Loving The Cursed Werewolf King-Chapter 351: I Made This Decision For You, Princess...
Arielle tightened her grip on Sasha’s two small hands. "I’m sorry, Sasha. We’ve done it."
Sasha lifted his face in surprise.
"I secretly took a strand of your hair yesterday. I’m sorry, Sasha."
The boy’s heart was beating faster and faster.
"Th-then... what’s the result?" he asked nervously.
"You and Crimson are siblings."
Tears filled Sasha’s eyes, so did Arielle. Arielle slowly let go of her hand, and Sasha started to cry loudly. She didn’t dare touch Sasha because she knew the boy would never be ready for this news.
Sasha was whimpering like a baby. Arielle couldn’t do anything. She let him release his emotion by letting Sasha cry as much as he wanted. The boy hugged Arielle’s arms tightly and buried his face in her arms. Seeing Sasha approach her first, Arielle stroked the child’s hair gently.
"Was Crimson abandoned like me too???" he asked between his sobs.
"Sasha... we have been looking for your parents’ whereabouts."
Instantly, the child’s cry stopped. Arielle and Sasha stared at each other for a moment, then the boy shook his head and hugged Arielle’s arms tighter, as if he didn’t want to let Arielle go. Meanwhile, Arielle didn’t know where to start.
"Sasha... your parents didn’t really abandon you and Crimson. Your mother had no choice. Your mother said... if you stayed with her, then you would starve every day. That’s why your mother left you in an orphanage. At least in the orphanage, you will get food."
"No! I was starving there too! My brother also died of starvation! Didn’t you remember that?! If I don’t steal on the streets, I won’t be able to eat either!" Sasha exclaimed disapprovingly.
"I know...." Arielle replied while hugging Sasha, who started crying again. 𝓯𝙧𝙚𝒆𝙬𝙚𝒃𝙣𝙤𝒗𝓮𝓵.𝙘𝙤𝙢
"And now... your parents have come. They will pick you up and Crimson," Arielle said reluctantly.
"I don’t want them. They’re not my parents. I don’t have parents. Crimson also has no parents! If they want to take a child, just take it from the orphanage!"
It seemed that giving Sasha an understanding would take more time. Of course, Sasha would have a hard time accepting this. He spent all this time without a mother or father figure, and suddenly his parents were back and wanted to take him.
Arielle also needed to make up her mind because she still didn’t want to be separated from Sasha or Crimson so soon.
She waited patiently for Sasha to stop crying. However, suddenly the library door opened, revealing Kael, who was standing straight. Ah, it looked like the man had heard about Sasha and Crimson. Maybe Sasha would listen to Kael’s words because for Sasha Kael was a person he respected like a teacher.
Arielle stood up, but Sasha continued to cling to her arms, preventing Arielle from leaving him.
"Sasha, I want to talk to you, as a fellow knight of Northendell," Kael said firmly.
Sasha shook his head. He refused to talk with Kael. Kael squinted his eyes into mere slits, making Arielle nervous.
"Being a coward isn’t the attitude of a Northendell knight," Kael added.
Sasha scowled behind Arielle’s arm. She touched the boy’s hand, which was gripping her dress tightly. "Everything will be fine."
"Don’t leave me," he pleaded.
"I’m not going anywhere. I’ll wait outside. You can call me anytime."
Sasha let go of his hands from Arielle’s dress. He wiped his tears. However, he still didn’t want to face Kael.
Arielle went out to give them time to talk. She leaned her back against the wall with a long sigh. Arielle recalled how Viscount Ferdi’s and Cathy’s faces while telling their stories in the assembly hall earlier. They regretted what they had done, especially Cathy. Arielle fiddled with the toes of her shoes, feeling she shouldn’t keep Sasha in the palace.
Sasha had been through a lot. He was the one who accompanied her in the South. Sasha was also willing to get hurt for her sake. Perhaps keeping the boy on her side would only bring more pain than the last time they came back from Nieverdell. Maybe with Sasha back with his parents, he could live like a child his age.
In the palace, Sasha also had no peers. Everyone around him had grown up. Arielle was getting busier, and she had no time to play with him.
Arielle didn’t know how long she had been daydreaming while thinking about what was best for Sasha. The library door opened from the inside. She could see Sasha was sobbing while walking behind Kael.
Arielle helped the boy wipe his tears. Judging from his expression, it seemed Sasha had made a decision. She didn’t know what Kael had said to him until the boy cried.
Sasha looked up with his face wet with tears.
"I made this decision for you, Your Highness," said Sasha solemnly.
Arielle turned to Kael, asking for an explanation, but the man kept his mouth shut. Whatever the reason, Arielle would always be grateful to Sasha. The girl stretched out her hand and Sasha gripped Arielle’s hand tightly.
Before returning to the Blackthorn Palace, Arielle stopped by her room to ask Tania to bring Crimson. She couldn’t carry Crimson because Sasha didn’t seem like he would let go of her hand.

Arielle, Sasha, Kael, along with Tania who was carrying Crimson, arrived at the meeting room. Sasha always hid behind Arielle’s body. He refused to see his parents’ faces. Cathy burst into tears of regret after she abandoned them. She didn’t have the face to see them anymore.
Viscount Ferdi got up from his chair to approach the children he never knew. The closer the man walked, the more Arielle was convinced that Viscount Ferdi really looked like Sasha and Crimson.
First, Viscount Ferdi knelt in front of Arielle and looked behind the princess to see his first child. He had seen Sasha from a distance, but they all forbade him from coming close.
Now he could see his children up close. Viscount Ferdi was sure that Sasha was his son without the slightest hesitation.
