Chapter 71: Payback

Celine drove into the parking lot of the Paradise Hotels, she was no longer worried about being recognized by people since it had been a long time and her scandal had blown over by so many more interesting ones to the public.

People were drawn to the new and tended to forget the old easily, to the people who once hated her, it was all just history now.

The parking lot held so many cars tonight, it seems there was going to be an event at this very hotel. She glanced around the cars until she identified the car her informant had told her about.

A black Wagnon S-class.

It seemed that person had indeed already arrived.

With a mysterious smile on her face, Celine entered the building.

She walked to the front desk and smiled kindly to the receptionist who immediately smiled back, "Hello ma’am, good day, would you like to book a room or do you have a reservation at one of our restaurants?"

"I actually have a room booked by my friend. He booked in the name Prince lover boy." Celine said.

"Please wait a second ma’am." The receptionist did a quick check on her computer then glanced up at her again with a smile before giving her the room card without asking any questions.

"Room 2258, your friend is already in the suite." The man who booked the suite informed her that a beautiful woman would be here in a few minutes and the receptionist was to give her the room card and send her up immediately.

"Thank you." Celine glanced at the card and headed to the elevators.

That pathetic jackass!

What a dumb alias name he used to book himself into hotels. Her informant had given her every information about his movements tonight, as for the woman he was really expecting, Celine had paid her off and she wouldn’t be showing up here tonight.

Being a celebrity, using his real name to make hotel reservations would immediately draw attention and the paparazzi would be flooding the entrance of the Paradise Hotels by now. Though the security was really good and they wouldn’t be able to go inside, the news about him just being here and having booked a special suite would create many stories and speculations.

"Ding!" The elevator doors pulled open and Celine walked down the hallway looking for room 2258. She soon found herself standing outside the door which held the bold numbers 2258 and a smirk curved her lips.

’Today I’m going to pay this bastard back for ruining my reputation five years ago. I’ve been waiting for this for so long’

Celine swiped the card and without following any forms of courtesy she kicked the door open.

"What the fuck...?"

The man sitting on the sofa in nothing but his robe yelled the moment his door was brutally kicked open with so much roughness.

The staff of the hotel wouldn’t dare to do something so disrespectful to a guest even if he hadn’t shown his face or made his identity known while coming here, so who would be so brazen as to...

Ian’s thoughts halted as he sighted a beautiful figure by his door, the lights outside placed this figure in a shadow making him unable to see their face, but immediately he saw the outline of her irresistible curves a wave of excitement rushed into his body.

"It was you." He said thinking it was the woman he’d been waiting for. With a smirk on his lips he was already thinking about all the fun he would be having here with this beauty tonight.

"Don’t keep me waiting for too long baby, this is going to be a long night. I’ll give you a really good time, as long as you go on your knees and like a good girl..." His words sounded disgusting to her ears.

Celine didn’t let him finish before she sent a punch to his face.

"Ugh!" He immediately fell over, the force of the impact from a mere woman couldn’t have hurt that much but it did, and it felt like he had been slammed by a boulder.

"What the hell did you just do? Do you even know who you’re messing with?"

As Ian raised his voice angrily looking up at the daring woman he had called here for the night, he was suddenly met with a familiar face, one he hadn’t seen in five years looking way more beautiful and radiant than he remembered.

His threats immediately died down in his throat.

"Ce... Celine? Is that really you?"

He couldn’t believe it. It really was her.

Those beautiful blue eyes were sharper now and held hints of ruthlessness he would have never thought she was capable of. Her alluring lips were curled softly in a lazy smirk as she looked down at him, somehow that look on her face made his blood curl in fear.

"Were you expecting someone else? Don’t tell me you never thought that I would come after you for what you did to me five years ago? Did you think I’d tucked my tail and run off never to return again?"

The look in her eyes should have warned him, but Ian didn’t even get a chance to say anything when a kick landed squarely on his face making his head twist to the side.

"Celine, wait..." He was grabbed by the collar of his robe, and the words died down as he felt his jaw crack painfully.

He had never been hit this way by a man not to mention a woman, but surprisingly he was powerless against her.

Ian had picked a room which was perfectly sound proofed to enjoy his night with the woman of his choice today, he couldn’t have known that this move would work against him as his cries for help were muffled never even reaching the doors.

His cries slowly began to sound like howls from a rabied dog, he wasn’t even allowed the chance to defend himself on each occasion he would tell himself she was just a woman but if he raised a hand he would feel it twisted behind his back.

Celine made sure to enjoy this, she had been preparing for it for the past two years. Just to grow strong she had spent months going to military camp. By now she was skilled enough not just to defend herself but to be able to stand her ground against a fully grown man and even subdue him, and by God her inspiration not to quit those gruesome training days had always been Ian Rode, he was the very person she would picture beating up since the time she started training.

Back then, rumors about her had suddenly blown things out of proportion pushing her into having no choice but to leave the country. She knew there could be no one else behind it but him.

Her reputation had been completely ruined back then, so she certainly didn’t hold back with every time she hit Ian.

"Stop... please stop, Celine...stop!!!" Ian was panting like a hundred kilogram pig being dragged to the slaughterhouse....
