Nova took out the Void Hourglass from his inventory. At first glance, it looked like an ordinary hourglass, but inside it swirled a mysterious black fog that seemed both solid and gaseous at the same time, constantly shifting in an eerie, mesmerizing way.

"So how does it work exactly?" Nova asked, turning it over in his hands with curiosity.
