MY FAMILY HEAVEN : Mine only
Chapter 73 - 52: NEW BEGINNINGS AT BAI LONG
After leaving Mei Ling behind in her room—completely exhausted, satisfied, and still lying amidst the messy sheets and the lingering scent of their intense, passionate lovemaking—Jun Hao walked back calmly to his own room. He felt light, relaxed, and thoroughly pleased with himself, his body still buzzing with the pleasant, tingling afterglow of the powerful release he had just experienced. He stepped into his private bathroom, washed himself clean, scrubbing away all the sweat, bodily fluids, and every trace of the wild morning he had enjoyed, leaving his skin fresh, smooth, and smelling crisp and clean.
Once he was done, he took his time getting dressed. He chose neat, high-quality clothes: a crisp, well-fitted button-up shirt, smart tailored trousers, and polished leather shoes—professional and sharp, yet stylish enough to perfectly show off his handsome features. He combed and styled his hair carefully, making sure every strand was in place, looking absolutely perfect from every angle.
He stepped in front of the large, full-length mirror hanging on the wall, adjusting his collar and smoothing his clothes. As he looked at his own reflection, a wide, confident, and utterly arrogant grin spread across his face. He tilted his head slightly to the side, admiring himself from top to bottom, turning this way and that to catch every angle.
"Wow... damn," he murmured softly to himself, genuinely impressed by what he saw. "I really am incredibly handsome, aren’t I? Look at this face... look at this build. I look absolutely perfect. How can anyone be this good-looking?" He winked playfully at his own reflection, feeling a surge of pride and immense self-confidence. He knew he was attractive, and seeing it clearly now only made him feel even better about everything.
As he walked out of his room and passed by the doors of the other bedrooms in the house, he slowed his steps for a moment, listening to the silence. There was no movement, no sound at all coming from his mother’s room or from Siu Mei’s room. He chuckled softly to himself, a knowing, mischievous smirk playing on his lips.
"No wonder they are still fast asleep," he mused, recalling the intense, non-stop sessions from the previous night that had lasted until dawn, and even the vigorous round he had enjoyed early this morning. "What we all did together yesterday... and how hard I went with them... honestly, it was extremely draining and exhausting, wasn’t it? I really used up all their energy and stamina completely. Hahaha. Of course they are dead to the world now. I really worked them until they had nothing left to give. That’s my specialty, after all."
Completely satisfied with his own handiwork, he walked out of the house and stood by the roadside, waving down a passing taxi. As he climbed inside and settled on the seat, he sighed a little, shaking his head.
"Honestly... it’s such a hassle not having my own vehicle yet," he thought to himself as the car began to move. "Always having to call a taxi or rely on others... it slows things down. But no matter. Today is a new start. I’m actually really excited... I can’t wait to get there and see what it’s like."
The taxi drove through the busy streets, heading toward the famous Xicheng District, a vibrant area in the heart of the city known for its traditional Chinese architecture and wellness centers. Jun Hao’s destination was a very well-regarded establishment owned by his close friend, Ao Jin—the Bai Long Therapy & Reflexology Center. It was a name that carried prestige, sounding authentic and deeply rooted in Chinese tradition, a place where people came to relax, heal, and rejuvenate.
However, as the ride went on, Jun Hao began to feel a sharp, gnawing hunger in his stomach. He realized that after expending so much energy all night and morning long, his body was screaming for fuel. He tapped on the driver’s shoulder and asked him to stop at a popular local eatery just a short distance away from the center.
He walked in and sat down, ordering food immediately. When the dishes arrived, he didn’t hold back at all. While an average person would be perfectly full and satisfied with just one portion, Jun Hao’s body required much more. He ate with a healthy, hearty appetite, finishing three full portions of rice, meat, and vegetables in one go. To anyone watching, it might have seemed like a lot, but for Jun Hao, it was completely normal and necessary. "Well, considering the stamina I have... and the amount of energy I burn... this is only natural," he thought with a grin, patting his now full and satisfied stomach. He felt strong, replenished, and ready for anything.
After paying and leaving the restaurant, he walked the short remaining distance until he stood before the grand entrance of Bai Long Therapy & Reflexology Center. The place looked elegant, clean, and welcoming, decorated with beautiful wooden carvings and soft lighting. He pushed the glass doors open and stepped inside.
Behind the reception counter stood a young woman with a gentle and lovely appearance, wearing a neat uniform. This was Guo Ying, the receptionist working the morning shift. The moment she saw Jun Hao walk in, her eyes lit up with recognition, and she immediately offered a polite, professional bow and a warm smile.
"Welcome, Young Master Jun Hao!" Guo Ying greeted him sweetly and respectfully.
Jun Hao walked closer to the counter, shaking his head with an amused and charming smile. "Now, now... don’t call me ’Young Master’ or anything so formal like that, okay? Just call me Jun Hao. Plain and simple."
"But... what if the boss hears?" Guo Ying asked, looking slightly worried and hesitant.
Jun Hao waved his hand casually, dismissing her concern. "Ah, it’s fine. Don’t worry about it. Take it easy, yeah? I’d much rather be treated as a colleague and a friend, not some superior or boss above everyone else."
Hearing his words and seeing his friendly attitude, Guo Ying’s impression of him instantly deepened, and her respect for this handsome new therapist grew significantly. She looked at him with eyes full of admiration.
Then she asked professionally, "So... are you ready to begin your duty and work today, Jun Hao?"
"Sure, absolutely," Jun Hao replied confidently.
"In that case, may I add your name to the official list of therapists on duty today?" Guo Ying asked, tapping on her tablet. "And... would it be alright if I take a photo of you to put up with the information?" 𝑓𝘳𝘦𝑒𝑤𝑒𝘣𝘯ℴ𝘷𝘦𝓁.𝑐𝑜𝑚
Jun Hao raised an eyebrow, curious. "A photo? Hahaha. What’s that for?"
Guo Ying explained with a knowing smile, "Well, to be honest... here at Bai Long, our customers have very different tastes and preferences. Most of them choose their therapist based on appearance—they look at the face and the physical features of the therapist before deciding who they want to serve them. Of course, there are exceptions. Like Senior Wu Long, for example. He is so skilled and experienced that he already has a huge base of loyal customers who come specifically for him regardless of how he looks. But for everyone else... the profile picture helps a lot."
Jun Hao chuckled, finding the system interesting. "Oh, I see! Makes perfect sense. Go ahead then, take the photo."
Guo Ying picked up her camera, took a clear picture of him, and quickly printed it out. She then created his profile data—listing his name, his specialization, and his details—and pinned his photo right onto the large display board showing all available therapists for the day.
After finishing the paperwork, she looked up at him again. "So... will you be waiting here at the reception, or would you prefer to wait inside your room?"
"I’ll go wait in my room, thanks," Jun Hao said smoothly.
"Is there any specific preference you have regarding your customers?" Guo Ying asked curiously, pen ready to note it down.
Jun Hao leaned casually against the counter, flashing her his most charming, roguish smile, and winked one eye playfully at her. "Oh, regarding my customers... my preference is simple. I prefer them to be single and beautiful, of course. But even if they are already taken or have partners... I really don’t mind at all. As long as they are as charming, lovely, and beautiful as you are, Guo Ying."
Guo Ying’s face instantly turned bright red, her cheeks flushing hot pink. She shyly covered her mouth, giggling softly as she blushed deeply. "Ah... Jun Hao! You really know how to speak sweetly... you say such impossible, lovely things."
Jun Hao laughed heartily, enjoying her reaction. "Hahaha. Well, it’s the truth! Alright then, I’m off to my room."
"Please do, Jun Hao," Guo Ying replied sweetly, still smiling with a blush on her face. "Have a wonderful time and good luck today!"
Jun Hao gave her a nod and walked further inside the building, passing through the corridors until he reached the section where the therapy rooms were located. He stopped in front of a door with a beautiful wooden plaque hanging on it, carved with elegant Chinese characters: "Lotus Room".
"Lotus Room..." Jun Hao read the name out loud, tilting his head. "What a unique and pretty name. Sounds very peaceful and elegant."
He pushed the door open and stepped inside. It was the same room where Senior Wu Long had given him his lessons and training just a few days ago. He looked around, inspecting his new workplace. The room was spacious, clean, and very well-equipped. There was a large professional therapy bed with soft linens, all the necessary tools and oils for reflexology and massage neatly arranged on shelves, and a calm, relaxing atmosphere.
To the side, there was a separate changing area with a wardrobe, and right next to it, a private small bathroom complete with a shower and everything needed to wash up and freshen up after sessions. There was also a sturdy desk with a comfortable chair for him to sit and organize his things, and against the wall stood a small, cozy sofa that could seat two people comfortably, perfect for waiting or consultation.
Jun Hao walked over to the sofa and slumped down onto it, stretching his long legs out comfortably and leaning back to rest. He let out a relaxed sigh, getting comfortable. "Oh right... I haven’t changed into my official therapist uniform yet," he suddenly remembered, glancing toward the wardrobe where his new clothes were hanging. "I’ll do that later. For now... let’s just rest a bit and wait. I feel great, full of energy, and ready for whatever—or whoever—comes through that door."
He closed his eyes for a moment, a confident, eager smirk on his face, resting peacefully in the quiet of the Lotus Room, ready to start his first day of work.
