"Stable Source of Air?"

"Chee!"

{'Check!'}

"Watersource?"

" Chee chee!"

{'Clean Lake, Check!'}

"Multiple stable food sources?"

"Om nom, GAOOO!"

{'Fwoods checky!'}

Pausing his checklist, Aoni looked down at Glacia with dead eyes as she continuously chewed on an entire raw fish the size of her body while prancing around the Cavern.

Shaking his head and leaving her be, Aoni continued.

"Suitable Housing for up to 10+ People?"

"Ch…chee,"

{'Ch…check, uh brother, is it okay for her to eat that without it being cooked?'}

"Mm, yeah, should be, anyway, Entertainment district?"

"OoOOoo GAO!"

{'Splishy splashy place CHECKY!'}

"Central plaza/gathering place?"

Hearing this bullet point, Nyria flapped her wings gracefully and shot toward the ceiling before circling around multiple times, observing not one but five different courtyards, one for every upper ring district and then the massive one that took up the place of what would rest in front of the Lord's Mansion.

"Cheeeee!" Nodding her head, Nyria released a loud chee before speaking through the LoS.

{'All upper ring Plazas are clear, and the area marked off for the main plaza in front of our new home is CHECK!'}

"Great, that only leaves us with five bullet points, and then we are good to go!" Scratching off each option as complete, Aoni's eyes panned down while reading the remaining five things left to do before he returned to Terra for a few days.

1: Lord's Manor

2: Move the Flume

3: Set up the Teleportation Array

4: Seal off Cavern

5: Summon Subjects.

It had been 28 Genovian Days since Aoni returned to Genovia from Terra, and during that time, he had yet to take an actual break.

Excluding the small intermissions for sleeping, eating, and, of course, blasting away monsters, it had been a whole lot of crafting, clearing land, setting up buildings, and farming, yet he felt more fulfilled than ever before.

Smiling at Nyria as she flew down and joined him in the Northern District of the Lower Ring, he really had to admit none of this would have been possible without her help and natural talent.

After all, having someone who could act as your eyes in the sky was a very valuable asset that not many newbie Travelers get the privilege to have.

"Om nom nom nom nom nom om nom nom om!"

However, before he could bask in the happiness such work brought, a certain glutton was going HAM on a poor fish she'd not only caught but had been dragging along during the inspection for the last half hour.

"Glacia, hurry up and finish your snack; it's time to set up our new house." He said while rolling his eyes and pulling out several items, he'd be using for the rest of the day.

"Om Gao nom OoO Gao, OM!"

{'I twyin brodder but da fwishy snack scales are hward!'} she complained while sinking her claws into the long expired fish.

"See, that's why you shouldn't just munch away on whatever you catch without first letting me prepare it for you," hiding his smile with a stern and scolding expression, Aoni knelt beside his floof, pulled out a fillet knife and swiftly cleared not only the scales but, deboned, gutted and filleted it so his floof could eat till her heart's content.

"Gaoooo!"

{'Thankies!'} Receiving her prize, Glacia cheered before sloppily devouring the fishy snack.

---

Ignoring Glacia, Aoni, with Nyria's help, began setting up the area that would serve as the Central Plaza.

Fences needed to be erected, a fountain needed to be built, and the ground needed to be paved just like he'd done everywhere else, but having spent so much time creating similar things the last couple of weeks, it didn't even take the pair of lord and summon a full hour to complete.

They had simply become that efficient at doing such menial tasks.

---

With the Central Plaza that wasn't really "Central" per se, finished and the task of planting flowers left to Glacia, Nyria Guided Aoni to the proper spot so that he could set up the Basic 1-Star Lord's Mansion he'd received from his father.

Either due to some undiagnosed OCD or a keen itch at the back of his mind that required perfection and alignment, Aoni refused to eyeball the placement of his new home. With his trusty birb as his Guide, Aoni angled his body just right, applied Energia to the Node of Building: Basic Lord's Mansion, and slammed his glowing hand down on the ground.

Then, with a bright flash of Silvery Grey Light, building materials began manifesting seemingly out of nowhere as the structure was magically built from the ground up.

The process was exactly the same as it had been with each of the cottages he'd created before, however on a much larger scale.

The first thing to be constructed was, of course, the foundation, which by itself was nearly 6500 square feet.

However, unlike a typical house, this one came with a basement, so right before his and his summon's eyes, the ground melted and sunk over 20 feet, creating a large stone box underground, followed by the walls splitting it up into three separate spaces, a staircase leading upward and a four-foot thick ceiling which would eventually become the floor of his base level.

After the basement was finished and the foundation set, a nice wooden floor was installed over the stone basement ceiling, followed by the construction of walls that separated the space into a living room, parlor, dining hall, kitchen, four bathrooms, and three standard-sized guest bedrooms.

Unlike the cottages, his Manor came with real glass windows, and once the main staircase and front door were finished, a ceiling was generated, followed by the creation of the second floor.

Although he couldn't see what was happening above him, Aoni knew exactly what was being created above: two additional guest bedrooms with corresponding bathrooms, a master bedroom and bathroom, and, last but not least, an office.

Patiently waiting for the magical construct to finish being built, Aoni walked around the perimeter of his new home with summons in tow, occasionally stopping to knock on the partial stone/wooden building before nodding and continuing his inspection.

Upon the conclusion of his external examination, Aoni made his way up the small staircase toward the double front doors, opened them, and stepped foot inside his very first Personal House.
