Chapter 95: 081 Life, too fragile, too tiny (6.4k)_4
Boom, boom, boom…
A series of bullets came flying, but most of them were preemptively predicted by Mad Python, who zigzagged in a “Z” pattern, suddenly flashing past, splattering clumps of black mud on the grassland. The few remaining bullets sparked as they hit the hard, thick surface of the Armor, leaving spotty and dented scales.
But they didn’t penetrate!
It could have been because the security personnel were too far away.
Whoosh!!!
Mad Python’s steps were like springs, a crouch accumulating energy, then transforming into a gust of wind and bursting forth, rapidly approaching Warehouse No. 2’s entrance.
At the entrance, three personnel wearing blue security uniforms and holding pistols were shocked out of their wits. The armored figure that had been tens of meters away a moment ago was now suddenly right in front of them! A ferocious gaping mouth with a snarling python face was advancing straight towards them!
That mouth, with its stench of raw meat…
Kept enlarging within the frightened black pupils of the three men.
Bang! Bang! Bang!
Three figures were slammed against the wall by a massive force and they collapsed with a thud.
The dragging of their backs against the white wall left several winding trails of blood.
“Charge in!”
Mad Python turned his head to the side and issued the command to his subordinates in a deep voice.
Whiz! Whiz!
Suddenly, from inside the warehouse, two figures in black suits rushed forward, their bodies covered in thick layers of fish scales, emitting a strange blue glow. They were the Bodyguards sent by Wei Nan to protect Wei Dong; they weren’t ordinary people but were clad in the same type of Scale Armor as those from Evolution Land, wrapping their entire bodies.
Boom, boom, boom… boom, boom, boom…
At the entrance of the warehouse, one black and two blues collided fiercely. With the enhancement of the Armor, their explosive Power made a thudding noise.
Fists collided with the wall, each impact resulting in a loud boom.
Bang! Bang!
After several consecutive impacts, the two blue figures were retreating in a disheveled state.
The scales on their arms were cracked and peeling, with faint streaks of blood visible.
“It’s Biological Armor!”
The two men exclaimed in shock.
“Although it’s just a castrated prototype, it’s still a level above ordinary armor! Even if we’re using the Mo Yun Group’s enhanced Scale Fish Type I, we stand no chance against him…”
“These Evolution Land lunatics dare to deploy Biological Armor! Aren’t they afraid that the Mo Yun Group will send out real experts to exterminate them?”
“Breaking the rules, the Group won’t hold back!”
“They are terrorists after all!”
The two Bodyguards quickly retreated into the warehouse, fighting as they fell back.
Firing their pistols continuously, they tried to impede Mad Python’s advance.
A few minutes later, in front of the warehouse, near the biological laboratory.
The Bodyguards had run out of bullets.
Three figures collided at close range once more, with loud bangs resounding.
Tables and chairs were sent flying around them, and bloodied fish scales dropped to the floor, making a metallic ting sound. The two Bodyguards were barely holding on, their resistance growing increasingly feeble.
Their arms were bloodied, with almost half their scales shattered.
They were bruised and battered, and the white of their finger bones was faintly visible.
Just as the two were about to face certain defeat and death,
Outside the warehouse.
Suddenly, there was a violent commotion.
Shrill screams echoed in the distance.
Mad Python paused his actions and suddenly looked up.
“That voice… is Wei Heng!!!”
Outside Warehouse No. 2, on the grass.
“Die!”
An imposing figure with an iron-white sheen took a step forward. His fist roared out, and a whistling sound rushed through the air as he threw a quick punch.
Not far ahead, a young man with a silver necklace on his neck looked agonized, his right hand clutching his twisted left arm, blood streaming down as he frantically retreated.
“No!!!”
The violent wind from the punch billowed the young man’s shirt, rolling it into ripples and wrinkles. A crisp crack sounded from his fragile neck!
The layers of purple scales twisted.
From the gaps, blood spurted out like a fountain.
Wei Heng opened his eyes in disbelief, his palms clasping tightly around his neck, but they couldn’t stop the blood from flowing down like rain.
He knelt down with a thud, his head drooping, silent.

“Tap, tap, tap…”
An imposing figure approached and reached out with a large hand.
Gently pressing on the back of Wei Heng’s head.
Thump! The body finally fell, and a pool of blood quietly spread out.
Bai Xiao stood tall, blood dripping from his right hand, his face expressionless as he turned to look towards Warehouse No. 2’s entrance. The sound of footsteps rapidly approached.
The black silhouette of Mad Python shot out, his eyes fiercely looking over.
“Wei Heng!”
He looked down and saw a familiar corpse on the grassland.
The flowing crimson blood was being soaked up by the soil.
Mad Python suddenly turned his head, his fierce and cold snake eyes filled with a strong intent to kill, locking eyes with the calm and indifferent black eyes of Bai Xiao!
“Bai… Xiao!!!”
