The Sterling Corporation employees in the conference room were unsure of what was happening. As they got up to leave, they encountered The Dowager Kane and June Kane at the door.

Many attendees of Eldest Miss Sterling’s engagement party worked at The Sterling Corporation and knew what happened during the event.

Seeing The Dowager Kane and June Kane arrive, it was clear that these two were here to settle accounts with Mr. Sterling!

As members of The Ford Family holding the largest shares in The Sterling Corporation, it’s uncertain whether there would be any changes within The Sterling Corporation thereafter.

The door was pushed open, and The Dowager Kane deliberately tapped her cane on the ground, making noise to remind Simon Sterling.

Sitting inside the conference room, Simon Sterling was unaffected, slowly smoking the cigarette in his hand.

The cigarette smoke was overpowering, and the smell made The Dowager Kane cough repeatedly.

She coughed loudly on purpose, yet Mr. Sterling continued to puff his cigarette indifferently, ignoring The Dowager Kane and June Kane in the conference room.

June Kane was the first to speak out, calling.

Having lived under the same roof with Simon Sterling for many years, he had never smoked in front of her like today.

Simon Sterling did not respond. He raised his head and glanced over indifferently.

The Dowager Kane gritted her teeth, lowered her face, and sat in the position below Simon Sterling, tapping her fingers on the conference table repeatedly.

Wings, to recognize that Serena Sullivan’s illegitimate child, and to plan against The Ford Family.

"But, don’t forget who is calling the shots in The Sterling Corporation now."

The more The Dowager Kane spoke, the more forceful her words became.

She turned her head, glaring coldly at Simon Sterling.

Simon Sterling remained completely calm, his face steady, clearly not taking The Dowager Kane’s threats seriously.

Looking closely, the corners of his mouth lifted slightly in a barely noticeable smile, mocking! More than that, it was chilly.

"Who does The Dowager Kane want to manage The Sterling Corporation?"

Mr. Sterling spoke, his words carrying a tone of mockery.

The Ford Family controlled more than half of The Sterling Corporation’s shares, but Simon Sterling was never a pushover, let alone a puppet.

How could he truly allow Kane Group to manipulate him?

The Dowager Kane was stunned, truly did not expect that whether she was bluffing or deliberately threatening, Simon Sterling simply wasn’t falling for it.
