Chapter 1107: Suggestion-1

Anthony stood frozen, his heart beating faster and faster as though it wanted to tear out from his chest, happiness tore through his body as a wide grin appeared across his face. He had not expected it; he had only been showing his gratitude, extremely thankful for this that had been given to him. After all, once in a while, he thought about his past life and compared it to his current one, and each time the contrast alone was enough to leave him eternally grateful each time.

’How are people not even grateful to ??? for a second chance?’ Anthony thought to himself as he stood within his room.

With that, his thoughts shifted to those whom ??? had reincarnated, and he wondered what they had done throughout their time, whether they squandered such an opportunity or rose above expectations. After a moment, Anthony shook his head as his mind shifted back towards the gift ??? had promised him, unwilling to linger too long on matters that did not concern him directly.

’I’m very much looking forward to it,’ Anthony thought to himself. If it were before, he would immediately want to receive the gift at once, without hesitation or patience, but Anthony could guess that ??? was probably waiting for him to ascend to the upper Galaxy before granting him the gift, ensuring that he would be capable of properly utilizing whatever had been prepared for him.

After all, Anthony was already extremely overpowered within his Galaxy; there was no one who could contend with him. Even the Demon King’s clone that had once put up a fight, Anthony knew that at this moment, even the Demon King’s real body would not pose a problem for him, such was the level of confidence he had in his current strength and capabilities.

’I wonder what the gift is?’ Anthony thought to himself like a child who had just received their Christmas gifts, curiosity bubbling within him, almost impossible to suppress.

’Knowing ???, it would be something utterly broken,’ Anthony thought to himself. After all, every single gift that ??? had given had been broken and overpowered beyond all conceivable measures. Starting from the Authority Of Information, to the Authority Of Severance, then Romulus, then the Unchained, each one more absurd than the last, each one redefining what he believed to be possible.

As Anthony was thinking about that gift, he could not help but think about what adventure ??? was possibly on, what incomprehensible journey or task could occupy such an existence.

’Well, whatever,’ Anthony thought to himself, deciding not to think about it any further, as such matters were far beyond his current understanding.

’Maybe I should start my ascension immediately,’ Anthony thought to himself. He was not bothered about the Angels or the Demons. His subordinates were here for that, and Aaaninja, Aura Nova, and Lucian were also available; they could handle everything before they themselves ascended, ensuring stability in his absence.

But as Anthony was thinking about ascension, his thoughts shifted to his parents and grandparents. Him ascending meant he would leave them on this level; he would leave them at the Apexus Mana Rank with no hope of achieving anything higher, a ceiling that would confine them indefinitely.

Although his parents and grandparents had never talked about anything higher, Anthony knew that any cultivator always wanted to grow stronger; it was an instinct deeply rooted within them. He had seen his father, Michael, laugh around whenever he became stronger, a genuine joy that could not be fabricated or misunderstood.

Anthony’s Primordial Bloodline allowed him to give his blood to people, which would permanently increase their talent and also make them absolutely loyal to him. In the past, Anthony had wanted to give a drop of his blood to his parents and grandparents so that they too would become extremely talented, but the effect of absolute loyalty affecting them did not sit well with him in the slightest.

Although, in a world like Blue Planet, many parents betrayed their own children and descendants for certain resources, and the children also did the same if they ever got the chance, Anthony knew his parents were not part of this same category, nor would they ever be.

Although he could just give them his blood and not tell them about the absolute loyalty part of it, the very thought left a bitter taste in his mouth.

Anthony sighed as his thoughts shifted to the system as he asked, ’Hey system, is there a way to remove this effect and be done with it?’

[Ding]

[Negative Host. This is an effect that comes with the Bloodline itself; only ??? has the power to remove it]

The system answered without missing a beat, its response immediate and fast.

Anthony stared at the text in silence. He wanted to ask ??? to help him out this time, but ??? had just promised him a gift; him asking for a favour seemed a bit selfish, even to someone like him.

Although Anthony possessed the OP shop, where he could just buy the highest-grade talent pill or potion, Anthony knew that what he could buy was limited to his current point balance. The talent his parents and grandparents would receive would not take them to the peak; it would not even make them as talented as Aaaninja and the rest, leaving them still far behind.

It meant he would have to always upgrade their talent each time they hit a plateau, an endless cycle that would consume both time and resources. But with his Bloodline, he could bypass all this entirely, granting them immediate and overwhelming potential.

[Ding]

[??? offers a suggestion]

Anthony’s attention immediately snapped back to the system notification, his focus sharpening in an instant.

[??? says he won’t remove the absolute loyalty effect from the Primordial Bloodlone itself, but will just remove it for your parents and grandparents. In exchange, you will give him two grandchildren within two years]

Anthony froze.

Two children in back to back years.

Anthony stared at the text, processing every single word carefully. He could actually do it; it seemed like a fair trade off, no, more than fair, after all, this was his family they were talking about.

But... he was not going to give birth to a child; he was not a woman, after all, meaning he had to consider Vega.

Vega also did not want to have a child anytime soon, and Anthony felt it was a bit selfish to make her give birth to not one but two children for his own reasons. Anthony knew that if he told Vega about it, she would immediately agree to it without hesitation, but that would lead to him explaining how this pregnancy was related to how his parents and grandparents were going to gain higher talents, and Anthony was not exactly someone who liked lying to Vega.

Anthony could not even remember a time he had lied to Vega about anything. If her questions touched anything related to his secrets, like his reincarnation or the system, he would simply brush it aside with ease or dodge the question entirely, but never outright lie to her, as that was a line he had never been willing to cross.
