“There is nothing my cauldron cannot refine, but it’ll cost a hefty price,” the old entity replied.

“Elder, please be assured that I’ll compensate you.”

“Compensate? Jie Tianran, you already owe me a lot.”

“Elder, I remember everything you have done for me, which is why I heed all your instructions.”

The old entity smiled. “You’re hoping to use these treasures to help the Netherworld Sect awaken their sacred item?”

“That’s right,” Jie Tianran replied.

“Would you really be that kind?”

“Of course not. I’ll sneak my gus into the treasures. As soon as they channel the treasures, my gus will slip into their bodies without them noticing.”

“That won’t be easy to pull off. The Netherworld Sect isn’t that easily fooled.”
