Damned Healer-Chapter 591: Calmer And Happier Moments
A few days after Leander began his journey, a massive royal wedding ceremony began in Vadise.
The culture of that planet was to hold a grand celebration with the entire royal family. Because of that, anyone who was about to enter the nobility had to offer gifts and please everyone.
All of those closest to Darian, coming from Earth, were present.
Darian studied the local culture and prepared properly. He commissioned countless weapons and armors made from the unique metals that came from the Universe of the Three Deities. 𝒻𝘳ℯℯ𝑤ℯ𝒷𝘯ℴ𝓋ℯ𝘭.𝑐ℴ𝑚
Since everyone in the royal family of Vadise carried Primordial Dragon blood, they had a subtle connection to the Laws of the world within their bodies.
The materials from that universe benefited the Heavenly Beasts, which also had a strong connection to the Laws of the world. So, for the beasts of Vadise, those materials had extremely unique value, greatly enhancing the power of their draconic Bloodline.
Because of that, those items were absurdly valuable treasures to everyone. To top it all off, they even contained runic seals!
Darian gave a weapon to every member of the royal family, which numbered in the thousands. Haruto and everyone from the Celestial Order State worked nonstop for a full month on this.
Darian left all the treasures and items he found in that universe at the Shadows of Heaven Academy. There were countless priceless treasures from a high-level universe.
On top of that, at the end of the Convention, the army managed to gather all the other items left behind by the dead from that war.
There were countless weapons forged by divine blacksmiths, some even with unknown runic seals. Haruto and all of Darian’s blacksmiths worked day and night, filled with excitement, studying and learning from everything they found.
In addition, there were magical techniques of many different kinds which, combined with what Darian brought from that other world, resulted in his allies now possessing a library with thousands of different things to study and learn.
The herbs and alchemy materials also increased drastically. Veyle had already prepared and planted everything she could, focusing on expanding her capacity.
After the gifts were delivered, the grand banquet hall vibrated with approval.
Then, the doors opened.
Painita entered calmly. By her side was Niara. Silence fell over the hall as all eyes fixed on her, stunned.
She wore a stunning white dress that perfectly outlined her body. Niara seemed to emit a light of her own, and the radiant smile on her face was something Darian had never seen before.
Her gaze was locked onto his. Darian felt his heart race so hard it almost hurt his chest.
He knew she was beautiful, but at that moment, it felt like Painita had used some kind of high-level witchcraft. The entire atmosphere changed with her presence.
’Is this reality distortion?’, he thought, in shock.
Painita laughed, reading his thoughts. "Don’t be an idiot. My daughter is overflowing with happiness. I didn’t need to do anything. A woman’s beauty multiplies when she finally achieves what she wants."
Darian swallowed hard as Niara approached and gently held his arm, claiming her place beside him.
After the ritual of drinks with the royal family, the ceremony in Vadise was complete.
Darian turned to the group. Lucy and Alear were smiling from ear to ear, while Lucius looked like he might pass out from tension at any moment.
"Let’s go. Now it’s your turn," Darian said calmly.
Using a Supreme Artifact of mobility, the group crossed space and returned to Earth.
There, in a city within the State of New Arcadia, the second wedding was already waiting for them. Darian and Niara took their places as family, and then Veyle appeared.
She walked in with a wide, radiant smile. Darian looked at Lucius and saw his brother’s expression freeze; his pupils dilated so much they almost swallowed the color of his eyes.
"Hehe... you had that exact same dumb look on your face just a moment ago," Lucy whispered, nudging Darian.
Darian just sighed, understanding the feeling. The light, will, and focus that Niara and Veyle radiated that day created something unique. To their husbands, they were the most beautiful sight the multiverse could offer, an image carved forever into their souls.
The ceremony went on calmly with both families present.
In the end, Awel, Tir, and Eleri were taken by Aurix to his universe. Tir and Eleri had accumulated many resources, and that was extremely valuable to the Golems. So they were going to leave everything there and help them out a bit.
Meanwhile, since the risk of an attack was constant, the couples couldn’t waste time. Niara opened a channel to the Divine Protection Universe, so the two couples could spend some quiet time together.
There, one year was equivalent to just one day on Earth. They would have all the time in the world without the weight of war on their shoulders.
Darian and Niara headed to that small, uninhabited planet they had visited before. The climate was perfect, the silence absolute.
Darian took a deep breath, planning to start the night with something romantic and gentle words, but...
Niara wasn’t that kind of person.
The moment his feet touched the small house, her patience vanished. With a swift movement and a strength that nearly knocked him over, she threw herself at him.
In seconds, both of their clothes flew in opposite directions. There was no time for speeches, and Niara made it very clear that delicate foreplay was never part of her plans; she always preferred more direct and invasive action.
Darian barely had time to process what was happening before he was completely consumed by his wife.

That single month Darian had planned to stay with her ended up turning into three.
Living peacefully on that planet, without any disturbances or problems, with only Niara by his side, were the calmest and happiest moments Darian had ever experienced in his life.
But, unfortunately, they had to go back.
Niara opened the spatial return channel to Earth. When they arrived, they found out that Lucius and Veyle had already returned.
Darian headed toward Camille, while Niara went to see Alear and the others. Suddenly—
"What?!" Niara exclaimed, completely stunned.
Darian was climbing the stairs of the main building when he heard her shout and turned around, confused. Then, through a window, Niara appeared quickly, staring at him with a shocked expression.
Darian looked her in the eyes, feeling a strange emotion burst out of Niara.
"Veyle... she... she’s pregnant!"
Niara’s words made Darian’s eyes widen.
But after thinking about it a bit, those two were human, and they must have been together for a month or more. It wasn’t that absurd. Among humans, sometimes things happened really fast.
Even knowing that, Darian’s shock didn’t fade. He was about to become an uncle and would have one more important person in the family to look after.
"Hehe... Veyle was forced to stop everything by orders from Lucy and Camille. As for Lucius, he only found out recently, and he’s acting really weird, with a chaotic aura," Niara continued, laughing.
Darian swallowed hard. If it were him, he’d be completely terrified. Suddenly becoming a father wasn’t something simple.
Niara held Darian’s hand, and the two of them went up the stairs together to the grand hall. Darian noticed her genuine excitement and felt relieved knowing Niara wasn’t frustrated.
Thankfully, she wasn’t the type to live in the future or create expectations; she lived each day intensely, pushing it to the limit.

It was the start of a day in the Aeternum Atlantis State.
Darian was in the hall and had just returned after conquering a new galaxy in the Divine Protection Universe. He had spent a good amount of time accumulating Merit Power, but raising his four cores and seven rings was an absurd amount of work. He hadn’t even reached 10% yet.
Until—
Suddenly, all of the space around Earth began to vibrate.
All sound vanished. It was as if the entire planet had frozen.
Darian took a deep breath. "They finally came."
