As Husband fell, we created a narrow road for him in midair. Like his discipline's namesake, the man I loved ran forward like a mythical warrior from Japan. As [Sky Sentinel] and [Wizard] weren't meant for covert operations, the rest of us followed suit.

Even Liv and Aki, already controlling the Slinkys, switched flawlessly.

Our entire group naturally followed suit with [Call My Name]'s version.
Quietly, we made our way closer and closer to the palace. Hundreds of Reapers flew, leapt, and shifted to charge out. Specters among them.
As they left, the Sirens and I took preparations. Worrying about how to isolate Onye was our duty, while giving him a beatdown was for Husband.
[LustfulViolentGuardsman: Everyone, Specters have begun to leave the palace.]
[EnviousMentalPatient: Great! I'll make even more noise!]
[SlothfulBasementDweller: Shut it, Jo! Jas, Robyn, hold off on abducting them. I will have Jo and Lilly send them to Indian Ocean first. For the ones that resist, we will have Tshilumba and his Specters lock them down. Hold off deploying our people till we have no choice.]
Bella's instructions were perhaps the most optimal solution. Rather than fight them head-on, just sending the Specters away was enough. By the time they found their way back, our assault would have already completed—or we would all be dead.
[WrathfulUglyMarsupial: Well fuck, is assaulting a capital supposed to be this boring? When can I beat someone up?]
Just as Robyn began to whine, the sharp whistling sound of shells flying in the sky began to screech. Then within the next seconds, they began to fall. Like great balls of fire, the 155mm shells began to explode against the magnificent palace.
With each detonation, pieces of the structure vanished in clouds of smoke. Within seconds, the monument of Africa's strength and resilience began to break and shatter. The Reapers and humans that didn't hear Jo's {Thrall} all began to run out in fear.
It was fortunate that Exa could control or focus on specific audio. Between the terrified humans, the rampaging tunneling worms, and the gunfire, it was absolute chaos. Robyn and I twisted the bridge we were running on and entered the palace through one of the shattered roofs.
Exa and Husband had already found Onye and were making a beeline for him. Bella's artillery strikes were actually aimed along that exact route. Thus, despite the palace being enormous, we would reach Onye in under ten minutes.
'I wonder if we're the bad guys,' I murmured.
Despite the African princes requesting for their mothers to remain unhurt, Bella opened fire anyway. The ordnance devastating the Immortal's palace were Bestow shells. Artillery lacked the ability to judge friend from foe.
Meaning to my sister, she neither cared nor worried about the Immortal's harem getting injured—or at most killed. And just from the extent of the damage to the palace, she didn't hold back and used even Sunset shells.
Naturally, those inside didn't take too kindly to my sister blasting their expensive-looking house to pieces. I could see thin layers of soul trying to keep the structure from collapsing as we passed hall after hall. There were bodies sprawled all over. Some Wraiths, others human.
'I guess the fact that Bella didn't use Faker shells was already her way of being considerate.'
"WHO DARES!" "I HOPE YOU ARE READY TO DIE!" "FUCKING SEA SCUM!"
Death resonance gushed out within each roar. Yet they all reacted in the same manner. They left the place they were meant to guard. Ignoring our unit as we moved deeper into Onye's lair.

As always, my sisters were all extremely overprotective of Husband. Even when we each knew how powerful he was, like fussy sisters with a brother complex, we couldn't just stand around and do nothing.

More Specters showed up. Yet they couldn't even say a word before we created a portal behind them and had one of our people kick them in. Soon, only the Sirens and our escorts remained.
[My ladies, I suddenly detected new Specters coming from one of the bedrooms. They seem to be unregistered ones and are likely the Kindred of the Immortal.]

[There are five. All of which are only low-ranked Specters at level 7.]
[GluttonousBloodAddict: This is bad. There are still three unaccounted for. Combined that's 8 Specters. We would each need to take two to protect Shujin.]

I couldn't help but chuckle at the insanity of it all.

The five new Specters came out at once—only for Liv and Robyn to charge into them. They were quite beautiful, so hopefully none of them were combat-oriented.

Powerless against Robyn's tyrannical strength, the five flew toward the {Portal}. Robyn pounced after them with Liv lagging a bit later.

Aki then blinked and quickly abducted both her targets, leaving only Husband and my party. When the final Specter showed up, I looked at the man I love before bidding him farewell.
"Husband, I pray for your victory."
Still in [Ninja], he only nodded.
"[Sky Sentinel]. [Burst]! {Gate}. Everyone! Follow me!"
Increasing my speed to the limit, I followed our typical abduction pattern. I raised my rifle and fired a Red Bestow .50 cal Raufoss round. The Specter, taken off guard by the speed of the bullet, failed to detect the doorway behind him and was thrown inside.
And within a few seconds, I leapt to begin my hunt as well.
