that it extended several miles, the diameter of the opening was about as thick as a barrel, narrowing gradually towards the end.

"It seems that this pair of eyes can not only launch powerful attacks, but also able to differentiate whether it is attacking a physical object or a Divine Soul and adjust its strength accordingly!" Ye Liuyun deduced.

Immediately after, the clone used a Yuan storage stone to replenish the advance energy, and attempted once again.

Concentrating the mind and mobilizing emotions in the same way, but only allowing a small part of the True Yuan to boil.

The vortex inside the eyes was spinning again, the absorbed power was indeed restricted.

The white beam shot this time was much finer compared to before, and when it pierced the skull, it only shot tens of feet into the mountain wall.

"Good control!" Ye Liuyun was happy for his clone.

The clone then tried several more times, familiarizing himself with the sensation as well as the control of energy mobilization, and the size of the attack range.

Finally, he practiced to only shoot a thin beam, piercing the wall about one zhang (approximately ten feet) in distance.

"This should be enough to take down a powerful warrior!" Ye Liuyun confirmed. 𝗳𝚛𝗲𝕖𝕨𝕖𝗯𝚗𝚘𝕧𝕖𝗹.𝗰𝗼𝕞

His clone stopped training and replenished all of its advance energy with Primordial Stone.

Next, Ye Liuyun returned to the Mysterious Empty Stone to cultivate, replenishing the Primordial Energy in the Primordial Stone. Meanwhile, his clone, draped in an invisibility cloak, hid near the teleportation array, waiting for the other flood dragon to return.

With his clone acting as his second set of eyes, Ye Liuyun was no longer worried that the dragon would be able to escape.

They intended to kill the second flood dragon first, then proceed to open the treasure cache, to avoid being disrupted halfway by it.

It was not until two days later that spatial fluctuations occurred at the conveyor formation. The other dragon was being teleported over.

The dragon waited until Mr. Jian rushed over before it teleported back. It was quite proud that it was able to lure Mr. Jian over.

However, its head was shot through by a white beam creating a big hole the next second before it crashing onto the ground.

Ye Liuyun emerged from the Mysterious Empty Stone and collected the flood dragon into the Space World.

"Let’s go!" Ye Liuyun signaled to his clone and brought along the Dragon Lady before hurrying off to a cave within the dragon nest.

"Dragon Qi!" Dragon Maiden immediately transmitted to Ye Liuyun: "This must be the source of the Dragon Qi we sensed outside! It’s vastly more powerful than that flood dragon!"

Ye Liuyun nodded. He could feel an oppression sense from within the cave.

According to the dragon’s memory, it should be another gigantic stone room at the end of this passage. There was a tea table within imprinted with dragon character on it.

It remembered the dragon hunter mentioning that as long as Dragon Qi was injected into the dragon character, it would open a mountain wall to reveal the treasure vault.

However, when Ye Liuyun and the others entered the stone room, they found a middle-aged man in a black robe, sitting by the tea table and watching them.

"Dragon Soul! It’s a true dragon divine spirit that turns into a demon!" The clone told Ye Liuyun.

Ye Liuyun’s golden phantom eyes could only identify the form of the divine soul. He was unable to discern whether it was a demon, let alone its original form.

However, the Dragon Girl bowed and paid her respects to the middle-aged man excitedly, referring to him as her senior!

The middle-aged man looked at the Dragon Girl and nodded in satisfaction. However immediately after that, his eyes transformed into black golden vertical pupils, glancing at Ye Liuyun and his clone.

Ye Liuyun and his clone was frozen in their places as though there was a binding spell casted on them. They could not even move an inch, not to mention to summon their divin soul power.

The clone’s invisibility cloak was abruptly removed, revealing his figure.

In Ye Liuyun’s sea of consciousness, the Myriad Gods’ Command instantly shimmered, resisting the middle-aged man’s control over their divine spirits.

"Both of them are under my control now, incapable of invoking their divine spirit’s power. Kill them, and all the treasures behind me will be yours!" The middle-aged man said, sweeping his hand over the table. The stone wall behind him slowly opened on both sides.

The three of them, Ye Liuyun, the clone, and Dragon Girl, saw a space about the same size as the place they are in. However, the ground was covered with crystals over one person high, unlike any high-grade divine crystals they had seen before.

Realm crystals were spread on top of these divine crystals which were all the size of a human head. The sight was glittering and gleaming.

Various treasures and weapons were casually scattered around. There were many boxes filled with magical heart pills. There were also some boxes with different colored crystals stacked together, some with their lids open.

There was an Azure Dragon hovering above them as well. However, the azure dragon was no longer alive. There was a hade scroll within its mouth and that presumably the most valuable treasure within the room.

These treasures were all rare and precious, and in large quantities. Anybody would be tempted by such a sight.

If it weren’t for the fact that Ye Liuyun’s Myriad Gods’ Command was not reacting, he would suspect what he’s seeing to be an illusion.

However, he chose not to act but to see what the Dragon Soul was planning to do.

"Senior, they are not villains. He...he is my man!" The Dragon lady said, her face slightly flushed.

"Eh? Two men?" The middle-aged man was somewhat astonished.

"One is a manifestation!" The Dragon lady explained simply.

"Ah! What a shame!" The middle-aged man sighed: "Even such a fine lad has to serve the humans!"

His vertical pupils also returned to a human-like form, no longer controlling Ye Liuyun and his clone.

Ye Liuyun retorted: "What’s wrong with being a human? Your transformation into a demon is also so that you can turn into a human, right?"

The middle-aged man looked at Ye Liuyun, then at his manifestation, and said coldly: "Don’t imagine that just because you’ve killed the foreigner outside that you can stand up to me! To kill you would be as easy as flipping my hand!"

Ye Liuyun nodded in recognition of his strength. This powerful fellow from the dragon clan, his divine soul has maintained to be so powerful even it was a long time since his death. He must have been a much more formidable foe when he was alive.

"We killed that foreigner, but not for your sake, and we certainly don’t stand up to you. You’re not one of ours to kill, so there’s no need to vent your anger on us. We’re just here to retrieve the treasure!"

As Ye Liuyun spoke, his golden eyes flashed once and he absorbed the Dragon lady and the manifestation into a spatial world.

"What are you doing?" The middle-aged man, revealing his vertical pupils again, stared at Ye Liuyun.

But Ye Liuyun was unfazed. The Omniscient Talisman in his consciousness was radiating brilliance, allowing him to act freely.

He walked directly to the middle-aged man, and sat down.

The middle-aged man was surprised to see that Ye Liuyun could still move.

He invaded into Ye Liuyun’s ocean of consciousness in an instant.
