Golden Dragon: Six Thousand Years of Empire-Chapter 673 - 384: Come Forth, My Most Treasured Beastman Friend! (Part 2)
"Have you forgotten the content of the contract we signed? All actions follow orders, or I’ll throw you back!"
However, before the Beastman King took action, a slender yet powerful Golden Dragon Claw emerged from the space behind him, pinning the seemingly only three-meter-tall Beastman King to the ground, causing the entire cavern to tremble,
"Calm down a bit. First, figure out whether the opponent is an enemy or ally before you act, okay?"
"Roar~ Noah, I am not your slave, nor your subordinate. You have no right to command me!"
Under Noah’s Dragon Claw, the Beastman King Grom, who was already suppressing his anger and preparing for battle, erupted in fury, a terrifying blood aura surging from between Noah’s Dragon Claws.
"If you keep causing trouble, do you believe I can throw you back right now?"
As a shield and a mission stone, the Beastman King Grom had already completed his mission without his knowledge, and whether to keep him was of little concern to Noah.
"I will never accept any threats."
Having risen from Noah’s Dragon Claw, the Beastman King Grom naturally wouldn’t bow so easily, for he possessed his own kingly dignity.
"You think this is a threat? Ha!"
On the arm of Noah’s extended Dragon Claw, dazzling Golden Scales slightly opened, and crimson flames burst forth, burning fiercely.
Rumble~
The cavern began to tremble, alarming cracks spreading from beneath Grom’s feet, a consequence of him being unable to withstand Noah’s power, forcing his strength into the ground.
"Excellencies, please stop fighting; this environment cannot withstand your power!"
Before the confrontation between Noah and the Beastman King continued, the guardians of this place, responsible for welcoming Noah, could no longer contain themselves.
Mysterious figures in white robes with concealed faces stood, without any insignia representing identity, emanating an aura of Sun Fire Attribute Divine Power, yet even Noah couldn’t determine which God they belonged to.
"If you keep going, this place will collapse!"
Upon hearing this, Noah, who originally intended to deal with the Beastman King Grom, began to restrain his power, for indeed, this environment was too fragile.
Though the Divine believers responsible for support had set up rituals that could connect the Cross-border Gate, this wasn’t even semi-permanent, more like a temporary item likely to break down after a few uses.
"Grom, you responded to my summoning. Before you act, you must ask for my opinion. Randomly attacking my allies, I will not forgive you."
Noah retracted his Dragon Claw and sternly warned the Beastman King, who was already surging with blood aura and intending to reveal his True Body.
"What about the embodiment of God you promised?"
Having personally felt Noah’s current power, the Beastman King became less irritable than when he was first summoned, quietly questioning Noah without compromise, yet his actions spoke volumes, as he too began restraining his power.
"With these people present, you’re concerned about not encountering the embodiment of God?"
Noah pointed at the Divine believers before him, roughly indicating that these figures were likely adherents of a God involved in the Sun Domain, precisely because of their existence the Cross-border Gate could function.
"You’ve been drawn into the Divine War?"
Grom, with caterpillar-like brows on his forehead furrowed, recognized the Divine aura emanating from these Gods’ followers, similar but more complete and higher in rank than his own power.
"I haven’t been drawn into the Divine War."
Noah shook his head slowly, correcting the Beastman King’s statement,
"The accurate statement is, I have initiated a Divine War!"
"Are you crazy?"
Even someone as arrogant as the Beastman King looked at Noah as if seeing a fool, though he personally experienced Noah’s strength a moment ago; in just a few decades, this Dragon had caught up, perhaps surpassing him, yet this wasn’t capital to challenge the Gods.
"Are you afraid? If you are, I can send you back now."
"Afraid of what? This is the Material Realm; even Gods can’t do anything to me."
Grom snorted coldly; he indeed revered the Gods, but only the true body of the Gods.
"Good, if you’re not afraid, you can stand aside and adapt."
Noah waved his Dragon Claw, signaling the Beastman King to step aside. As a Demigod-level entity descending into a world not his own, local will inherently rejected and suppressed.
During this phase, powerful Otherworld creatures experience a world of hostility, simple things like drinking cold water could cause a headache, walking might trip them, and fighting could result in worse.
However, it’s common knowledge among beings above Legend, yet Noah never experienced this.
He never felt rejection from the plane’s will; wherever he went, it felt like home.
It’s also why he could pin the Beastman King down with a single claw; their power difference had already narrowed, and with this disparity, it was normal for the Beastman King to be overturned.
Roar~
Roar Roar~
When Noah’s winding Dragon body completely crossed over, the Dragon roars arose from behind him. A massive Dragon Army crossed dimensions as it arrived.
Quietly moving to a corner beneath the rock wall to adapt to the Different Plane’s rules, the Beastman King could not help but open his eyes, surprised and wary, gazing at the teleportation gate on the rock wall, from which Dragons, Dragon-men, and Dragon Descendants continually emerged.
"Noah, is this your army?"
"What, is there a problem?"
Surrounded by Dragons, Noah turned to look at the Beastman King, who compared to ordinary Dragon-men was shorter but had an undeniable presence, a single person who could rival an army.
"What do you intend to do?" 𝐟𝕣𝕖𝐞𝐰𝕖𝚋𝐧𝗼𝚟𝐞𝕝.𝗰𝐨𝐦
Grom couldn’t suppress his curiosity, for judging by his knowledge, this Dragon Army was enough to deliver a devastating blow to the Beastman Kingdom, assuming he and the High Priest didn’t intervene.
"To destroy the faith of an Evil God in this plane!"
Noah replied casually.
"Evil God?"
Grom doubted Noah’s words, as the shady Gods’ followers present were obviously questionable.
"According to Divine Revelation, we present you with this plane’s Continent map."
The mysterious Divine believers, despite the countless gazes from various Dragon Species, under immense pressure, approached Noah and presented local information.
"Please fulfill the agreement and eradicate the heresy!"
"Of course."
"Then, our mission is complete; please allow us to withdraw first!"
After glancing at the teleportation gate on the cliff wall, from which Dragon-men continued to emerge, the unknown Divine followers exchanged glances and respectfully requested permission to leave.
"Alright."
Noah didn’t mind these Divine believers; having arrived, the teleportation endpoint was already stabilized.
Confidently speaking, the plane beneath his feet was already within his grasp, regardless of how many Gods were involved, the outcome remained unchanged.
"Your Majesty Noah, all Dragon Guards have taken position, awaiting your command!"
The Dragon Elves, serving as Noah’s Personal Guard, instinctively stood beside him.
"Go explore the surrounding environment, verify the map’s authenticity. If danger arises, prioritize maneuvering; don’t be reckless."
Noah tossed out the newly acquired map, the only local information he had, yet its accuracy was questionable.
Though these Gods seeking to divide the Flame Sun Sovereign wouldn’t provide false information before its downfall, to some extent, these Gods were essentially similar to the Flame Sun Sovereign, also viewing him as a threat, therefore caution was essential.
