Floating Island - Triple S Talent-Chapter 432: Advice
Lein stood in the midst of the battle, his body moving like a snowplow sweeping through the endless swarm of Void monsters. Every slash of his sword created gaps in the sea of terrifying creatures, but no matter how many fell, even more emerged to take their place.
Among the billions of swords floating around him, Lein moved swiftly, cutting down every Void Swarm that blocked his path. Suddenly, ahead of him, one of the Void Swarms—shaped like an ant—stood still, as if observing him. But as soon as Lein approached, the creature’s body trembled, and in an instant, its arms transformed into razor-sharp blades, ready to tear its prey apart.
Shisss…
The air vibrated as the ant-like creature lunged toward him with incredible speed. Lein barely had time to blink before the creature was already right in front of him. His reflexes kicked in—his golden sword in his right hand immediately raised to block the first strike.
Tang!

The clash of metal echoed, but the Void Swarm did not stop. Without hesitation, its five blade-like arms struck again, creating a barrage of attacks that threatened to rip him apart. Each sharp swing came at him like a shadow of death, ready to slice through flesh in an instant.
Lein planted his feet firmly, using both swords to parry each strike. However, the ant’s attacks were too fast. He was forced to take several steps back, then, without hesitation, commanded his flying swords to counterattack.
From all directions, hundreds to thousands of swords shot toward the Void Swarm. The creature defended itself, blocking several swords with its five powerful arms, even destroying some of them. But no matter how fast or strong it was, there was a limit it could not avoid.
Within seconds, one of Lein’s swords broke through the Void Swarm’s defense, piercing its chest.
The first strike made it lose balance. The next attacks came in waves, stabbing into its body from multiple angles like skewers on a grill. The creature writhed, trying to resist, but more and more swords impaled it. In no time, it stopped moving, its body disintegrating into dust.
[You have killed a Void Swarm. Gained 1000 EXP. Please advance to the next stage!]
"Hufft…"
Lein let out a deep breath, feeling a slight fatigue in his arms. Though difficult, he had finally defeated the creature. However, his expression darkened as he realized one thing—the EXP he should have gained could not be absorbed.
A level cap.
Lein clenched his fists. No matter how many battles he fought, as long as this cap remained, his growth would stay stagnant.
He had to find the Cosmic Core as soon as possible. Only with that could he advance and move forward.
Lein glanced at the golden and black swords floating around him. In this battle, numbers weren’t the main factor. No matter how many swords he controlled, they were not effective enough against the endless Void Swarm.
His gaze shifted into the distance, toward Aleron. With a single slash, the man could instantly annihilate several weak Void Swarms. Their bodies crumbled like dust blown by the wind, their defenses meaningless against Aleron’s power.
In the middle of the battlefield, Aleron suddenly halted his movements. His sharp gaze locked onto Lein, and in an instant, he was already beside him.
"Lord Lein, it seems we have a problem," he said gravely.
Lein frowned. As far as he could see, the battle was going well. Veyron and his forces were still fighting as usual, their starship continuously firing energy cannons without pause. There were no obvious signs of danger.
"What is it, Lord Aleron?" Lein asked directly. It was better to be prepared before trouble truly struck.
Aleron took a deep breath, then directed his gaze toward Veyron’s starship. "Their ship… seems to be running out of energy," he said seriously.
Lein fell silent for a moment, processing the information. Running out of energy in the void of space was the worst scenario possible. He knew Aleron often traveled between dimensions, and if even he considered this situation dire, then the problem was bigger than it appeared.
Moreover, without sufficient understanding of spatial laws, anyone trapped in the void would be lost forever, drifting endlessly in emptiness without direction.
"Is that true?" Lein still had doubts. "But their attacks are getting stronger. If they were really low on energy, wouldn’t they be reducing their weapon usage?"
Aleron sighed. "That’s just their last effort," he explained. "If the Raksa Capung’s defenses don’t break soon, we need to prepare to retreat."
After saying that, Aleron glanced toward Tauriel, who was still fighting amidst the Void Swarm.
"Tauriel," he called.
Without hesitation, Tauriel ceased her attacks, and within seconds, she was already beside them.
"So? Should we start retreating?" she asked directly.
From her expression, it was clear that she, too, had noticed the worsening situation. If Veyron’s starship truly ran out of energy, they would all be in grave danger.
Both of them now looked at Lein, waiting for his decision.
"Hmm…" Lein narrowed his eyes, deep in thought.
He had the option to help Veyron replenish the starship’s energy, but that couldn’t be done for free. If he offered assistance without conditions, the other party might assume he had hidden motives—and in the politics between rulers, that could backfire.

"What do you both think?" he asked Aleron and Tauriel.
Aleron was the first to speak. "In my opinion, we can help them, but within reasonable limits. Giving them a hundred high-grade energy stones should be enough," he said casually.
He fell silent for a moment, then continued in a more serious tone. "Running away now is not a wise option. Aside from damaging our reputation, we would also be abandoning a group that includes mid-tier kings. That’s not a decision to be taken lightly."
Lein weighed that answer carefully, thinking through his next move.
Even before they could open a portal, the Tier 4 Kings could destroy them with a single strike.
