β"How long have we been standing here?" A man in glimmering silver armor, with a third eye positioned on his forehead, whispered to the lady beside him.
βThe silver-armored lady, who also had three eyes, remained silent, her gaze fixed on Commander Jade, who stood before them with her arms clasped behind her back.
β"Donβt talk," she said, her voice a low command.
βThe man turned to her with a frown, but remained silent for a moment before speaking again. "You seem off today. But still, she asked us to come here, and now she is late. Isnβt that irresponsible? Weβve been standing here for hours."
β"Hours? I donβt think youβve been waiting for that long," she replied calmly.
β"....?!"
βJade looked over her shoulder at the lady, a deep frown etched on her face. "How long have you been standing there? And where is my soldier?" Jade finally spoke, turning around to face the lady directly.
β"Finally caught me... I thought weβd stand here until sunrise," the lady said with a smirk.
βBefore the man and Jade, her body began to shimmer, a cascade of shifting energy that took on a new form. Within seconds, the image of the silver-armored lady dissolved, and standing in her place was Matilda.
β"I think this body will do for now," Jinx said, a confident smile on her face.
ββThis snake!β Jade thought, clenching her teeth in anger.
βIf she hadnβt said anything, I wouldnβt have known she was here. And sheβs so smart, taking the forms of countless people so weβll never know her true appearance... For goodnessβs sake, I donβt even know if she is a he or a she.β
She said aloud: "Itβs good youβre here, but where is my man?"
β"Oh... donβt worry, she is sleeping beside your ship," Jinx said, waving her hand dismissively.
βJade turned to the man, who nodded once and quickly walked back toward their warship.
β"You brought my goods?" Jinx asked, her gaze fixed on the night sky.
β"The warship is the one we brought, and the food and minerals are all inside," Jade confirmed. She then activated her storage and brought out a huge bag, placing it on the ground before Jinx.
"Here are the rest; one million Galaxy crystals and one hundred grand-class celestial gemstones, for the information."
βJinx nodded in satisfaction. βWhy are these guys after Sunny? What did he do?β she thought, taking everything into her spatial storage.
β"Latest news: the god wolf is out... I donβt know where, but he isnβt in the castle," Jinx said.
β"Thatβs good news! We can attack now and crush them to the ground!" Jade quickly said, her voice laced with triumph.
βJinx stared at her as if she were a complete moron. "Are you this stupid? How are you even leading your troops as a commander?" she asked with a deep frown.
β"...?!"
βJade was stunned, blinking a couple of times, completely at a loss for words.
β"Look here," Jinx said, her tone sharp. "I said he isnβt around, but that doesnβt mean his subordinates, who are also his commanders, are out. They are all in there, along with mercenaries... I suspect theyβre hiding something far more valuable in there, which is why I must get in... And you going in will only lead to your death." Jinx turned her head to the warship in the distance.
"That is where that guy comes in," she said, gesturing to the ship.
βJadeβs gaze swept over the surrounding trees, and she let out a sigh of frustration: "Such opportunities come once. If we sneak inside and take out these commanders, and maybe take Josephine as a hostage, we win this... Your plan will only take time." Jade stared directly at Jinx.
β"You... just follow my plan. Although it will take time, and might not succeed, you will be safe."
βWith that said, she walked towards the warship. "Just go back and wait for my call." She entered the warship without another word.
βJade and her two soldiers watched as the warship rose into the air and flew away.
β"Can she be trusted?" the man asked, walking back towards Jade, while helping the female soldier.
β"She canβt be trusted," Jade said. She turned to the two. "Why did she take the appearance of one of our people and stand with us? She is clearly looking for information. Not only that, she herself isnβt sure if her plan will work... I say we take this opportunity and attack the Beastify Nation. She said the King is out, and Iβm sure he took some of their troops with him, so if we attack now, especially if we sneak up on them, we will win." She said, turning her gaze toward the Beastify kingdom.
β"We are with you, Commander," the woman said with a cold gaze, her anger at Jinx for knocking her out still simmering.
β"We have ten thousand soldiers with us, and another ten thousand outside the planet, making twenty thousand soldiers... The ten thousand on land will come out of hiding and discreetly advance to the wall... At first light, we strike," she stated, while the two nodded in understanding.
βThe three fixed their gazes on the city wall miles away, not noticing the small chip on the ground, covered in leaves. Unbeknownst to them, Jinx had dropped it on the ground before leaving.

ββWhat a stupid lady,β Jinx thought, relaxing on a plush couch.
βIβm still wondering how she became a commander. I gave you fake information, and now you want to attack using the information I gave. You donβt even trust me.β She moved her gaze around the warshipβs control room and sighed.
βSo bad...β She stood up, pulled out a stick of dynamite, and placed it on the desk before her.

βJosephine sat on the throne, with Nicolas, Nioh, and Blood eye standing before her. They were all listening to Jadeβs plan, relayed through the hidden chip Jinx had dropped.
β"It seems she will be attacking at first light," Nioh said, his eyes filled with killing intent.
β"Yep... For now, ask all the people to enter the basement and follow the path to the underground bunker," Josephine said, and turned to Blood eye.
"Good job on this idea, creating underground passages in each house that all lead to the bunker. I am truly impressed."
β"Just following orders," Blood eye said with a bow. "The King is the one who gave me the idea."
ββSo Sunny brought this idea. Really helpful,β Josephine thought, and she composed a message on her cosmic brain.
β[You know what to do now. The second phase of the plan has just begun.]
βWith that, she sent it to Jinx.
β"Three-eyed nation, just sit back and watch the show," she said, a chilling smile on her face.
