Then, Godzilla charged towards the other warships, taking them down one by one with almost a single swipe.

After feeling Godzilla’s tremendous strength, Inge and Facke’s warships immediately chose to retreat, but their speed could not match Godzilla’s, and they were each caught and sunk.

Presently, Inge and Facke’s masters were restless, but they couldn’t cross the sea, and Godzilla was still at least several kilometers from Panegia Island. Even the skills of mage masters couldn’t reach that far, as the magic power would dissipate uncontrollably, rendering the skills ineffective.

They were anxious, knowing that if all their warships were destroyed, how would they return?

Fortunately, Godzilla seemed to have more important things to do. After driving away all the warships, it didn’t chase the few that slipped away but continued to head toward Panegia Island.

As soon as Godzilla stepped onto the island, the masters from Inge and Facke attacked it.

In a flash, the power of the Rain of Fire, ice arrows, and thunder intertwined, bombarding Godzilla’s body.

The effect was the same as the shells earlier; it couldn’t penetrate Godzilla’s tough outer layer, let alone harm it.

Some melee masters wielded weapons, hacking at Godzilla’s giant feet, but their weapons broke instead, not even leaving a mark on Godzilla’s skin.

Despite its large size, Godzilla’s response and speed weren’t slow. After being caught off guard by Inge and Facke’s masters, it quickly reacted, stomping its foot heavily. Two masters who couldn’t dodge in time were stomped into pulp, and those who evaded the stomp didn’t fare much better. The foot’s stomp unleashed a massive shockwave, sweeping all around.

These masters were powerless against the violent shockwave, each being blown away.

Before they even hit the ground in midair, Godzilla’s tail swept across, smashing into a large group of masters. The impact shattered bones, leaving a mess of broken bodies on the ground.

Watching Godzilla wreak havoc upon the masters from halfway up the mountain, the members of the Black Dragon Mercenary Corps gulped.

Lu Hong glanced at them and said, "This Godzilla’s defensive capability is beyond what a First Transformation master can break through. Maybe a Second Transformation master could challenge this Godzilla, but clearly, that’s not possible now. I suspect the Qilin’s strength is not inferior to this Godzilla. Our plan might be scrapped."

Hearing Lu Hong’s words, everyone felt a sinking feeling. If Godzilla is this powerful, then an ancient beast from Hua Country must be similarly formidable. They were definitely no match; would the mission fail?

In its eyes, the volcano appeared with a greedy glint.

As Godzilla took its first step toward the volcano, the earth suddenly trembled.

A giant, jet-black beast burst from the ground and lunged at Godzilla.

Godzilla, having been ambushed by humans twice, was now wary, and as the beast attacked, it was on guard.

Yet, Godzilla did not dodge sideways but extended its claws to clash with the black beast head-on.

The collision of the two giants resulted in a deafening explosion, with shockwaves sweeping everywhere.

Lu Hong raised his hand and activated Fighting Spirit, forming a barrier to block the impact’s power.

Everyone stared in excitement.

The second beast in front of them was indeed the Qilin.

A jet-black Qilin, as dark as ink, with deer antlers, a lion’s tail, and dragon claws, all characteristics showcasing its identity as a Qilin.

"It is indeed the Qilin." Lu Hong’s expression was complicated, having returned to the Blue Star. Now, the likes of Godzilla and the Qilin appeared. One couldn’t be surprised if a Heavenly Court appeared someday.

The two clashing beasts were equally matched, each recoiling from the impact.

Stabilizing themselves, Godzilla glared angrily at the Qilin, letting out a roar.

The Qilin, with a steadfast gaze, also roared back, a blend of a lion’s roar and a True Dragon’s growl.

Without exchanging any common words, the two beasts clashed fiercely.

As Lu Hong predicted, the Qilin and Godzilla were of the same caliber, with almost equal strength. Godzilla’s claws could break the Qilin’s defense, while the Qilin could tear Godzilla’s flesh.

The brutal fight between the two giants showered Panegia Island with blood and flesh.

Without the need for Lu Hong or Black Dragon to risk scavenging, they found themselves with no shortage of Qilin and Godzilla blood raining down from the sky.

Even a piece of bloody flesh had conveniently landed at their feet.

Lu Hong helplessly picked up the piece of flesh and handed it to Black Dragon: "Keep this well; consider our mission complete. Only Second Transformation masters could interfere now; we’re outclassed, so let’s withdraw!"
