Serena Sullivan was delighted when she heard the news.

Four years ago, she lost a child in a car accident, which made her yearn even more for another one.

Ethan Grant’s health was improving, and their life was getting back on track, but Serena was unsure if she could ever conceive again.

So, when she heard that her best friend was pregnant, Serena felt joyful.

After a moment, she calmed down.

"Where are you? I’m coming to see you."

"Alright!"

After hanging up, Serena asked the driver to take her to the place she had arranged to meet Finn Chandler.

"Aren’t we going to the studio?" Ethan asked unhappily.

No time to accompany him, but time for Finn Chandler.

That pretty boy Finn Chandler was still pestering Serena even though he already had a partner.

"Finn has something to discuss with me," Serena said.

Pregnancy is a good thing for most people.

But for Finn Chandler right now, it’s a problem.

The issues between him and Julian Ford were not resolved yet, and adding a child into the mix was uncertain if it was a good or bad thing.

"I don’t want you to go."

Ethan honestly said, who would want their wife going to see another man.

Even a good friend cannot be an exception.

"You really shouldn’t be jealous of Finn," Serena laughed. Ethan’s jealousy had improved since four years ago, but his possessiveness was still strong.

She was always careful about keeping a distance from other men, and as a woman with a partner, she ignored any who showed interest in her.

But, Finn Chandler was different.

"How is he any different?"

Ethan countered discontentedly.

Finn Chandler is also a man.

"Alright!"

Seeing Ethan unhappy, Serena brought out her ace. She leaned over and kissed his lips.

With just one word and one kiss, Ethan was pacified.

Ethan licked his lips, gazing at Serena, he then pulled her back into his arms for another kiss.

They kissed until they were both out of breath, and he reluctantly let Serena go.

"Honey, come back early."

His eyes sparkled as he looked at Serena, and she didn’t need any explicit words to catch his meaning, as her face turned red.

After abstaining for so long, and considering himself incapable, a man suddenly becoming normal was more ferocious than a starving wolf.

Serena arrived at a café near the hospital, where Finn Chandler was already seated and staring blankly out of the window.

"Finn,"

Serena walked over slowly, and Finn snapped out of his daze, standing up to help her to a seat.

"Serena, why did you walk over?"

"Are your legs feeling uncomfortable?"

Since waking up from surgery, Serena had often video chatted with Finn and Anna Morgan, and both were very familiar with her leg recovery status.

In the past, she had been incapacitated, and only with such good friends by her side could she endure time and again.

Now that her legs were gradually regaining sensation, Finn and Anna were the happiest.

"Much better."

Compared to the early days when her legs were clumsy and unsure of how to step down and walk, she could now walk quite a long distance.

Although she walked slowly and felt tired after a long walk, she enjoyed walking.

Being able to stand and walk like a normal person was something she had dreamed of for the past four years.

"You still need to be careful."

Finn squatted down to massage her legs for a while, and when Serena stood up, he and Anna were beyond thrilled.

Ethan and the Sterling Family hoped for Serena to stand again, but the experience shared with them through her hardships over the years was different.

"Finn, have you made up your mind about the child?"

Serena looked at Finn and asked.

Finn stood up straight and walked over to sit across from Serena.

"Yes!"
