Chapter 124: New Characters- Taken

Raymond Smith found that there was nothing he enjoyed more than keeping up with the progress of the business as it grew. He was tall, in terrific form, and had more money than he could possibly spend in his life when he was 48 years old. He did not need to worry about money for the rest of his life. After jogging his memory of the fact that he needed to conduct interviews with some further possible applicants for the assistant post, he cast a quick glance at the laptop that was lying open on the surface of his desk. He let out a loud exhalation and then brushed the palm of his hand over the salt and pepper stubble that had developed on his chin. In addition to that, he let out a tremendous sigh. He did not have any previous experience in the sector of human resources, nor did he have any desire in developing any competence in the subject at this time. He couldn’t help but break out in a nasty grin whenever he thought of the reason why all of this had transpired in the first place.

Giesel was a real firecracker, and the sexual encounter had been amazing. Unfortunately, she expected more from him than he was able to give, and as a result, he wasn’t very surprised when she eventually departed. It put him in a dilemma for the time being and made his bed uncomfortably cold. He tapped the screen of the monitor, and when it began to hum, he shifted his posture slightly backward. But despite the fact that he ought to have known better, he went ahead and started the relationship nevertheless. At that very moment, he had the dawning realization that the merging of his professional and personal lives would never happen again.

He was able to hear the hum coming from the intercom.

"Mr. Smith, please. Mr. Wilson is currently here and has business to discuss."

"Please, Anna, turn him around."

Wilson was the one who entered through the main door, and it made him grin broadly. Jason Wilson was one of the few dedicated workers that Smith Enterprises was still fortunate enough to have. From the very beginning, he was one of the people who gave money toward the establishment’s first million-dollar goal. He extended his hand to him as a way of saying that he was welcome inside.

"Jason, how was the flight into the country? I pray that everything went smoothly." He gave him a curious look and pointed to the chair that was located in front of the desk with his hand.

"It worked out nicely; in point of fact, it worked out quite well." He positioned the file on the desk in front of him.

"That is a 23 percent increase over what you had requested." Jason’s employer was a few years older than he was, but Jason was still a head shorter than his boss, and the two of them respected one another and got along well.

The moment Raymond nodded his head in agreement, a smile broke out on his face. "I was sure that sending you was the best course of action."

Jason retorted while also raising the glass that Raymond had presented to him. "I am thankful to you, boss."

Raymond made an odd noise. "Jason, in addition to myself, you are a member of this organization."

After finishing his beverage, Jason flashed a grin to his companions as they drew closer to the exit. He received one more scratch behind the ear from Raymond. A hand ran over his hair softly and slowly.

"How are you doing? You gave the impression of being a little upset."

"To answer your question, yes, what I’m doing is merely trying to cover positions left vacant by Geisel’s departure." Jason gave a small hacking cough as he became increasingly hesitant. He offered Raymond some solace by gently stroking the back of his neck. As he was leaving, he faced him by turning around to look at him.

The person who was speaking replied, "You know Sia just moved back out here, she could fit."

"What happened to Little Sia? When was the last time I saw her?" The lines on Raymond’s brow deepened.

Jayson let out a muffled chuckle. "She is not at all on the diminutive side. She is 24 or very close to 25 years old. Just give it some thought." Jason gave a friendly wave and smile before continuing his journey down the long corridor toward the elevators.

As he slid back into his chair and continued his work, he focused his attention on doing the best he could to identify what qualities should be present in an ideal helper. He laughed once more and allowed his thoughts to wander back to Giesel. It was imperative that he give her a call as soon as possible. She wasn’t a terrible person at all, and in fact, she was a delightful company to have. Due to the fact that she had short black hair and gorgeous features, she was more than a bit amusing in the bedroom. She had surprised him in a lot of different ways, particularly with her lusty behavior and her hidden talents. Even as she lay in front of him, he could already feel himself becoming aroused. Even as she lay there, he was intrigued by her. As the pain in his cock increased, he entertained the idea of jerking off in the restroom. However, he did not necessitate that. He yearned for a warm and fuzzy toy or blanket.

Naturally, he would have to engage in conversation with her in order to determine whether or not he was capable of mending her broken heart. In the past, despite the fact that she was unable to have what she sought, she had been content with what he was able to offer her. After grabbing his coat and making his way down the lengthy hallway, he entered the garage and proceeded to park his car. Because he anticipated her location, he wasted no time in getting to her front door.
