" We are here," Legoland said, an emotional glint flashing through his eyes.
He was back here again. He didn’t even remember anything when he and his mother left the empire. He was just a baby after all.
All those years, he had trained, cultivated, under the tutelage of his mother, who died eventually during a vimodial attack on the planet they were on at the time.
Her last words to him was that he lives for himself and forget about revenge on the Imperial faction of the RiverBlood Empire. But fuck that. He will live for himself, but he will have revenge too.
All the years of training by enrolling in academies, sects and whatnot in the universe. After all that, he had returned, with an ally who could help him take his revenge.
Kailen stared outside the spaceship.
" This is the Fistfar Galaxy. The current Solar System we are in is the Infa Solar System," Legoland said.
Several hundreds of planets lined the whole place from far. A particularly large star could be seen stretching for as far as the eye could see, around which the planets were circumventing, several light years apart from the other.
One could see several large teleportation gates bordering the planets, minimizing interplanetary distance.
Kailen asked, "Can’t we just go to the Imperial Galaxy straight away?"
" No," Legoland said. "The imperial Galaxy is a place solely for the royal family to live at. However, there are exceptions made for people to enter the imperial Galaxy. And we can’t just sneak into the place. The imperial faction cannot be messed with. Anyone who tries something like that will be dealt with accordingly."
Kailen could send his shadow hounds there for the kind of scheme he had in mind, since they could not be discovered by anyone.
But he decided against it. They had to be in the imperial capital/Galaxy.
Legoland said that the universe energy density in the imperial capital was very high. He needed to take advantage of this to cultivate, even if for only for a small while, as he simultaneously initiates his plan and nurtures it to fruition.
Kailen was quiet, listening.
Legoland continued,
"One of which is why we will have to visit the Infa Solar system for a while. Secondary Carrier professionals can apply for a stay in the imperial capital from any region of the empire after meeting certain conditions."
Kailen nodded in understanding.
Legoland had done his research well. Even though he had been away from the empire since he was a child, he knew a lot about the empire.
He continued, "Rumors are that the conditions are very absurd. But, the only way to find out is to visit the secondary Carrier alliance branch in this solar system."
Kailen nodded.
Quickly, their spaceship dove towards one of the planets, possibly where the secondary Carrier Alliance branch in the solar system was.
Various spaceships lined the perimeter, full of different individuals.
Kailen and Legoland went through one of the teleportation gates that bordered one of the planets, alongside other spaceships after being screened.
This time, they had deactivated the concealment ability of the spaceship because they wanted to follow protocol. Although they doubted that someone could detect them, as those doing the screening were intermediate stage universe level powerhouses, they didn’t want to take any risks. If in any way they were discovered trying to conceal themselves, it would raise an alarm that they had evil intentions for coming here or they were some pirates trying to lay low.
That would bring them unnecessary trouble. The wise thing to do was reveal the spaceship, follow protocol and gain entry into the planet. Also, they were not in outer space, where syndicates were everywhere and could cause trouble for them.
Kailen and Legoland were screened for the appropriate reasons each time they were about to go through a teleportation gate that thinned several light years and brought them closer to the planet. Their backgrounds checked out as Karag Anvilheart and Thuldor Prime, nomads travelling the starry sea.
Finally, they were screened one last time and they went through one last teleportation gate.
Their spaceship appeared in the sky of the planet.
It was daytime.
Kailen and Legoland appeared out of the spaceship.
Quickly, Legoland put the spaceship away in a secret realm he had created (an artificial secret realm), for storing objects.
The secret realm was in a way linked to his consciousness. However, universe level powerhouses could create secret realms and separate them from their consciousness. When they separated the secret realms from their consciousness, it meant the secret realm no longer had any connection to them, and no longer belonged to them.
Artificial secret realms though, did not have universe energy as dense as naturally forming secret realms. Compared to naturally forming secret realms, the universe energy density of artificial secret realms was very small.
Artificial secret realms when separated from the consciousness of the universe level powerhouses could also sometimes have useful things they kept there before the separation occurred, such as treasures they’ve kept there, insights into law comprehension, sentient beasts they’ve captured and placed there, amongst others.
In all, artificially formed secret realms were places where universe level powerhouses used in place of storage rings, where they may keep useful stuff to them. Secret realms could not aid in combat. But they were useful for storage.
Also, if a beginner stage universe level powerhouse came across a consciousness-seperated artificial secret realm of a supreme stage universe level powerhouse and they were fortunate, they could luck out on very useful stuff that could help in their cultivation.
Kailen himself had created a secret realm where he stored objects now. This was why after breaking through to the universe level, he didn’t see the need for a storage ring and even handed his storage ring over to Arrie.
Anyway, the duo had arrived at the Secondary Carrier Planet.
Kailen and Legoland glanced around.
Several individuals of different races were moving through the streets.
The place looked like any other empire, except the Gothic looking skyscrapers.
However, apart from that, everything was normal.
Hover vehicles. AI bots regulating traffic and travelling routes. Holographic billboards. Charter everywhere.
The duo nodded.
It was time to make some enquiries into the conditions that would allow them to be able to enter the Imperial Galaxy.
