After ending his conversation with Guilliman, Zeke sat on the ground.
Let’s get some Totems of Undying first.
Zeke’s very first Totem of Undying was obtained by killing a special Chaos cultist back on Mariatus.
Since leaving Mariatus, he hadn’t encountered any Chaos cultists that dropped Totems of Undying.
Fortunately, Zeke had a better method. The Swarm Lord had granted him the ability to craft Minecraft spawn eggs, meaning he could now make Evoker spawn eggs.
Evokers were one of the mob types that appeared during Minecraft Raids. They could summon Vexes and attack with fangs, and their drop items were Totems of Undying and Emeralds.
Zeke quickly found the crafting recipe for the Evoker spawn egg in the recipe book.
Bookshelves, plus Emeralds and Tyranid biomass.
Tyranid biomass was a mushy liquid similar to corn porridge, which Zeke had obtained quite a lot of when blowing up the Capillary Towers.

Zeke crafted a full stack. Hoarding a few extra Totems of Undying would definitely be beneficial for him.
While he was at it, he checked the crafting recipes for other Minecraft spawn eggs. They were almost all the corresponding mob drops combined with Tyranid biomass.
For example, the Creeper spawn egg required gunpowder, and the Skeleton spawn egg required bones.
Zeke then summoned an Evoker and started farming. The Evoker only had 24 HP. The moment it was spawned with the spawn egg, it was cleaved to death by the Manyullyn Chainsword before it could even cast a single skill.
The Evoker’s drop rate for the Totem of Undying was 100%, unaffected by the Looting enchantment. One stack of spawn eggs provided exactly one stack of Totems of Undying.
Holding one in his off-hand and equipping another in his chest bauble slot—it was a heavy, reassuring sense of security.
The only issue was that they couldn’t stack, so Zeke would have to make a few more Netherite Backpacks.
Just having Totems of Undying wasn’t enough. Guilliman hadn’t died before being placed in the stasis field, so nominally he was still a living person and could use a Totem of Undying.
Sanguinius was different. Before the Blood Angels had recovered his body, Horus had already impaled Sanguinius and crushed his spine.
Even his soul was shattered into who knows how many fragments, scattered across the universe, with pieces in the hands of both the Emperor and the four Chaos Gods.
It could be said that he was dead as dead could be. Could a dead person use a Totem of Undying? Zeke didn’t think so.
Fortunately, Zeke had two backup plans.
Plan A: Using six Crying Obsidian and three Glowstone blocks to craft an obscure Minecraft item—the Respawn Anchor.
The Respawn Anchor could be charged with Glowstone. Once fully charged, it allowed a bound person to respawn in the Nether.
It looked like a block of Obsidian with a purple portal vortex on its top face. This thing absolutely could not be activated in the Overworld; otherwise, with a massive boom, it would blow up everything around it with considerable destructive power.
Plan B: This plan involved a modded item Zeke had unlocked. It was a weapon that could sever life and death, and the item Zeke felt had the most hope of saving Sanguinius—Death’s Scythe.
It was a drop item from the Grim Reaper in the Minecraft Comes Alive (MCA) mod, originally intended for the player to use on villagers.
When a villager died, they would form a tombstone. You could walk up to the tombstone and use Death’s Scythe to bring the deceased villager back to the realm of the living.
Of course, there was a price. Death’s Scythe needed the life of another villager to charge it—a life for a life.
What’s? You think villagers are all consumables to be thrown away after use, so why bother resurrecting them?
Well, some villagers were still worth resurrecting. For example, the ones that trade Mending enchanted books, or the ones who trade two emeralds for one emerald.
Zeke then prepared the items to summon the Grim Reaper—a few blocks of Obsidian and Emerald blocks—and walked out of the barrack tent.
"Where is Cow? Where did she go?" Seth ran past Zeke in a burning hurry, issuing an order to all Space Marines in the camp forbidding them from firing at the sky.
Cow. Zeke heard this familiar name.
Behind Seth, several brothers of the Flesh Tearers Chapter panted heavily as they ran after him.
"Where? Where is she?"
"I don’t know. I heard there was an unlimited supply of Milk here, so I came."
"Look up in the sky! Up there!" 𝙛𝓻𝒆𝒆𝒘𝙚𝓫𝙣𝙤𝒗𝙚𝓵.𝙘𝙤𝙢
Zeke tilted his head up slightly, his eyes widening. No way... Cow, how did you get up in the sky again?
Up in the sky, Cow’s legs were trembling. Staring at the ground getting further and further away, she hurriedly mooed twice, signaling the Nether Dragon beneath her to lower its altitude.
Heaven knows how a Nether Dragon understood her language, but upon hearing the sound, the dragon dived downwards to land.
Ever since the Nether Portal connected to Cadia, Seth had immediately sought out the source of the Milk.
During a conversation with Bela, Cow curiously took the Nether Dragon through the Nether Portal to Baal, which led to the scene that followed.
Zeke hurried over. Having not seen it for a few days, the Nether Dragon had grown so large; it was entirely ready to be deployed into battle.
Seeing Zeke after such a long time, Cow plunged headfirst into his arms.
Zeke took the opportunity to give Cow’s flank a pinch. Hmm, she’s gotten quite a bit plumper again.
The Nether Dragon beside them radiated a light of wisdom from its eyes as it watched Cow. Subsequently, it let out two "moos" of its own and also charged towards Zeke.
This was a weight life could not bear.
With no time to fuss over why a dragon was making cow noises, Zeke quickly switched out his shield to block, rejecting the Nether Dragon’s passionate embrace.
"Wait, make that sound again?" Zeke looked at the Nether Dragon.
The Nether Dragon met Zeke’s gaze and tentatively tried making the sound a few more times. "Moo, moo, moo, moo."
It’s over. It’s totally over. Zeke looked at Cow, cursing under his breath.
Cow, meanwhile, smugly swished her tail at Zeke. Look at the dragon I taught.
Zeke attempted to correct the Nether Dragon’s cry. "Come, learn from me. A dragon roars like this—"
Wait a minute, how does a dragon roar again? Zeke wracked his brain, ultimately confirming that he didn’t know how a dragon roared either.
Forget it. It’s just a sound. Zeke could only hope the Nether Dragon had only picked up this one habit.
Seth introduced these two creatures to the Blood Angels of Baal. Upon hearing that Cow was the savior who produced the Milk, the Blood Angels instantly swarmed around her.
Zeke ignored them and led the Nether Dragon to a clearing outside the Arx Angelicum.
He arranged the Obsidian in a circle, placed Emerald blocks in the center, ignited the surrounding Obsidian blocks one by one, and finally lit the Emeralds.
A massive rift tore open in the sky above. Endless darkness poured from the crack, devouring all the surrounding light.
A figure slowly descended.
With a loud boom in the sky, the Grim Reaper made a flashy entrance.
It was a skeleton draped in a tattered black robe, grasping a massive scythe in its bony hands.
The black robe fluttered loudly, and ghostly blue flames burned in its hollow eye sockets.
It looked pretty cool, but in reality, as a boss, the Grim Reaper had absolutely no distinctive features other than its raw stats.
300 HP, high armor-piercing attacks, it could fly, and occasionally struck down a bolt or two of lightning. That was it. Those were all its skills.
Zeke decided to treat the battle with the Grim Reaper as an exercise with the Nether Dragon.
A little practice beforehand. Later, when going to the End to fight the Ender Dragon, having a flying unit would make things much easier.
