Almighty Father System-Chapter 416: Public Scolding.

Leo finished coaxing Lily with a story and the young one fell asleep rather quickly. Then Snow he went to check up on the twins and found that Elena was rather uneasy in her sleep so he placed his hand on her chest and hummed a gentle tune for her to calm down and sleep well. Children often had nightmares but it was nothing major.

After doing all that was needed to be done, Leo headed to the living room and sat down on the couch, he wanted to wait for the news about the Defense Minister. Alpha was monitoring the old man with the Crescent Hell Program. At the same time, the Geopolitical currents were also being monitored by Alpha to prevent any lapse in information.

They were not involved in hand to hand combat so information was the life line, they knew about the enemy way more than what the enemy even suspected about them, this was why they were winning so much.

The hour passed in a quick blink, and after it was done, Leo raised his wrist and asked, "Alpha, is it done?"

The robot replied, "Yes, Sir, it has been confirmed. Defense Minister Jitem confessed of his plot and ambition in an open letter to his Majesty and sought forgiveness before shooting himself in the head. Two minutes ago, he was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead."

Leo nodded, and said, "Fine, let the news reach the Royal Palace and have the King decide what he wants to do with this. In the meantime, find out the base of the reptilians, I want to pay them a visit. It is about time their experiments come to an end and leave the world a better place."

Alpha accepted the command and the night silently went by, but that was just inside the hotel suite, because outside, the world was boiling with conspiracy theories and what not. The people who favored the motion of a country without royalty stated that it was a murder done at the command of the royal family but the facts were right in front of everyone.

The involvement of the Morning Star Tower was hidden by Alpha, but the rest of it was out their laying as bare as an elephant that could not be avoided by the people at all. Leo didn’t want them to look away from it anyhow. He believed that the people needed some forceful awakening to realize the truth.

In the morning, he was dropping Lily to the school when he saw a huge group of people standing on the side of the roads with high banners in their hands as they shouted, "Down with Imperialism! Free Us!"

Lily watched the thing with her eyes open wide, she was shocked and asked, "Baba, what is going on?"

Their were a lot of police men who were managing the order but none of that stopped the people from hurling projectiles over and shout it a loud voice. Leo said, "This is protest and people are carrying out a procession for the death of the Defense Minister of the nation."

Lily asked a few more questions and Leo answered them all. Zeenat got out of the car first and checked the surroundings before she pulled the door open, and Leo came out with Lily sticking close to him. The young man opened his overcoat to let Lily walk in the shade protected from all the people, who knows what these people might do, he wouldn’t expose her to the risk.

Just when he was leading the path, another vehicle drove over, Leo instinctively turned to look at the vehicle and found it to be a black sedan, however, seeing through the glass he frowned, because the person inside was none other than the little princess of the nation. She coming over to school with such conditions, it was going to be hard to control the public if they lost control.

Although the distance between the car stopping area and the gate of the school was just ten meters, a pelted stone could still do serious damage. Leo spotted a person raising a juice bottle high as he prepared to hurl it over. He dashed over, and said, "Your Highness, duck."

The Princess recognized Leo earlier when she was just sitting, and probably seeing his action, she realized the situation was serious and she ducked. Leo arrived behind her, and bent his body over her with his hands spread wide. The juice bottle landed on his back and then on the ground. Leo asked, "Your Highness, may I carry you to the gate, it is not safe here."

The young girl replied, "Yes, my lord."

Leo picked her up and rushed over to the school gate, the whole thing was done within moments but the crowd still hurled objects over, and two of them managed to reach close to Leo, who dodged them with ease. He entered the school premise and the crowd began to shout louder, the Princess seemed rather tense in his arms, but he couldn’t console her at the moment, only when they were inside the building did Leo put her on the ground, and shortly her attendant caught up with a bag, he profusely thanked the young man but Leo waved his hand.

He looked at Lily and said, "Love, I have to go out and deal with this now, why don’t you stay beside Her highness? She can use some of your naughtiness."

Lily pouted and acted coy, "Baba, Lily is not naughty."

Leo smiled and patted her head as he turned to look at the Princess, Amare was all alone here, her parents were occupied with the matters of yesterday, and while she was coached to handing things, she was still a child. Leo approached her with Lily beside him and crouched before the Princess, as he said, "Amare."

He didn’t address her with the royal address, he used her name and the tone was very warm just like he was talking to his daughter. Amare looked at him with her doe eyes, and Leo patted her head as he said, "Don’t worry, it is going to be okay, and no one will harm you."

Amare nodded but the experience today was nothing she had ever imagined, and while she wanted to put up a strong front, her quivering lips said it all. She couldn’t help but shed some tears. Then before she could bawl, Lily walked up to her and embraced the little girl in her arms. The gesture spoke a lot about Lily’s character.

Leo knew why his daughter had done it but he had bigger things to handle at the moment. After gesturing at Zeenat and the teachers to coax the children he stood up and walked out of the building. His aura had changed completely and the guards in the school who rushed over all stepped out of his way.

The entire country knew his face by know, because the Royal Palace has given out a statement after the official ceremony. As Leo stepped out of the school premises, someone yelled, "Look, Royal dog!"

Then a glass bottle was thrown his way. Leo raised his hand and caught the bottle in his grasp as he located the person, and then he hurled the bottle back in the crowd. He was done handling these people with peaceful tactics. The crowd was shocked and so was the media.

Many cameras zoomed in on him and Leo walked up to the police inspector who was gawking at him. The bottle had crashed right at the foot of the guy who threw it, so the cop was worried. Leo asked, "Officer, may I have that megaphone for a few minutes?"

The office nodded in a daze, Leo grabbed the megaphone and climbed on top of his car, he raised the device up to his mouth and said, "Have you all left your sanity at home? Or are you all just that dimwitted that you would attack an unarmed and innocent child and call yourself messiahs of the modern world? That child, she is seven years old, and she has not harmed anyone, yet here you are, trying to harm her. Do you think it is going to help your cause? I wonder who even led you people out to protest when you don’t have basic common sense."

His words caused the people to fall silent, they could see the disdain in his gaze, it was unfiltered and indifferent. Someone yelled, "What do you know, you royal dog."

Leo looked in the general direction and said, "Yeah! I am a royal dog? What do I owe the royal family? A safe space in the country to grow and support my brothers to rise with me. What else have they given me or you? Is it because they ceded power to a more flexible and efficient system that you think they are worthless? If not for the king, than the fucking corrupt dogs would sale you as slaves to multinationals and feed on your children as if they were precious cattle.
