King's Rule: Creating the Strongest Kingdom With My Broken Talent-Chapter 43: King Aurora’s Decision, Harven’s Big Move, Hidden Pieces
Rovina was also put under the influence of the King’s Rule.
Scarlet the Witch managed to gain an initial advantage with her techniques that used her S-rank Venomous Green Flame Talent paired with A-rank Wind Talent, while wielding a whip as her weapon.
However, this battle also followed the same trajectory as the previous one.
Rovina soon overtook her in terms of combat finesse thanks to King’s Rule.
Vesh had extensively created S-rank Catalysts using his Wheel of Elements so that Arga and others could break through their elemental mastery to S-rank.
Like Arga, her status had also elevated quite a bit.
[Rovina Estle]
[Life Rank: Sprout — 10,000]

[Shaman of Duality]

[Pandora’s Box | S-rank | Potential: 3✧/25✧]
[Darkness Mastery | S-rank | Potential: 25✧/25✧]
[Light Mastery | S-rank | Potential: 25✧/25✧]
[Botanist | B-rank | Potential: 15✧/15✧]
All of her original three talents had elevated. Botanist from C to B, and the other elemental masteries to S.
And she gained a new talent called Pandora’s Box, and it was very simple and straightforward.
She could spawn and open a Pandora’s Box by infusing different ratios of Light and Darkness energy. When the ratio was Light dominant, like 60% Light and 40% Darkness, Pandora’s Box would give a buff to one or multiple targets once opened.
If the ratio were Darkness dominant, it would give a debuff to one or multiple targets.
And there were a variety of buffs and debuffs to be explored at different ratios of Light and Darkness.
And once she discovered a buff or debuff, it would be stored, and she could spawn a Pandora’s Box with a specific buff or debuff to use in battle by consuming her Mana or the suit’s A-rank R.M.E.
While being under King’s Rule, her combat style and combat arsenal rapidly improved with the use of Pandora’s Box, and its potential increased quickly.
After ten minutes into the battle, Rovina had stacked thirty-four different debuffs on Scarlet, the majority being slow-related, making her helplessly slow and vulnerable against Rovina’s attacks.
On the other hand, Rovina buffed herself to gain protection against Scarlet’s lethal techniques.
Her flame was cold, quick, and utterly corrosive. A variant flame that must have evolved from normal fire due to some kind of catalyst.
But the potential of Pandora’s Box increased to the maximum of S-rank, at 25 stars within ten minutes under King’s Rule, as she gained a variety of buffs and debuffs.
In the end, Scarlet’s right arm was torn off by an Abyssal Maw of Golden Beast, a technique that could manifest a lethal snapping maw made of Light and Darkness anywhere within 100 meters of her.
The battle ended.
Vesh and King Aurora had just exited the Ananta Court when it happened.
"Alright, this is enough," King Aurora said, his voice containing a hint of helplessness, as well as anticipation.
"We can’t even have a tie anymore."
Both continued walking as silence descended.
Vesh was waiting.
"Given everything I have seen so far, it would be unwise for Aurora Kingdom to pick a fight with you. And it would be very wise for us to become a part of the Ananta Kingdom," King Aurora smiled. "I’m looking forward to my place transforming and getting powered by energy like this city."
"Good decision." Vesh nodded as a barrier surrounded both of them. "Since you agreed to be part of the Ananta Kingdom, take this in carefully."
"There’s no A-rank Magic Vein, but there is something even better than that in the hands of Ananta Kingdom."
King Aurora’s eyes glinted. "I had a feeling something was off, but I couldn’t tell with my limited knowledge. So what is actually powering this city, that forest, and everything? It feels exactly like mana from A-rank magic crystals from a vein, but that’s not the case... what is it?"
Vesh smiled behind the helmet.
"King Aurora, accept this."
Particles materialized around King Aurora’s right wrist.
"For the kingdoms that willingly come under the Ananta Kingdom, their Ananta Governing Tower will have a Sovereign Throne for their ruler, and they will retain the title of King of their territory."
King Aurora looked at his wrist as he accepted this material magic.
Soon, the Ananta ID wristband merged with his skin, and a hologram opened that showed his status in the Ananta Kingdom, the amount of Ananta Points, and other tabs that were empty for now.
"Well then, let’s begin the meeting about how you will incorporate the technology of your Kingdom into mine," King Aurora grinned.
Suddenly, a beep rang at Vesh’s wrist.
It was an emergency from Guild Master Risha.
Those several Guild Masters from different branches were watching the fights from the branch in this city, but they got a message from a southern branch of a medium-tier Kingdom.
It had been drowned by a large tide of beasts, and all were killed and eaten. There were even giant Stem-rank monsters that looked like they were made by combining different beasts.
And according to Guild Master Risha, the tide was heading straight toward this city.
"A tide with Stem-rank beasts?" King Aurora frowned. "I’ve never seen that in my fifteen years here."
"It won’t be a problem. Let’s go up and check it out. If possible, I would like to annihilate the tide before it reaches here. I don’t want to make the surroundings here bloody."
...
Five hundred kilometres away, Harven sat on a throne while his eyes, sharing senses with Crimson Talon Hawks of Root-rank, watched over the tide he had created.
He couldn’t find any Stem-rank beasts on land, at least not in his surroundings, which was why he conquered a kingdom that had access to the ocean.
And he was right.
He found Stem-rank monsters in the ocean.
Since his Beast Master talent’s potential had also increased recently, he unlocked the power to combine beasts, which allowed him to merge Stem-rank monsters from the sea with those on land, creating various types of chimeras in his army.
’Whatever that light was, I want it.’ Harven’s eyes blazed with thirst and ambition.
Soon, he saw a magnificent city sprawling across a large area with fabulous lights and structures.
’With fifty Stem-rank chimeras, one thousand one hundred Root-rank, two hundred thousand Sprout-rank, and one million Seed-rank monsters, no kingdom could survive my army, right?’ Harven was thrilled and anticipative of what his strongest army so far could accomplish.
But Harven didn’t know that the King of Talzon was watching him.
Talzon Kingdom was the most aggressive and fastest-growing, and it entirely reflected the style of its King.
Ever since King Talzon learned about the beast armies, he had sent his men to investigate and find out more about them.
Up above the moving beast tide were small crows with crimson eyes.
"It’s powerful," King Talzon muttered with a nod. "King Aurora is also there. This is a good chance to see the Ananta Kingdom’s power."
In front of him were ten high elves covered in dark outfits.
"Continue to keep an eye on Harven. Make sure you aren’t discovered. Ananta Kingdom’s city is looking quite dazzling. We don’t know what they have in store, but if Ananta Kingdom moves against this human called Harven to kill him, use the artifact, and forcefully teleport him here."
"I need him well and alive. The talent to not only tame and control beasts, but also combine them? That shouldn’t be wasted, right?"
"Indeed, Your Highness. We shall keep him alive even if we have to die in the process."
"Good."
