The Beautiful Inspector gave Su Xuan a hard stare, thinking just because she works as an Inspector doesn’t mean she should automatically know who’s tailing her. She’s a leader, not some low-ranking subordinate.

However, she genuinely admired Su Xuan’s insight. Even though he knew someone was tailing them, he still observed through the rearview mirror and even leaned out to look, yet couldn’t pinpoint who was following them. This showcased the tracker’s high level of skill.

"They swapped at least seven groups tracking us, damn, who are these people with such resources."

Su Xuan casually remarked while driving, though he was puzzled. It seemed these people were after the Gu Emperor in his trunk.

"What’s going on? Are they all after the person in our trunk?"

The Beautiful Inspector was also surprised internally, feeling the power was somewhat daunting. Although she wasn’t a frontline officer, she was experienced on the front lines, and her combat prowess was considerable.

But until Su Xuan’s tip-off, she hadn’t realized they were being followed by a convoy of cars, constantly swapping, making the tracking method incredibly discreet. Without Su Xuan’s reminder, she might not have detected it.

"Who knows about the Gu Emperor being inside the Thief Saint?"

Su Xuan suspected there was an internal mole. Few knew about the Gu Emperor in the Thief Saint. He himself knew, some people from the Underworld knew, and so did the Beautiful Inspector’s team. Apart from them, no one was aware, and the Underworld was too chaotic to meddle now.

The Underworld was in turmoil, with Su Xuan having uprooted two out of three strongholds, leaving only one limping along. Resources were stretched thin, and Muto Kenzo from the Underworld probably had his hands full now.

He absolutely wouldn’t have time for this. If not Muto Kenzo, the only source of the leak could be from the Beautiful Inspector’s side, as it couldn’t have been him who leaked the information.

Su Xuan had never told anyone, and it was the Beautiful Inspector who initially shared the details with him. So, if there was a leak, it must be from her team.

"Are you suggesting we have a traitor?"

The Beautiful Inspector was smart and caught onto Su Xuan’s implication, feeling a pang of regret. If it was indeed someone internal, it would be a disgrace.

"It’s just a suspicion because few know about this, and the Underworld folks wouldn’t leak it. Besides them, only I and your people know. I didn’t tell anyone, so the leak must be from your side. Think about how many on your end are aware."

Su Xuan spoke softly, and though it was a guess, his tone was certain that someone from the Beautiful Inspector’s side had leaked it.

When he finished speaking, few knew about the Gu Emperor being inside the Thief Saint, as this could cause widespread panic. Since knowing, the police had tightly sealed the information.

"Could it be him?"

The Beautiful Inspector squinted, incredulous, thinking how could this happen, stunned by the possibility.

He trusted what Su Xuan said about the Underworld knowing since they orchestrated it. But with Su Xuan’s disruption, the Underworld was in disarray, and besides Muto Kenzo, few truly knew.

The Beautiful Inspector believed Muto Kenzo wouldn’t disclose it, as it wasn’t the end of the line for him yet. Muto Kenzo still wanted to recover the Gu Emperor to redeem himself, given his current dire state.

Muto Kenzo wouldn’t speak out now, nor was he aware Su Xuan had found the Gu Emperor. Finding the Thief Saint today was mere luck.

The only other possible leak was from the police, as when they were in Paradise World, he informed them for support, considering the danger then, he asked for backup, fearing Li Fan couldn’t handle it alone.

"It seems you have a suspect?"

Su Xuan remained calm, leisurely driving as if not tense at all.

"Su Xuan, if it’s truly him, the resources mobilized will be terrifying. He’s from our police department. A disgrace, we must catch his evidence; otherwise, I will deal with him." It’s one thing to suspect but proof is needed.

The Beautiful Inspector wouldn’t tell Su Xuan without concrete proof, being meticulous in nature. He didn’t want to wrong someone unjustly.

"What do we do now?"
